I've bought here for years.
Not many issues with the products or shipping.
Now they get one star because I checked all the right boxes in my email preferences MONTHS AGO and they were to send me ZERO emails except for the CRUCIAL ones relating directly to my account.
Now I am getting requests for surveys thanks to their disrespect. I am no longer a customer.

I have lost count of the number of times this website and given out the wrong info. Again, just today, (which was the straw on the camel's back that led me to write this) I was shown a map of an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TOWN to correspond with the property for sale. From now on, if I choose to use realtor.com, I will have to google the provided address in order to find the CORRECT place on the map.
Also, many MANY times when I am looking at a property for sale in town and the photos show an obviously small lot ( less than half an acre) the listing will say the lot is 160 acres or some equally as ridiculous thing. Once I wrote to the website folks, pointing this out. There response: "it's not our fault." Wow, so professional. Check out the photo of the BROOKLYN listing on a hundred acres! Yeah right...

Go to some other realty site. This one is useless

Items that used to be high quality are now more like Walmart goods. The costly sheets I ordered, after less than half a year, resemble ones in my closet that are 25 years old. The return of said sheets has taken over a month so far. My money is tied up until the long-awaited refund comes through. It is indeed an unnecessary long wait. After all, when you purchase, they take your money IMMEDIATELY. Very poor service when it takes over a month to get that money back due to a faulty product.

Tip for consumers:
look for another high end place. LLBean is no longer a high quality place

Ordered two books. One for dad, (the most important, as a dementia patient is hard to buy for) and one for my daughter.
Neither came. Instead, I received someone else's' order.
Only a bot can help you (or not as the case is) when you file a complaint. It gets passed on to the higher ups. Eventually
Meanwhile, I have a book I do not want and some other poor sod is missing it.
