Never get a hold of a representative. There is always something wrong with their system. Never pick up the empty water jugs. They aren't available on the weekends and charge you a late fees when they don't even deliver the water…
I started this service in 2021 at first the service was great. I got my deliveries on time towards the end of 2021. I got a text saying my water was delivered I go outside to bring them in and the empties were gone but no water was delivered.
January 2022 I had several reschedules fast forward to February 2022 I was supposed to get a delivery on 2/10 which I didn't get and when I called because the deliveries are normally early and the CSR said the drivers had until 5pm to deliver. Needless to say I didn't get that delivery.
When I called the next day the CSR said you didn't get your delivery because the minimums had went up to $25. I said it would have not been a problem to add to get it to the minimum had I been made aware the minimum had gone up.
I was getting 3-5G jugs of water so I added 1-3G to get me to the minimum and the delivery was put on for 2/24. On 2/18 I received a notification that they were trying to take money for the 2/10 delivery I didn't not get. Another phone call had to be made.
2/24 the delivery did not arrive so I called CS again and was informed my order was called because it did not meet the minimum. I informed the CSR that I had added to the order to need the $25 minimum at which point I was advised that the $25 minimum was a typo and the minimum is $35. The order is then scheduled for today 2/28. Currently now waiting to see if I even get this delivery.
What was meant for convenience had now become inconvenient
They have rescheduled my delivery 8 times so far. If it's rescheduled one more time I'm changing companies
This company is trash outside of the delivery drivers. I'm canceling this service I've already written to the BBB! I really don't know how this company stays in business just all around trash!
My purchase was marked as delivered but it never arrived at my house and the company's customer service is very bad, there is a phone that even during business hours informs me at all times that the office is closed. I didn't receive the goods or my money back! Unfortunate, dasher could have at least called me if he had doubts!
I was a customer since 2005 had great service until this year. Now you are lucky to get service. After a week of constant rescheduling I canceled my service. They were supposed to pick up empty bottles today and they just rescheduled to next week. Glad I moved and now have crystal springs delivered. And it arrived same day they said it would. Go somewhere else. 1 is to high a rating. They don't allow for zero. Horrible horrible service

They illegally charged my credit card i cancelled the service and they have rescheduled 3 times to pick up there crap equipment and good riddance after years they are so bad today you cannot even call them they will and should go out of business everyone should reverse the last charge if its illegal and unauthorized they suck pathetic and a ripoff stay away
We have been with the company for over a year and never said a word about the poor service we got and now they stopped serving our area. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever

I recently increased my service with delivery of 6 cases per month and it had worked ok even through the holidays. But last month my delivery ended up being about a week later than ordered, and every day I would get a text they were on the way and then the next day get a text saying my delivery was rescheduled, etc.
I then had to adjust my latest delivery date by a week or so to ensure that I can use what I have (and make room) before the next delivery in March.
While I haven't received any official corporate or account communications about the company having delivery issues (labor shortage, product shortage, fuel shortage, whatever), I assumed at least one of those was an issue and chalked it up to everything being more challenging lately.
But today I got an emailed document saying they are cancelling my account (which I autopay):
"We love all of our customers equally, but in reviewing your account and our service model, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue your ReadyRefresh delivery service. This notice is to inform you that as of February 25th 2022, ReadyRefresh will no longer be providing service to you. This means that you will no longer be able place orders or schedule deliveries online with ReadyRefresh after this date. If you have a delivery scheduled after February 25th 2022, it will be canceled."
Then they offered to sell me their "under-the-sink Full Flow Filtration System"... which is probably better for the environment but this short notice doesn't leave a very good taste with me (and I live in an apartment, so I'd rather not install anything).
Maybe it's because we have a secure apartment complex that's hard to get into early and late, or maybe they are having supply/delivery process issues. I do know their billing has always been irritating in the many years I've been using the service.
This is very unfortunate, but many of the prices were high anyway, so I guess now I have to find another vendor in the next couple of weeks to get my water to me.
If you are a current customer, watch out and be ready to be cancelled in case you are not a convenient delivery account!
They have been pushing back our order for about two weeks now. If you have literally any other options do not go with them.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. Buyers beware... this company is EXTREMELY IRRITATING TO WORK WITH. I ask for home delivery, but they lesve it out of the building door,... in NYC> 99% of the time it is STOLEN. Such fiucken idiots. Instructions are clear to drop off the new bottles and take the old ones... they NEVER FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT ORDER FROM READYFRESH.
They rescheduled last month's delivery 7 times, and this month they've called to reschedule 5x so far (still haven't received). No apology or response to my inquiries. As soon as I can find another water delivery service in my area, I willbe canceling my account.
Readyrefresh has let me down. I have happily accepted paying a little bit more for water delivery verses going to the local Costco to pick up and buy my own. However, as soon as Readyrefresh was taken over by the new Tipton company, I have been over charged. First month by $22 and this month by $32. I guess next month would be higher. I have attempted to contact someone via telephone and email to no avail. So, now I have to cancel. I am also having problem doing this! I have contacted my bank to stop auto payment arrangement. Smh... this is really sad because I will miss their previous service.
Terrible company. Can't change orders, they send more that you ask for, they double charge and you can't cancel from the website. The website doesn't connect with the company. I ended up with 8 bottles of water delivered twice AFTER I cancelled the contract. I can't even get anyone on the phone to correct the billing. Now I'm getting threatening emails for not paying for water delivered after the contract ended. Stay away!
In my eyes and my opinion the rating in a BIG FAT ZERO. These reviews need to have that option to put zero.
They have changed my water deliver date several time 3 months out of the 4 months that I had service with them. I called and canceled my services on February 3,2022 after they changed the delivery date. Made an appointment to have the water cooler and the empty bottles picked up fir February 15,2022. This low down dirty company has change the date daily to another day. I got an email today yet again changing the date to pick up to February 22,2022. I am ready to throw the machine out if they do not come and get it February 22,2022. They hold your credit card hostage and will not let you delete the information. But I had a trick for that.
Deliveries canceled by RR at the last minute and changed to another date. Then on the new date, same thing happens. Big company so no accountability.
Buy a home water filtration system and skip dealing with a company that is too big to care.
After going up on either water or delivery charges every month over 3 months, I discontinued service. I then found out my deposit was not to be returned but applied towards a $50 cooler reconditioning fee. Some other person will now buy my cooler and be stuck owing $50... and so on.
SCAM. They're not selling water... they are selling used coolers! They need a class action suit filed against them.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
