I had a issue with my shirt and i contacted Rage On to tell them about it and their customer service was excellent. Edwin got back to me the very minute he received my email. They fixed the problem with no hassle and made me happy. I would definately order more shirts from them.
I certainly can understand that things happen. My order was delayed and I contacted customer service asking the whereabouts of my order. In a couple of days there was a tracking number with a gift card for the inconvenience and I'm currently waiting for it to arrive at my doorstep. Quick response and made things right. I have no complaints. Thank you Rage On, great service.
Terrible customer service; ignored my emails. They were not up front about shipping (located in Poland) - had to pay extra to pick up order after already paying up front costs. Overpriced low quality product.
Ordered a month ago and they still have not shipped it. Customer service is useless and there's nobody you can call and actually talk to. There is a $8 restocking fee if you decide to cancel the order because you want your swim trunks before the water freezes.
You order something it comes looking nothing like what is shown and un useable. Try to exchange or return not a chance. I ordered a Subzero Mask they delivered a mask of something I don't recognize and to top it off the print is vertical. Scammers plan and simple, dont buy from them unless you like giving money away and getting nothing in return. Look at the attched pics to fully grasp the scam.
Beyond excellent customer service! I ordered a really unique Gibson T-shirt to be sent to a friend at his address and for some reason it picked up my address. I emailed Rage On right away and Edwin Hernando corrected it immediately! I would recommend this website to everyone!
I have recently moved and the shipping address I gave for the product I purchased was a my old house. I contacted them through email and instantly got extremely helpful replies back! The man I was messaging kept me posted though the whole process and on top of that acted with haste to all my request's as far as shipping etc.
I ordered 3 custom made shirts two weeks before Christmas. Today is January 5th still have not received getting the run around through email. And no status updates given. Requesting refund will go to the swap meet instead. Smh
Awesome! Miau :) Got lots of compliments on the slopes! Cat face mask is super sweet. I would definitely recommend it for dryer days though, as it gets a bit hard to breath trough once its soaked. Sticker made it through 3 degree weather and still holding on tight.
Wish I read review before ordering. Scum bag place after I ordered said it takes ten day to process then another ten days to ship. Meanwhile my package has been not moving in Cleveland from last week. I dealt with customer service michael loyal and today his solution was "oh I don't know, call the post office" JERKOFF! Do not buy from this business. I am waiting for my refund and calling better business borough next. I hope they all starve at this clapped up company!

I do wish that the measurements were standard, where a chest size (like 36") is used instead of a flat measure across (like 21").
The Tee-shirts I got fit perfectly. Unfortunately the sleeveless shirts are quite tight and small. May have to give those away as I can hardly breathe in them.
The prints, except for one, had great resolution. Time will tell how well they stay colorfast.
Stay away from this company. We ordered several masks from various vendors, realized one never showed up (this one) so we ended up purchasing from another vendor who shipped in a timely manner. I have sent 3 requests for them to cancel the order but had no reply. All I get is spam email from them and updates about how covid is slowing things down for them. Here's an idea, don't take orders you can't fulfill, especially when its face masks during a global health crisis.
I dont typically order from websites because of past experiences that were disastrous, so I ordered one t-shirt because I didnt want to be upset about spending a lot of money in case something goes wrong, well two months later and I still have not received my order.
These great reviews that I have been reading are obviously fake because there are no live (RageOn team) people to talk to. You only have a dummy email to write to, that sends out generic responses. $45 for the shirt looks like a donation at this point. Glad I went with my gut instead of spending a lot at once.

I ordered from this site once before and had an issue with how long it took to get my order. I saw a few different shirts on the site that I liked and decided to order again. I spent over $100 because I was in need of some more t shirts. My shirts took a month to get to me, and when I finally got them, I tried them on, and they don't fit AT ALL. The first order I placed I didn't have any issues with sizing and the clothes fit perfectly. I'm highly disappointed and will NOT be ordering from this website ever again. It was a complete rip off and I'm now left with 4 shirts I can't wear
I ordered 2 t shirts 7 days ago and my order has yet to be anything but confirmed.
I emailed support about it and 48 hours later I received a reply saying they will get back to me within 48 hours.
There are SOOOO many places to buy tshirts online, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
UPDATE: once the team got back with me, they way-overly-exceeded my expectations in the customer service department. Their reps were so helpful, they changed my entire experience and I realized I needed to update my review. It's not a fast process at any point in the production nor customer service experience, so definitely don't go here if you're needing something to meet a deadline. That being said, I have to whole-heartedly disagree with other customers complaining about their customer service experience. Will update again after receiving my items.

I ordered 2 swimsuits on April 12 2020 I was told due to Covid shipping was running 35 days
Its been 3 months now no emails I didn't get a email with my order number. But they took money out of my account. Their customer service won't contact me. It cost me money to learn a lesson.

Christmas sweater arrived January 5th after ordering 3 weeks before Christmas (Dec 7th)... not even a simple email to tell me the item would arrive late. I thought it would take 5-7 days to ship, not a month! I wish I could give negative stars. Great shirts though.
Edit: Previously I had given them a single star because their lateness was unforgivable. However, upon receiving the shirt, I complained to their staff and received a $45 shirt and a $4 sticker absolutely free! Also, they are great quality and amazing prints!

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
