Worst company ever

Absolutely worst customer service and service. Can never get through to customer service, always reschedule delivery and worst of all was sent a replacement unit that appeared to be taken straight from someone else to my home. Unit was dirty, missing tray and 12 days later the service light came on. Have been trying to reach someone at customer service for over an hour. Please take this review at your discretion but it is 100% truthful. Totally unprofessional company. To top it off they continue to raise their prices even though their service drops. Time for me to make a change. If I could ever get someone in customer service to let them know.

After a faithful 15 yr customer, you can't cancel on phone because you've waited over 20 min, so you send a cancellation thru their online cancellation contact that says they will get back to you ( but they don't!) Then they say they have no record of any contact or cancellation. (Bullpoops) So a month later you put out the equipment and empties and hand the driver a letter and driver is GREAT ( and a veteran)... I pay what I think is my final bill but NOPE... this month they sent TWICE my monthly order... 8 bottles for 2 people wth! Altho I canceled in nov they are not going to come get them and gonna charge me. I no longer have a dispenser. I'm disabled and can't lift the bottles that are going to freeze in my driveway. BBB and AG should be looking into this outfit... N. S. Out of Needham is 2/3 $, family owned, and very accomodating. I wish I could say cancel ready refresh and go elsewhere, easier said than done. If you're tempted by the Von Trapp Family Aires... DON'T. Go more local. RR stinks.

They make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I've given them written notice through their comments section (which is how they ask you to cancel, that or call a number no one answers) and attempted to call numerous times after their deliveries billed me multiple times for items not delivered and set up recurring deliveries when I specifically did one time orders to avoid any hassle. They also neglected to take my empty bottles, then fraudulently billed me 19.99 to collect them a month later. Check your statements for accuracy people. File complaints with the Kentucky attorney generals office to start a class action if you have had similar issues. I can't believe a company forces you to retain their services. I warned them I would call police for trespass if they attempted delivery again and they ignored me and snuck onto my property and left bottles I didn't order and billed me anyways. Still to this day there are more deliveries I don't want set on their site and I expect will show up anyways. There's no way to get through to them. Hopefully I am there and notice the guy show up so I can tell him in person to stop. "I don't have any rented equipment so just stop bringing me 5 gallon bottles I am not ordering please" I expect I will say.
Needed to cancel my credit card and file fraud charges with them. Have never been able to reach a person at any of their phone numbers and tried calling multiple times at different times of day and week over course of a few months. The recording just tell me they are too busy and hang up after waiting through the prompts.
I surmise there are others this has happened or is happening to. Yeesh what a nightmare. I like never ever leave reviews about anything... this was my experience. Perhaps yours will differ?

Ready Refresh should be taken out of business

I was a Ready Refresh customer for several years until they started screwing up deliveries and raising prices. I was so happy to have found another local, more reasonably priced water delivery company who I was with for exactly 3 months. They terminated my contract when those bastards at Ready Refresh bought their residential business. I was very angry, but ready Refresh honored the rate I had with the prior company for 4 months at $7.99 per 5 gallon bottle. I have been back with ready Refresh for about a year, and the price increases keep coming with no notice. Sometimes on a monthly basis. As of January, I am being charged $12.99 per 5 gallon bottle! Seems like the company is on a mission to become a monopoly by buying out all of its competitors. No wonder the water Costs so much. Also, if you need to speak to a representative (real person), you will be charged $4.99 for the phone call. Unfortunately, the water in my town is not drinkable so I am stuck. These rapists need to be put out of business immediately! I feel bad for anyone on a fixed income dealing with this. Dirty effing bastards.

JUST DON'T. I was a customer for over 5 years. Year 2, the missed and late deliveries started. Customer service told me that FedEx poached 90% of their drivers so delivery had been a challenge. Finally got back on track, and then the bill increases started. In the beginning, my bill was about $20 monthly for 2 five gallon bottles and cooler rental. The price went up to about $54 over 4 years. I found a local water delivery company and finally cancelled my service. Damn thieves.

Not Worth The Trouble

The website is terrible that it's usually difficult to accomplish simple tasks such as change a delivery date. Customer service is not helpful (although pleasant enough) but not enough to make up for it; s inabilities to really help you) The product is fine but not worth the grief of trying to manage this service. I'm out.

You can easily add new products to your recurring delivery on their website. But when you want to cancel your recurring delivery, they just don't have that option on their website at all. Instead you are given an instruction to proceed to Contact Us form (which is also implemented in quite a confusing way) and send them a request. Then they process this request 5-7 business days. What dishonest people are behind this company! Definitely do not recommend.

