I ordered a claw foot tub with a black painted exterior. I wanted black feet but that wasnt an option so I ordered white feet and planned to paint them myself. On a whim I emailed Rikki and asked if it would be possible to get the feet painted when the tub was painted. Within 30 minutes she had called Barclay and arranged for my tub to have black feet matching the exterior, at no additional cost! Amazing service! Thank you so very much! Dov is fantastic to work with. He is efficient, courteous and very helpful. I've completed two large orders with him for new construction/homes and the prices, scheduling and delivery have all been stellar. I am now referring him to friends and clients. The homes I build are in California and I haven't been able to find any other supplier around the country that can beat Quality Bath's prices.
They do not expressly state it, but they charge you 20% restocking on any returned items. This is crazy in the current day of Internet shopping. You can't even see the products unless you order them... of course they should deal with returns.

I received parts that I ordered but I was missing connectors. I figured out that this was because I ordered a filter replacement rather than a filter "set." Aron suggested that I not return the error part but just keep it in reserve for next year when I have to replace the filter. Probably good advice but would up spending nearly $400 instead of the lower amount. Goo advice, esp. Since restocking fee is 10%, but still a crazy amount to spend on a water filter.
We were renovating our home and purchased five (5) Icera Malibu II one-piece skirted toilets. Quality Bath gave us a quantity discount and excellent service and my city paid me $100 per toilet for installing these 1.28 gallon per flush toilets to replace old and water-wasting toilets. These were in short supply and I could not find anyone except Quality Bath with 5 of them in stock and Quality Bath was advertising them at the lowest price I could find on the internet. They are beautiful, easy to clean because they are one-piece and skirted, and very efficient at flushing in spite of using less water because of the 3" valve. They were installed in October 2018 and we have yet to experience a clog.
Rikki was very helpful when the sink I ordered had a up to 8 week lead time. I was offered two other choices that were available to ship immediately. Thank you so much for keeping our kitchen renovation on time and for the excellent communication Rikki!
Answer: They contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a custom size. A closer, smaller company (the nearest to me was two hours way by car) simply replied that the company does not offer the size I needed and didn't bother to inquire with the manufacturer. Two other companies I contacted in the same area didn't bother to reply to my inquiry.
