The sight is like shopping right in Neiman Marcus, Barneys New York, Sakes Fifth Avenue, its like being on the runway watching every shoe and clothing articles, and ordering what has sold out of most stores aim so vey please to have been searching one day for a sneaker and I found it, Rafaello Network is the best, just know your correct size and i got everything in its original box, and you will not even think about returning anything, it looks just like you went shopping at The Bon Marche in Paris France which has top of the line in everything but everything goes so quickly lost of the time i have to call and ask them to hold or send me the item i want so it will not get sold out before i get to go shopping I lOVE Raffaella Network, every thing sold is authentic,
The service was great and the package arrived on Sunday morning.

Bought a pair of shoes, it took them over a week to ship them out.
They only use DHL and DHL failed to deliver the package to me 2 times. Called DHL multiple times about regarding this issue. The delivery address is commercial address so we get all kinds of mails from USPS, UPS, FEDEX everday but DHL. So there is nothing wrong with the address. Contacted seller to take the package back since it's still in DHL's possession and issue a full refund back. All seller's response is contact DHL to resolve the issue because it's not their problem. Are you f**** kidding? After I told them I called DHL multiple times about this matter All I hear from them is keep calling DHL. I decided to get a pair from other reputable seller(ssense.com) after DHL's failed delivery attempt on day 2. Boom I get a tracking# after day 1. And they're using FEDEX to ship their items out which is much more reliable shipping carrier than DHL. People stay away from this business. I know it was my fault for not doing enough research before I placed the order from this place but these guys rafaello network is complete S***. Very shady tried calling them so many times by using toll free number website and they never pick up.

Hello Lee! I have opened your order and saw you canceled it with one of our agents. Please understand we are intermediaries between luxury boutiques in Italy and customers all over the world. When a customer places the order online the item codes are entered into the system. Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work. This process takes about 2-3 business days (sometimes less sometimes a bit more, it varies from shop to shop).
Made my shopping 5 days ago so far:
- got an email informing a charge of eur 9 for shipping charges. The web says no shipping charges for purchases over eur190. My ticket is over eur 600
- web says shipping in 2 days. Have no clue where my stuff may be
- customer service number. There is nobody at the other side. You may try as many times as you wish, nobody will ever pick up. You can leave your number for them to call you back. No, it does not happen either.
- you can send an email. No, you wont get any reply
- you can try the customer service online. No, that one does not work either
- sign in and track your shipment. No, the message is always the same. A standard one.
In my life i havent seen something like this. All is a lie. I wouldnt be surprised if they do back to back business which means that if they are unable to find the product cheaper than what you are paying, they will ocme back to you saying no stock or...

I placed my order on 10th of Feb buying a 3.1Phillip Lim bag. After placing order I didn't receive any confirmation email and but I received message from bank said my money was authorized just few minutes after I placing order. I called them many times to check the status and they said it took time to receive the bag from other boutique blablabla, many excuses. After one week I called them again, and the operator said "Omg, no! Your bag is no long available...", which was extremely not professional and gave me a feeling like they were cheating me or fooling me. And then I thought it was ok if they cancel the authorization and let the money back to my account coz I don't want to talk to them any more. They said they had already done this and how long the money being back depended on the bank. HOWEVER, till now my money was still authorized by them and my bank said if they cancel the authorization it only took 2 or 3 days to let the money back! This is the worst and worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I don't know when they will return my money coz the bank said they were authorizing the money and I can do nothing. Once they want to take the money they can just do this.

When a customer places an order we then have to backorder it.
Unfortunately it is impossible to keep our inventory 100% updated with the ones of more than 20 shops.
Therefore discrepancies can happen between what is displayed on the website and what is really available, especially at the end of sales time. We know this is a huge limit and are currently working on it.
When you place an order on the website, we only receive a charging authorization from your bank, this is not a real debit, just a pending transaction. This payment was only on “hold” in your account. No money is moved to our bank, unless, or until, the order ships.
The pending payment authorized at the point of sale was canceled in our bank.
The time it takes for the money to be available for your use depends on the time it takes for the card issuer to release the hold once it is canceled by the merchant. Some card issuers take hours, some days, some weeks, and some as long as two months. But the policies for the customers personal card is not available to us

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Maxine in particular was rude, condescending and also threatened to cancel my order at which point I decided I no longer required their services. The company is very slow at dispatching, Ivplaced my order on 23rd, today is 29th, when questioned about the 2-3 days dispatch I was made out to be a liar, was told I hadn't been waiting as long as I said I had been. This was on the live chat page. Never received service as bad as this, I'm surprised such big brands are allowing this company to sell their stock. The company will obviously make a comment on here straight after mine explains how wrong I am etc etc just as they have done with other customer complaints, instead of taking ownership of the situation, as usual... And so in this case if anybody wishes to gain proof of this appalling customer service I have screenshots and a transcript of my live chat with MAxine from customer service and also proof of when I made payment and when I was told dispatch would be made etc, I'll be more than happy to help. I am sorry there were some misunderstanding between us. I just want customers to know that Aicha was not pleased with our procedures, as I have explained previously to other customers on this forum, we need to order the products to boutiques we work with, and this process requires several business days, sometimes 2-3 business days, sometimes a bit more. Once we get the products in our offices, we send them to the customer. Shipping time from Italy to the UK is 24 hours. Aicha placed her order on June the 23rd during the night, we received it on the 24th and started the purchasing process. The order processed on wednesday, thursday and friday (3 business days), we are closed during the weekend. Aicha came on chat today (monday June the 29th) complaining she had been waiting more than a week, I simply pointed out that wasn’t true and that our procedures are mentioned in the Thank You email customers receive when they place the order. I won't reply to Aicha's aggressivity and let customers read and decide. Feel free to contact me for any question and find out what an awful person I am :)
This site is a scam. They don't have the products and make you pay then say they return your money. Horrible customer service and business practice
