I have a Vitamix blender for years and love it so I wanted to give one to my sister as a gift. When I searched online QVC had a good deal so I checked out the reviews of the company to make sure it's a legit company. I read that it was so I ordered one. It advertised as new machine with warranty and everything. It took a while for her to get it, but she received one. But when she opened the box, she found out that was a used machine. It has clear evidence of usage. So I called the customer service and they were going to replace. They said they don't sell used items. So we sent back the first machine, and waited for the replacement to arrive. It took another month in the process. When she got it, it too had defects and definitely not a new machine. By this time it was clear that this company was lying in their advertisement. We returned the second one, they were supposed to have refunded us, but the only thing we got back was a $10 shipping cost. After 4 months of calling and haggling, we're still out $300 that they never refunded and no Vitamix. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER!
I rarely buy from QVC because I don't like to pay for shipping. Sometimes I am not able to find what I need elsewhere so I will purchase from them. I have not figured out why it takes so long to ship items. I have called in the past and never get a straight answer. Seems to be a coincidence that the item will be shipped the day after I call. While I don't expect them to be Amazon quick, it always takes weeks no matter what I buy. The only time I have had to send an item back was when they sent me the wrong thing. I ordered pants and they sent a shirt. A very ugly shirt. I called and was told when the item would be picked up. When no one arrived several days after I was told someone would be there, I called and was told that they don't ever know when someone is coming. So I said I would take it to the post office. Several weeks later, someone showed up at my door to pick the item up. Another example of no communication and poor customer service. On the positive side, other than the one time when they sent wrong thing, I have been satisfied with the items received when they finally arrive. Because I am not a patient person, if I purchase from them again, it will only be a last last last resort.
Another great company to buy from. Great customer service - love the fact that I can be charged in installments over a period of time. Great company - quality items.

I have ordered many products seen on tv from QVC and amazed that the service and products are so good. Never have I had a problem. And customer service is wonderful they go out of their way to help
I ordered Josie Maran 2 large size body butter, I never received it. I was told I had to wait 20 days to reorder, guess what, the product is gone. No kidding, it was a great price. So disappointing
Better hope you do not have an issue with them or Synchrony Bank, have been dealing with this issue since November of 2022, yes it is September of 2023 and I'm still having to call them every month as I do not owe them anything. I have emails from disputes saying they refunded my ez payments and that all future charges have been removed but yet I receive an email every month saying I missed a payment. When I call QVC they say its a Synchrony issue and to call them. When I call Synchrony they say it's a QVC issue and to call them.
I purchased a carry on bag for my daughters trip in a March 2023 of which never came, no refund no response from them for a replacement. I will never purchase from there again!
I've gotten a few things from here, but prices are inflated and shipping is slow. There are some great unique items - I got an Oven Beer Can Chicken baker that I love.

I had ordered a PS5 system using their easy pay system and my item got shipped (after a week)! The item then got lost in the mail so they offered me a credit towards a new system with the option of easy pay. Went through checkout and it wouldn't allow easy pay like they promised. So now i'm stuck with a bill on my credit card and credit with them. I used my credit towards 2 playstation 5 games because i ordered one elsewhere. Just be wary ordering from them because items get lost in the mail to much. I talked to various people saying they use a carrier service that looses a lot of items. A Playstation 5 is expensive so needless to say i'm terribly disappointed with QVC. If my first order (THAT GOT LOST) allowed easy pay why didn't my second order accept it? I have since went elsewhere because i can't pay almost $1000 in full and i got good credit so i have no idea why they didn't accept me the second time. I went to walmart to get one and i have cheaper payments to make using affirm. I wish i just did this in the first place but i jumped the gun with QVC to fast! Never again with them!

Out of the country (retaining my American Wellsfargo Bank Account) They have blocked my calls. I am an American Citizen, born and raised in Oregon, moved to Ghana so I could live well on my social security - and because I am in Africa, I have been blackballed, even though I pay them through my Wellsfargo account I have had for over 25 years! NO FAITH!
QVC is my favorite brand and i like all products. Results are amazing. Quality and Quantity is superb. Price is affordable. Happy customer. Recommended to friends and family.

Answer: No. Because QVC doesn't manufacture their own items; they redistribute other companies' products. Hence the heavy price tags.
Answer: Amazon offers many products found at QVC for better $$$ and easier delivery. QVC does have some good BOGO sales, but their shipping and handling AND taxes are prohibited. And you're looking at another 10 bucks to return 90% of their items. More than $10 for larger items and shoes. Shop elsewhere if you can. Also, QVC doesn't distribute coupon codes.
