This was my second time buying from Quality Bath, and both experiences were wonderful. Dov helped me out both times. He knows his stuff! I knew I wanted an air tub, but I didn't realize how many options there were. Dov patiently helped me whittle down all of the choices to find the perfect tub. I also needed a new kitchen sink, and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. (I ordered the tub later, so it hasn't come yet.) I will definitely shop Quality Bath for future fixtures!

I know online ordering of bath supplies and the like can be daunting. People want to see the faucet, toilet bowl, etc. and customers want to know they can call someone if they need help. Doing it online with quality bath has always been the best customer experience. If I need a part replaced, they respond right away and send me the missing item. They've also sent info on installation and product details from their manufacturers. Thanks QB for being a top vendor!

I just purchased vanities from QualityBath.com for a complete bathroom remodel. QualityBath.com has a huge selection, but the website make it very simple for me to customize. I visited other websites and visited local vendors, but no one was able to match the quality, convenience, service and price.

BUT what really made my experience superb was Josh. He make the process feel very personal - which is a big relief when you're make a big purchase and you don't want to get it wrong. I wasn't expecting such individualized service from an online vendor. Thanks Josh!

I purchased a large amount of items for the renovation of our new home. I recently had an issue with one of the more expensive items I had purchased. I contacted quality bath and was put in touch with Leah in after sales department. She submitted a claim on my behalf and was able to get it approved and have another one shipped out to me in less than 3 days. She was amazing! I will never buy any bath product form anywhere else! Janet from quality bath was very helpful! I received quick responses when I needed to make a return and was quickly had a new Door coming my way after the carrier some how broke the door during shipment. Janet was in contact with me until I notified Janet that everything was good on my side, I appreciated the regular updates regarding the issue with my product.

I needed an invoice for my sink purchase and spoke with Aron. He was helpful and very courteous. Within in a couple of minutes he located it and sent it to me!

I worked with Lea at Quality bath and the support was excellent. There were some parts missing and Lea worked with me to figure out what was missing and made sure I had them shipped in time.

Also, I order a full bath assuming the parts are difficult to get, Lea intervened and advised me that I do not require the full bath but the parts are getting shipped. I have not seen an other online vendor do something like this, in this day of always profits at any cost.

This was the first time I had ever heard of Quality Bath. Their selection was impressive and the website easy to navigate. The original farmhouse sink I ordered was no longer available in the color I needed. I received both a phone call and e-mail from customer service sincerely apologizing. Naomi stepped up and helped me find a great replacement sink, with an unlacquered brass strainer (from the original sink's manufacturer) and a protective grid to fit. She put it all together, sent me a quote and all I had to do was purchase! I got an email today saying that part of the order was shipped today (1-day after ordering!) Wow! I will definitely return to Quality Bath for future purchases. Thank you Naomi for going the extra mile for me.
