I had to make an exchange for a misprinted shirt and contacted Rageon to help with the process. Edwin got back to me quickly and promptly, and sent me a coupon code to purchase a different shirt.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a gift on 12/15/16 and it is now 1/20/17 and I still don't have it! Their tracking system is not supported in the UNITED STATES and RAGEON is based out of POLAND! I am not against ordering from Poland but was upset that this was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I bought this as a Christmas Gift, still waiting... They neglect to tell you that it takes 13 days to produce an item and that EXPEDITED shipping is 10-20 days... WTF!

Do not buy a product from this website. Ordered leggings for my dance group of young girls that were supposed to look like dripping ice cream. When they came in, the color was all muted and dull, the picture was terrible quality (very pixelated), and the "dripping" looked like 2 penises going down each one of the legs. If the leggings weren't so incredibly expensive, I may have laughed. Completely obscene on little girls. Since they don't post a phone number, good luck getting a hold of anyone to even talk about the issue. When I did, they insisted that the quality wasn't as bad as I was making it (I was talking to the CEO who never even looked at my leggings). AND- they claimed that they weren't responsible since the product didn't really come from them - they were only the website that sold them... What? You heard correct, they do not stand behind any of their products. In fact, he tried to make it seem like the whole problem was my fault because I didn't do enough research into the product... How does that make any sense? Terrible customer service, terrible product, way overpriced, a complete scam!

This company has some dank $#*! t shirts! True story-- Once I wore one of their fly $#*! shirts one time, i forgot whichone cuz i have alot, and it got me laid. TWICE. The stories you can tell behind this kind of fashion ware is dridiculous. Youll be King $#*! in any room youre in... unless of course, there somebody else in that room that buys from RageON! In which that case, you're instant homies. Met Drake one time but i was wearing gucci that night.

Their customer services is on POINT yo! You can tell their a indie company and care about their customers.

Point is, buy their swag. This $#*! if fire, you wont be dissapoint.

I bought a sweater on here... in no way in hell was it worth $60! The image is blurry and pixelated. After taking to them through email for 7days they told me the image is supposed to look like that (they called it old school gaming style) Nowhere in the description does it state that the image on the sweater would be old school gaming style. It does state that it may contain smudges near the seams. I was not complaining about the seam area I'm talking about the entire sweater itself.

Plus their return policy is bogus... they want you to pay them $15 to restock something that is piss poor quality and not what you expected + whatever it cost you to ship it back to them. Insane that I paid $60 and they want me to pay them almost $20 dollars to take it back. They should be required to send return shipping labels at no expense to the customer. And take that $15 charge and shove it up their glory hole.

I would suggest that no one buy anything from this company unless you see it first (IN PERSON). You should be able to give this place Negative stars... It does not deserve even one star.
