I read the reviews on here first and was a bit leery to order something but I am so glad that I did. I placed the order around 1am EST on Thursday and received my Fendi bracelet on Friday 10am EST. The bracelet is lovely and I've received many compliments on it. My sister wanted validation that it wasn't a knockoff and when I showed her the box and all the tags/papers that came with it she gave her approval. I would say if you truly are hesitant to try out Rafaello Network to just order one thing and see how it goes. They won me over and it won't be the last time I order from them. Grazie mille Rafaello!

I made an order a month before, which never came, although the product was still available. They answered me that they were waiting for the product..
Canali tie ordered and shipped expediently, delivered to Armenia in 3 days. Will definitely use Rafaello's services again. Gorgeous tie, one more among my other canalis, redaellis, anteas and cardins.
Raffaello Network is not a legitimate seller of any of the brands on its website. It is selling high quality fakes, models that often don't even exist in the true collection of the designer, so please check the real collection of the designer before buying.
If you go to this place anyway, at least you'll know that you will get a fake, and you will the judge of what price you want to pay for this.
My references are my from my own research, including contacting designers, and authenticing a pair of shoes I bought from Raffaello Network (logo obviously applied reverse, unusual hill, unusual tag, unusual label, and model number that simply doesn't exist). Please beware.

Following the below review of my comment, Raffaello Network is probably fraudulous because they pretend selling authentic material and giving authenticity certificates with original packaging, which is simply false. Also I should add the end of my litigation. I returned my fake items using their system, but then they pretended not receiving my item, and no matter how I insisted, they would not help. I called DHL and they found the delivery document with their stamp to prove the delivery was made. I faxed all documents and item pictures to Paypal and got full refund.
Dear Kathy, we are the online retailers of luxury shops based in Italy. All these shops are legitimate sellers of the brands.
We also buy stocks from previous collections, this is the reason why you can find models that are not available elsewhere and that are cheaper.
Furthermore all the items are dispatched in their original packaging with tag for clothing and authenticity certificate for shoes, handbags and wallets.

I ordered 2 pairs of morato jeans and. Beenie. Loved them all but one was slightly tight. I contacted the customer service and they were very helpfull. They arranged the dhl pickup and i recived a refund right away. I would recommend rafello netword to everyone for amazing prices and customer service!
Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviewers. I placed an order for a AI RIDERS ON THE STORM hoddie over the black Friday weekend (25th Nov) for my sons xmas present as it was cheaper on their site than others. I chased up on 1st Dec as I havent got any booking confirmation. I received a reply stating that the order began processing on November 27 and
It usually takes 2-3 days, and sometimes up to 10 business days depending on demand. Then on 6th Dec I got told the order was not in stock and it was cancelled. This has been a total waste of time, I will now have to buy with a different retailer and at a more expensive price than what was being quoted on 25th Nov when I THOUGHT I had purchased it with Raffaello.
