For those of you for whom a bathroom is the most important room in your house Quality Bath is the invaluable source for all your bathroom needs. My special thanks go to Aron who not only helped to find what I was exactly looking for but also made my complex order which involved shipping to Europe much simpler than I expected. This coupled with a great price turned part of my renovation project much less stressful and a real pleasure.
BUYER BEWARE! An actively deceitful company. I bought an upscale $1,000 vanity from Quality Bath. It was dropped on it's side and severely damaged during shipping or while in QB's possession. They covered-up the hole in the box with packaging tape (see photo), and when they delivered the vanity, they placed the damaged corner of the box into the corner of my apartment, so that I would not see it.
Once the vanity was ready to be installed, it was removed from the box and the damage was discovered. When I contacted Quality Bath to setup a return, they immediately responded that I had signed away my right to return the product by signing for the delivery. That they have some legal loophole in their fine-print that allows them to scam you.
Truly the most atrocious customer interaction of my life and I'm out an enormous amount of money. It's psychotic.
On its website it claims that "We guarantee to match our blockbuster Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale pricing on all purchases made starting from November 13,2022". I trusted them and ordered a bathtub, which then got a much bigger discount on wayfair.com ($500 less than the price I got from QualityBath). But QualityBath refused to match the price, saying it only matches prices on its_own_ website. Cheating!
And I requested to cancel my order before it's shipped, but its customer service agent said it's out of their control because they have ordered it from the factory and I could only return it with 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost.
At the time I write this review, the bathtub was just received at FedEx, but not in transit yet. And they don't want to do anything.
I'm going to end up with paying $500 more than I should.
The toilet was exceptionally well priced. I ordered it and was told at the time I placed the order that we would receive it within 5 business days. We are now at day 10, and no one can tell me when it's coming. I have scheduled and re-scheduled our plumber twice. QB's customer service has been great at communicating. They do notify me daily that they are "working on it", but can't tell me when it will ship. Very frustrating and expensive as our bathroom remodeling project and crew is " on hold" doing non-essential busy work as we wait.
I am about to do a remodel in my master bathroom so there were several items I needed to order. From shower valves, to a large linear drain to a wall mounted toilet Quality Bath had it all. Dov was both knowledgeable and helpful. He was always very quick to send me quotes. Most of the items arrived in a timely manner. So far I have had a good experience. Thank you.
Purchased a Franke Sink Grid. Took 3 weeks to arrive as they ordered it from Franke to be shipped to me. I ordered the wrong drain side. Had to return it and got hit with a 25% restocking fee. Outrageous and inflated.
Do yourself a favor and order from Vevano.com. Ordered the same item at a cost of $20 less than Quality Bath and arrived in 2 days. And, Vevano only charges a 15% restocking fee. Seems clear to me... Vevano better service.
I purchased the Bain ultra 6 weeks ago and finally received it last night.
First, customer service was great. Akiva has been very helpful and responsive with the purchase.
As for the tub, I think the added ultra velour finish looks good and the integrated overflow is unique. The reason I give this product a 3star rating is because it has some blemishes on the front apron and that maybe from the process of adding the ultra velour finish. But I think this can be re-done by their authorized service dealer. I will reach out to find out.
Secondly, I think wall of the tub is too thin. It would be better if it's a little thick so it doesn't show the line across the front the apron where it has a metal frame to re-enforce the apron to the tub.
Lastly, since the material is so thin, the front apron bulges out a little bit. I just wish it was straight flat.
Since I couldn't find any modern looking cast iron tub so this would be ok.
I will do another review after the installation.

Their communication during the order and shipping process was timely and transparent. All around a joy to buy from--vast product selection, the most competitive prices, very helpful product add-ons that tell you exactly which parts you'll need to install a given item, and if an issue does arrive, immediate response and ideal resolution from Customer Service!
Terrific experience from beginning to end-very helpful and guiding me in choices regarding products, knowledgeable, good pricing, and materials were quality inn arrived well packaged. Many months after I received my shipment, I contacted them because I had lost part. They responded quickly and sent me what I needed right away. Great experience.
Dina, my sales person was prompt and very knowledgeable for all products inquiries. This is awesome place to buy your materials. However, be aware this place has many unusual holidays to shut off the whole websites and office staffs.
I only order items for my home from this website because of their customer service. They truly put the customer first and make things right if something goes wrong with a product or delivery. Additionally, they always have the best price. Ruthie helped me with an issue I had with delivery and resolved it immediately!

We ordered a Bain air tub through Quality Bath and had the pleasure of ordering through your customer service representative, Rikki. When I found out the tub was not going to be delivered for 3 weeks or more and that this would conflict with my bath contractor's schedule, Rikki stepped in and was able to get the tub in sooner from the manufacturer. Although customer service is absent from so many companies, Quality Bath has an asset in Rikki. It was a pleasure to not only get a beautiful tub, but to get five star customer service as well!

Answer: They contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a custom size. A closer, smaller company (the nearest to me was two hours way by car) simply replied that the company does not offer the size I needed and didn't bother to inquire with the manufacturer. Two other companies I contacted in the same area didn't bother to reply to my inquiry.
