First of all, how soon will the order ******* be shipped? Second, it's unbelievable that orders ******* and ******* can't be received, I paid by Alipay, and I already got your payment confirmation emails for those three orders! So where is my money now? I captured the pictures of those orders to your whatsapp but no one answer! For the ******* one it showed 'ITEMS EXPECTED AT OUR SHIPPING FACILITIES'! I can't accept your explain and pls find out whats wrong with the other two orders! If you can not go process my orders anymore how can I get my refund! I try to find you not only 24hrs! I need an answer!

Hello Panver, we apologize for the hassle you experienced in contacting us. It is a sale period and we are overwhelmed with requests. It sometimes takes us 24 hours to give a reply, we are sorry for this. I have checked your orders, the payment went through only for order 839158. The other ones have been automatically canceled by the system because we didn't receive the payment. Please understand we are intermediaries between luxury boutiques in Italy and customers all over the world. When a customer places the order online the item codes are entered into the system. Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work. This process takes about 2-3 business days (sometimes less sometimes a bit more, it varies from shop to shop).

We are expecting the delivery from the boutique. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as we ship the order.
