I have been a client of Raffaello Network since long and I have always been absolutely satisfied by the top-level service they provide. This last transaction was carried out very smoothly, including the very rapid delivery, and I was again impressed by the personal commitment of the RN Team members to do help everything work out flawlessly.
I am satisfied. On Monday I ordered Hogan Sneakers. On Friday I send an Email with my order number and asked about my delivery. Directly I received an Email back that said that they will checked it. Later on the day I received an Email to say that my order will be send by FedEx, followed by the tracking number. On Monday FedEx delivered my Sneakers.
Next time, I will order again by Raffaello Network.
I recently purchased a pair of Brand New Prada sneakers from Rafaello Network and at first I was sort of skeptical about it since I was afraid to get scam and not get the real true items. But I tell you what people, this site really has the items and they are real. I got the shoes via DHL straight from Italy in less than 4 days. I totally recommend the website.
It has the best collection of designer ties, I chose 3 narrow ties from Roda- Italy, I received them in 4 days to my doorstep. Very elegant packaging and very elite type of ties. I value this website and I higly recommend it

I recently bought a set of cufflink from givenchy from this retailer. To my surprise they sent me a fake cufflink that is made in china and i paid EUR150 for the cufflink. I wrote to them in three emails for the clarification but they never replied. This is a con job done by them and i feel so frustrated. The item only probably cost just 10 percent the amount paid. Please becareful with this site. What i don't understand is there a lot of positive reviews of them as well. Now that i had this bad experience with them, those positive reviews could have been planted by them.
Shopping with these guys has been nothing short of amazing. They offer a pay when you receive option and arrange for a pick up in case of return/exchange. All products original. My new go-to!

Original Review: I placed an order for a tie that I wanted for my wedding, which is NEXT WEEK. Four days later, I have yet to receive ANY information regarding my order status, or when it will be shipped.

Hello Ilan! We have talked on the phone today morning and I have explained to you everything.
There is no way it should take so long. Sometimes even weeks to confirm if a product is available. There is no way it should take so long to get in contact with customer service just for them to be rude and unhelpful. There is no reason for not being proactive and keeping customers in the loop of there orders. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!
This just leads me to believe the business is ran $#*!ty or the company needs time to produce A FAKE product of your order... How long does it take for you guys to make a FAKE product? Stop trying to cover it up with this "we are intermediaries between luxury boutiques" crap and just say you need all that time to produce a high quality FAKE!

Hello Jon, I am sorry you are reacting like this, locating products can be very complicated and so, sometimes, it can take more than a week. We apologize for that but that's the only way we have to find the goods. For your information, selling replicas is a crime here in Italy, we are a legitimate Italian company and we have been in business since 1998. You can therefore be reassured as far as the quality of our products is concerned.
Ordered a pair of Tod's. They were on sale amd delvered in less than a week. Could not be happier and would likely use the site again. I did not process a return or deal with customer service.
Have placed an order of Prada shoes and although was a bit sceptical at the beginning, received amazing shoes and had great customer service overall.

I have now ordered 6 items from this site, my money was taken from PayPal and I received my email so I patiently waited for my items, on site it said available immediately not 2 to 3 days like some items, after try 5 days I got the onto them only to be told the items were never I stock and it was a mistake that they was on the website, my 6th item arrived today and what was supposed to be a stone island jumper turned out to be a versace tie! 85 quid for a tie, terrible service, now the jumper I'm wanted says not in stock so I have just wasted my time and money, I have gone from being excited about the price I'm was paying for my items to disappointed with the whole service, it's gonna take alot for me to bother using this site again

I would like to ask Raffaelle-Network, why it's customerservice are lying to thier klients about received ripp-offs. They are quotes for saying this.
One more thing: Big brand doesn't necessarily mean MADE IN ITALY, Prada produces all its sneakers in Vietnam and China. It doesn't mean that the quality is lousy, Vietnam and China have now very high qualified factories. You can double check this information in any Prada shop or directly with Prada customer service.
On the link at the top of the note, its clear that prada never have produced any product in vietnam. I will make this a personal battle, to make sure you don't get to rip anyone off ever again.

Firstly, I tried to contact you by email on 30 Dec and 7 Jan while there's no reply until I comment on your company in public. Secondly, the total money 813.9GBP has already been moved from my account on 30 December. (I can send your the bank statement as a proof). As you said, if you only take a reservation of the money, the amount will be displayed in the 'pending' section rather than in my bank statement directly. Third, I understand there's a holiday between 1-3 Jan, while 5 days have passed since then it's better to inform me the process of my order rather than let the customer wait for nothing. I remembered I contacted you once through your online chat, you said the Stella Mccartney shoes will be shipped this week. Today is the last day of the week I'm afraid it's delayed again. Dear Linda, while we understand your frustration we feel you are a little bit too harsh with you judgement. We contacted you through phone and email on December 30 to inform you the Stuart Weitzman boots were no longer available in the color you ordered and to offer you another color that you refused because you didn’t like it, which is totally understandable. As far as the Stella McCartney lace-ups are concerned, we are still waiting to receive them from a boutique we work with. We apologize for this delay but this is a holiday time in our country and everything is slowed down. That is also the reason why you didn’t get any refund. When you place an order on our website, we receive a charging authorization from your bank (it is only a reservation). No money is ever moved to our account until, or unless, the order ships. In your case we would charge only the amount of the Stella’s (the balance will automatically go back in your account). We have waived the shipping costs as a gesture for the inconvenience.
