Cool threads and fast delivery. I ordered a mask and only got charged for delivery. The site was easy to use and checking out was quick. Took maybe 3 days to recieve my mask.

I needed a pair of pants (special order) for an important event that was just outside the usual turnover of orders. I wrote to customer service (Bea Solde and Edwin Hernando) to explain my problem. I was told that the order could probably not be done by the time that I needed the item. I loved the pants so I ordered anyway, not expecting to receive them in time. But RageOn came through! I received the pants in time! I am very happy with the quality of my purchase. They are well made and the material is thick, not thin as some I have ordered over the Internet. The colors were vibrant and the pants washed well with no fading or shrinkage. The quality of these pants well exceeded my expectations. I am so happy I found this company. In fact, I am so pleased that I am taking the time to write this review; something I don't usually do. Do not hesitate to order from RageOn! This is a company that is easy to work with, replies quickly, and has products I would expect to find only at a fine department store. I am thrilled that I found RageOn!
I love the customer service they were very kind understanding and helped in a timely fashion with any and all concerns and also the product i received was OUTSTANDING! I love my hoodie i love the art work even more and i will definitely order again in the future!
Took over a month to get any kind of an update, at that point I was told my shirts were just finished coming out of printing and this is without any confirmations or email updates etc.
At this point I had requested that the order was canceled and I was to get a refund back to my card.
The support agent tried to offer me free shipping and I declined and was firm on the cancellation.
2 days later I get an email, it states my order is on the way!...
I reached back out to support and the essentially said oops! It's to late and the best they can do is give me a gift card for their site (which I will never order from again) or I can keepthe product I tried to cancel and I would get a 30% refund after a 15% restock fee...
Wow, just wow... The worst customer support I have ever dealt with. Now I have 3 shirts on the way, still have yet to see them, despite efforts to cancel and I am still paying 55% of the order! By the time I see the shirts it will have been almost 2 months since I ordered these.
Avoid RageOn like a pandemic! Awful service and overall experience!
The product turned out alot better that expected! Image is printed with good quality and not like the heated image that is on most items like these you customize.
As a blast from the past gift, I ordered my sister a Sigmund the Sea Monster t-shirt from Rage On! I couldn't find one anywhere else. I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas.
I don't know if I got someone else's, but my package was NOTHING like what I ordered. Wrong size, wrong graphic, wrong color. And the shipping cost for the refund isn't worth it
My daughter ordered a custom Coheed and Cambria shirt and she loves it, it is a beautiful shirt and well-made! A+++++ I will definitely use them again!

I have ordered from RageOn 2 times. Both times I was completely satisfied with the merchandise. They have things you won't find anywhere else. The t-shirts and onesie I bought were veey high quality.

The item look way to long to arrive. Looks nothing like the description. Print is terrible looks like it was cropped and inlarged in paint. Really beyond dissapainted. Never again.

Ordered a cat balaclava, it fits, the print is good, no complaints. :) I need 100 characters though. So. Uh, they shipped reasonably fast? Packaging was gud too.

This company is full of $#*!, after some time, working with them we can tell one thing - you will get RIPPED.
At start it's all cool, with help etc BUT when you sell more they will "cut the prices" so you will get 0 royalties - ZERO or some spare change like 1,90 - they of course claim that it is item cost they cover - and they "build your brand" by that - yeeeaaaaah selling stuff worth 30USD MAX for 60USD paying us NOTHING, not even promoting items because WE DO IT OURSELF, and claiming it's for our "good"?
THOSE ARE THIEVES!
Would say much more but must post it at ALL POSIBLE PLACES to warn sellers AND buyers to avoid this scammers.

Answer: I have been buying from RageOn since 2018 and I have received every order I've made. The orders used to take about 5-7 days before they shipped. In 2020 orders are taking longer to ship because of production delays caused by Covid-19. My last purchase was in July 2020. I received an email from RageOn warning me about production delays shortly after I made the order in July. It was a good thing that RageOn warned me about production delays so that I could prepare myself to be patient. The order took more than 1 month to ship, but I received the order in August and I'm happy with it.
