Our company ordered six 5 gallon water bottles for a Friday delivery. Delivery never came until the following thursday. Every day received text messages and emails it was on it's way. The customer service has no way of speaking with dispatch to see where the delivery is. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. WE ARE CANCELING.

I filed a complaint with the BBB several days ago. I did get a call from Readfresh after that telling me bottles will be picked up on 2/14/22. I was also told I would get a credit to my account and then the account closed. I don't trust them so we'll see.
I have tried 3 times to cancel this account. There are still 4 full bottles in front of my house and more coming tomorrow. When I call customer service, a recording says that due to high volume, customer service in not available. When you send a message on line, they never respond. This company is owned by an International company: Nestle and the service is totally lacking. Stay away from these people. They will also fraudulently charge your credit card.
I keep trying to cancel my subscription but they won't they just keep charging me… they even had the nerve to deliver 7 bottles after I been writing them for months because you can't get anyone on the phone. Please save yourself aggravation and money Im going to the better business bureau next
I have written ReadyRefresh for a month now to change my delivery address (I filled out the delivery address change form 10-12 times) and no one ever responds. When you call their customer service number, it says due to Covid, they have no one available to answer the phone and to use the forms. Back to the forms and no one ever responds. This is highly illegal to accept recurring money from customers for service and then offer no customer service in return. It sounds like I am not alone as I am reading hundreds of other reviews where people cannot get in touch. Unethical!

I was a faithful Poland Spring user for 15 + years. Somewhere down the line Ready Refresh took them over and their customer service is basically non existent... Forget Covid excuses. This has been going on BEFORE Covid. In Sept of last year my system sprang a bad leak all over the floor. I called them (9) times and sent them over 11 e mails
By some Fluke I spoke to a real person on my 9th time and he actually arranged to pick up my bad cooler. And take away the empties. PHEW
But wait there's more. Although I now have CLOSED the account I have 0 left zilch 0 BUT I am getting a bill every month and oh yes ea month another $20 late charge.is added on just to piss me off?
I have moved on to TWIN ROCKS and these guys are awesome.

I had the most dissatisfied customer service. Nonstop email sent there no way to get through the phone. There is no way to contact ReadyRefresh customer service. For the past weeks the delivery have stated no one is available to make the delivery
I never received the water dispenser, I have the gallon of water but not water dispenser, I call multiple times and they keep saying yes they are going this day and the day pass and nothing, and still waiting for nothing so I cancel the order
I have had an account with these guys for a little under a year. I got it through Costco and I was very happy initially. In September they sent me an early shipment that I was not at home for and just prayed that it would not be taken. Then in November, they missed a delivery date and delivered at another time. During all this time they were not available by phone and I sent them emails to which I only received a generated response. Then in December, they started missing all of the delivery dates and they would reschedule, not asking if it was convenient - all of this via text or email. My emails to them went unanswered and you could not get through to them on the phone. I had a total of 7 cancellations of delivery of service from their end in December alone. I finally gave up and tried to cancel my account, which they say is possible on the app but it's only a messaging center. And they still kept trying to send me water. I sent the second delivery guy away this morning and the poor guy was so frustrated that I felt really bad for him. Do not use this service because if they leave water and you don't disrupt the delivery, they will charge you for water that they have left even after you have cancelled your account. Just to be clear, they attempted to deliveries to my house after I canceled my account with them and after I got a confirmation email saying they were sorry to see me go. The driver let me know that they would still charge me for the water even though I canceled my account with them. And because you can't get them on the phone, you can't get them to pick the water back up. Do yourself a favor and go with another source. I have had multiple conversations with other people that use their service and they have said that since Nestle took it over it has been an absolute sh*t show. I feel really badly for their delivery guys.
The worse customer service I have ever had to deal with. You are on hold for over an hour before anyone picks up. Their website is a joke. You put in a complaint and get no response. Driver's do not read the order. Just put an increase on water. Absolutely outrageous. No human contact unless you want to hold forever on the phone.
Water has gone up several dollars a bottle. Delivery fees have gone way up. Rental for cooler has increased from $2 to $5 in one year. I am literally paying twice what I was a year ago. What is with this company?
To add insult to injury, the cooler stopped working, and they wanted to charge me to replace it, and it would take 2 weeks. This is just crazy.
The service and relationship had a great start however things changed when in the month of September I verbally requested that my supply be suspended until further notice since we had run out of. Storage space which was mentioned and explained in detail.
In December a supply was sent to my home and I immediately sakes the driver to take take it back to the store and the informed me that company policy does not allowed him to take it back.
I eventually had to send several emails to have it retrieved and to have my account cancelled since its almost impossible to get to speak to someone because you are always directed to the email account for contact. Eventually they acknowledged my request and then subsequently started sending me erroneous bills for payment and threatening emails.
After several attempts I was able to speak with someone whom I believed to be a customer service representative who called me and was told that I owe $60.00 for outstanding rentals plus the cost of delivery that was made in December. I informed her that I will not be paying for that delivery because it was not requested by me.
I have been begging them to come pick that supply up but no one has acceded to my request.
I am so very disappointed with the treatment and unprofessionalism by ready refresh. I have been trying to respond to their email where they keep threatening me to take legal actions but somehow my responding emails keep getting blocked.
I am tired of their semantics and have been seeking my own legal advice.