WORST COMPANY EVER

This company is a complete and utter joke…. If I could give them a negative review I would…. Had water delivery scheduled 2x monthly since signing up in July of 2021. I have not had a delivery since NOV 2021, the company skipped my delivery in Dec and claims it was skipped back in Oct…. Canceled services and requested for them to come pick up their empty water bottles and dispenser… have been rescheduled every single day since the 10th of Jan. Still have not picked up the items and I have called the company every single day and the excuse I'm given is their are issues in my area. Their dispenser and empty water bottles are getting ready to go into the trash if not picked up soon! They clearly could careless about their customers, customer service, and their equipment!

I ordered a delivery on 1/2/2022 and have had delays reported everyday since the 1/6 promised delivery date. To Date on January 19th!, STILL NO DELIVERY. READY REFRESHS SUCKS AND TRIES TO KILL LEGITIIMATE BUSINESSES WITH LIES AND FALSE PROMISES! WORST COMPANY ON EARTH!

Stay Clear

I have been trying to cancel for over a month now. Why? (1) I couldn't cancel or postpone an order when I had to suddenly leave town. I came home, 3 weeks later, to busted jugs (due to the cold). The want you to go online to make changes to an order, but sometimes you need it done right away. (2) No one has come to pick up said busted jugs. (3) THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO WHEN YOU CALL "CUSTOMER SERVICE! They finally emailed me and told me to call the number, that no one answers, to cancel. I sent this message FIVE days ago, "I have called that number and the recording says, 'due to high call volume, our customer service team is currently unavailable at this time' and to use the app for support. It's a tricky system where customers are not able to cancel their service or speak to a live person.". STAY CLEAR!

Worst Service I've Ever Experienced

ReadyRefresh has started consistently missing their delivery dates. I had problems with my water dispenser so they offered to replace it with a new dispenser. The dispenser they brought was visibly damaged and not fully functional. They scheduled another exchange for the next day, but I decided to cancel. That was two weeks ago and they keep rescheduling the pickup of my dispenser and empty bottles. One day they didn't bother to text me that the pickup was rescheduled until 6:47 on the morning of the pickup. That was after I carried the dispenser and bottles outside. I brought them back in and they are now taking up space and very much in the way. It's been a week since then and my pickup is supposedly happening tomorrow but I'm just waiting for the next reschedule. Fortunately, I signed up with Culligan right after I canceled my ReadyRefresh service, and my new Culligan water dispenser has already been delivered.

Worst Service EVER

By far they are one of the worst I had to deal with. Did not receive water since November 3 calls to cancel and 3 to pick up the empty bottles. As of yet the empty bottles have not been picked up. Major disconnect between Customer Service and Operations. They over promise and do not deliver. Every manager should be ashamed of themselves and replaced. The company proved they do not care about THE CUSTOMER.

Unreliable service

This company continues to cancel our home deliveries without telling us. It is the most unreliable service we have ever had. We recommend locating another provider. Hands down the worst service imaginable.

I have tried countless times to talk with a live person only to get a message saying there is no one available to assist with your call and you need to go on the website and send a message waiting an additional 5-7 days for someone to hopefully get back to you. Other times waited for an hour and then got hung up on or when I call the phone call drops. Unbelievable! Since we started using their services again in September, not once did we receive an invoice and now they stopped delivering. I hate this company.

Ordered for the first time and while I got a text saying my water was delivered, it wasn't. Their website doesn't make it easy to find a phone number to contact them but once I did, I called up and was on hold forever only to be spoken to rudely by a man who stated my order was stated as delivered. It wasn't. I can assure you. He said well I'll have it redelivered and I verified several times that I would not be charged twice. Be assured me I would not. Guess what?! I was charged again. Called again. Hung up on 7 times before I finally got thru. Cancelled my order entirely. Was given no definite reason why I was charged twice. Was told it would take 10-20 days to get back to my card. Ummmmm what? No. Let me speak to someone who can help with this. Sorry she said. It will take too long. Ummmmm what? I have time I said. 14 minutes later and a very abrubt woman gets on saying my account will be credited back within five days for the first charge and 24 hours for the second offering no explanation why I was even charged when I was assured I would not be. Boy, for a first time customer this was a horrible impression. Won't be using them ever. Stay away!

I have using Ozarka water for over 10 years. But once they sold to Readyfresh, the service is getting worse and worse. Especially for the past couple years, they do not even care about the customer service any more. They try to create all the hurdle to reach them by phone.
Now, this happened to our office. We have cancelled services and the dispenser has been picked up two month ago. They still keeping charging our credit card. Called the customer services, keep cut off the line. Finally made one. Then they hang on the phone with no voice. Horrible Service~~
