Josh Longamore recently helped my sister and I sell my father's house. He is personal, caring, professional and got the job done in 3 weeks! We would highly recommend him to anyone trying to sell real estate in Freeport IL.
My family and I had an amazing experience with our very professional and knowledgeable realtor Candido Gallego of Halo Realty. Candido understood our wants and needs and went above and beyond to ensure that we found the right home for me and my family. It did not matter the time of day, anytime we reached out to him he always responded in an expeditious manner and got to the task at hand. If anyone is in need of a home, I highly recommend him no questions asked. Because of him we were able to find our now home and we're extremely excited about the countless memories that we will have in it. Thank you Candido for always making yourself available, and going the extra mile.
Realtor.com is not owned by Realtors. It uses Realtors. They send you automated notices raising your fees - they don't tell you you have to pay a monthly fee for a year and then they charge you monthly and will not cancel the products - products that do not work to begin with. They do not have good leads for Realtors.
I used to use this app all the time. I am in the process of looking for a house and am more of a DIY buyer. I hate this new app! Why?
It has gremlins in the code. I do all my filtering and it comes back with a reasonable list that looks right, say 47 homes that match. So I start to click on one and see that it really is not for me, in the mean time it reloads and I end up with 480 or so.
It is totally unpredictable when it will happen but it is a lot.
Also used to ride around and see a house for sale. I would turn it on and it would find That house automatically. Not anymore.
My realtor and many others told me this site is better than Zillow... it used to be because it was more accurate. Now it is simply unusable.
So we've been house hunting in Frisco TX for a couple months and it's incredibly frustrating to constantly be looking at homes that you've already seen. Why can't you add an option to dismiss a home? Also it's very frustrating to get excited only to see that the house has an Open Active Contingent. Why is there not a filter setting for this? You have every filter setting for Pending and foreclosures but not this one and in a place like Frisco everything is Contingent!
Please see my two earlier reviews. A new update has appeared on my IPhone to the app, a week after the last update appeared to have lost my saved searches and saved properties. Has anyone implemented this second recent update? I am concerned that if I do, I will definitely lose my saved searches and saved properties and no amount of searching and clicking on dialog boxes with the wrong information will show my saved searches and saved lists.
Can't believe what Realtor.com has done. No longer do you get all the information on listings that you once did. Now you get a picture (not always), a price and a contact agent "button". I will no longer use them. I used the information they use to provide to decide if the neighborhood, the house and the price, the tax info, the school info, etc., to decide if the house is something I would be interested in seeing. Without that information Realtor.com is useless for my purposes. Won't bother to use them again.
I'll have to go back to traveling to the areas I"m thinking about possible relocation to, driving around checking out neighborhoods and talking to people who live there to see if that area will fulfill my needs. The information Realtor.com use to provide made the decision about where to move easier... but that is no longer the case. So... why would one bother to use them? Waste of time.
Most of the leads either do not answer the phone or email, already are working with a realtor, or are a realtor. My last lead asked a question to Realtor.com thinking she was going to get a response from someone who worked for Realtor.com. She was already working with a realtor, but wanted to get answers to a question she could have simply asked her agent. She didn't want to bother him because her agent was busy that day.
I went to this site to sell my recently remodeled home. It will not even let me list it for sale by owner. Not a good site for trying to sell your home on your own. Just another site controlled by Realtors.
I just want to say Mrs, Nastassja Toombs with N. E. T Realty, went above and beyond for my family during our home purchase. There were moments when I thought the process was not going to be a success. However, Nastassja was there every step of the way to ensure that every procedure was done properly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
I met Judy through a neighbor. Judy was selling their home and sold it within a WEEK! I was so impressed and I knew that with those kind of results that Judy was the realtor we needed to get the job done. She was friendly, persistent, honest and a real go getter. She did a great job following up with me while we prepared to get our house on the market and when we finally did, we were under contract in less than 3 days. She was there every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone that was looking for a GREAT realtor. Look no further, Judy Horvath is the BEST!
Have been working with Realtor.com since February. Had a really good rep and then he left. Nightmare since. You will get a rep, they say they care, but if you are not buying anything else, they will stop answering emails. Tigerleads is meh. You can get the same quality leads for much less. Their billing is terrible. I am currently on the phone getting a $3k charge reversed for a service that I turned in my notice to stop using yet they are billing me. 10 months and I have had to correct a billing problem for 7 months out of the 10. Hours on the phone. Some of the customer service reps are nice, but why do I have to keep fixing numerous issues. Such a waste of my time.
This site has been created for the consumer and if you are an agent looking for leads PASS on this site. They will promise you many "quality" leads but in reality the way it works is that anyone just poking around on the site can be directed to you. Your leads will be from mostly "looky loos" and people looking for the cheapest homes in your market. They generally can not be contacted and if you can make connection they will tell you they are just looking. And don't want to be bothered. The consumers might be OK looking here but for agents looking for leads it is a total waste of money. You can pass on this site.
Laura Livaudais is very knowledgeable about the Asheville real estate market. I found her to be both professional and congenial. She understood my needs as a client and provided the information required to make appropriate decisions. She was always available to answer questions and responded quickly. I enjoyed working with Laura and highly recommend her.
I was introduced to a realtor by the name of Isata conteh by her cousin who happened to be a very close friend of mine. We agreed that based on the price of the home I was buying, she would give me $4000 from her almost $******* commission. After a month of living in the new home, I reached out to ask about the agreed money. Expecting to get a check, instead she told me she wouldn't pay me and asked me to do my worst. I felt both sorry for her because she obviously needed the money more than I did and felt very stupid for trusting a realtor that probably had never sold a house in her career to handle a house of that price. Bottom line, learn from my mistake and get everything in writing, or better yet, don't trust Isata Conteh to deliver on a verbal agreement... just my opinion
I have subscribed to Realtor.com trusting that all the leads are legitimate, however, it appears that the majority of the leads are bogus and artificial and don't materialize. Some even set up appointments and don't show up at all. I can't even get through customer service to talk to anyone. As soon as they sign you up they say anything to keep you in the program. Not worth the money at all!
When viewing properties from highest to lowest prices and you go back to view more properties, the site resets and shows the highest prices again and you have to scroll back to down to continue viewing the price point you left off at
The old app worked and worked well, you've now broken something that worked. Now looking for a home is becoming fruitless on your app. Is it an interface issue with iPhones? My bf can use it okay on his Samsung, but the app on my phone doesn't have the same options. Very frustrating
As a buyer I have typically found the most accurate information on realtor.com. There is an issue with showing active versus under contract. I think that has more to do with agents not properly recording the contract. The longer it is active the more calls they get. Because MLS will still show it is active and I learn it is actually under contract. As an invester I use this website every day. However, what I am finding now is that the areas i sesrch in are not showing all the properties available. I have sent questions or concerns to realtor.com with no reply whatsoever. It is unfortunate. I use Zillow and Trulia as an alternative but I'm not 100% confident as to how current they are.
I've purchased shared leads before as well as exclusive and I notified them this time around the leads are not real, they're fake. I think they are scamming agents and selling more & more by using fake accounts. When you try and cancel they tell explain you have to buy out your contract. It's a win/win for them and a lost for you. And to top it off, the customer service rep joked at how I purchased the leads online which put me at a disadvantage as opposed to calling them directly. They are not transparent, they are not about quality leads and they don't care about the customers experience.
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