This company has been going downhill for the past year plus! I have been spending more time than any other company I deal with to try and get a simple monthly delivery going smoothly. ReadyRefresh is nothing but aggravation, customer service is realistically gone!
I think we should all get together and start a class action lawsuit against this company. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!

I stopped ordering but then they dropped off a 6 bottles without confirming and now i'm stuck with them. They have the worst customer service. And the worst part is there is no other options. They have a monopoly on poland springs delivery for the entire region. This is not only unfortunate, but seems to be criminal. They have predatory business practices. They do not allow you to cancel your future deliveries. Somebody please take this company down. I despise them
I used ReadyRefresh for approximately 18 months. In my experience, ReadyRefresh would occasionally add items to my orders at my expense. On one occasion, ReadyRefresh created a delivery of 5-gallon water bottles, billed me $48 for it, and refused to reimburse me for items I did not order nor want. Canceling my ReadyRefresh account was a bit of a hassle because they repeatedly changed the date to pickup my dispenser. There are a lot of home water delivery services, and you can do much better than ReadyRefresh.
What a shame. These big companies bought out all the small local water companies and now can't deliver the product. Waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery. Each day it gets rescheduled to the next day.
Worst experience ever. They are never on time with their deliveries, keeps rescheduling and time wasted trying to call the company each time to ask what happened and when it will come. Reassure that it will come the next scheduled date they give me. Went through 6 reschedules and they finally picked up the product since we ended up cancelling. False promises and worst water service ever. They used to be ok, not sure what happened to the company. DONT USE THEM
When I lived in my moms house on the first floor, it was great getting these deliveries. I had the same quantity every 3 months. No complaints. When I moved out of my moms house into an apartment I didn't realize any problems because the second floor I lived on wasn't accesible to delivery, I had to bring them up. I was younger, not pregnant, no kids. Etc. Now I moved to Brooklyn where I have been living 5 years with my family and the delivery has gone from worse to worse to terrible. I'm done with this company after 12 years. My deliveries slowly stopped being taken upstairs. I'm on the third floor with 2 small kids and I am 7 months pregnant, my husband has been undergoing surgeries he can not bring any of that up. I can not run down to bring them up, shouldn't be doing so without great risk to be injured and I end up with 8-12 bottles at home/in the hall. They don't ring the bell on purpose, to sneak away. Cruel. Customer service doesn't care and pretend like my account is closed 3 times already I am receiving unwanted deliveries downstairs and being charged. So I closed that card out and guess what happens today? They STILL delivered without payment. Thanks to Ready Refresh I have dealt with lots of pain and struggle while paying 50 dollars for 4 water jugs including tip. I have dealt with theft, problems with neighbors. All for some water. I am done. Next time if/when this order shows up it's going on offer up as free dispenser included.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
