I searched forever to find the perfect fixtures for my bath remodel. Finally found exactly what I wanted and at a great price at qualitybath.com. Unfortunately, I found out later that one of the items was delayed 2 months. I searched around to see if I could find a replacement but everyone was showing as delayed for that long as well. I contacted customer service to see what could be done since not having that part would throw off my entire construction schedule. I got a message back from the rep, Tziporah. She actually hunted around with other vendors and was able to locate one (perhaps the only one in existence!) for me. She was having it shipped out right away. This level of customer service is unheard of in this day and age. I cannot thank her and qualitybath.com enough for taking the initiative and going far above and beyond to make it right for me. I found Quality Bath because I was looking for a specific luxury vanity brand that was not available at a lot of vendors. After a not very positive experience at another vendor I found Quality Bath and decided to give them a try. The customer service experience was AWESOME! The selection of quality products is amazing and they carry brands that you cannot easily find at other retailers. Since this purchase Quality Bath has become my first stop when purchasing plumbing, fixtures and hardware. I cannot recommend them enough.

We have received great customer service from Quality Bath. We ordered sinks, faucets and related accessories from Quality Bath for our Kitchen remodel. Everything was delivered in good condition. Most items were delivered ahead of schedule. One item was delayed by the manufacturer, and Quality Bath went to an outside vendor to obtain the item so that we could maintain our remodel schedule; without us asking them to do so. We'll be using them again in the future.

Quality Bath has been our go-to company for purchases related to bathroom renovation. Ruthie did an excellent job of helping us purchase showers etc. for our first bathroom renovation. We had her email address and recently contacted her for our second bathroom renovation and received the same professional, courteous and excellent service.

Also, I found their website extremely easy to search, it helps you filter the millions of options out there into what suits your needs the most. Also, I really appreciate the insightful emails with articles, one of which helped me choose between a thermostatic vs. pressure balanced shower valve. They made the decision making process really easy and enjoyable.

I purchased a Hansgrohe hand shower almost 4 years ago and the water regulator (I live in CA) stopped working and the turbo setting comes out way too forceful and no longer limiting the gallons per minute anymore. The other 2 settings aren't useful as they are too weak. I asked Quality Bath about the warranty and Tammy in Returns helped me resolve this very quickly. She contacted the company, requested a replacement for us, and within a couple of weeks, we received the replacement Hansgrohe hand shower and it is working perfectly. Quality Bath stands behind their products and care about their customers' experiences. I didn't expect service like this; it's hard to find top-notch people and companies these days! I've returned to Quality Bath now a few times because their selection and customer service is top notch. When a recent order was going to be delayed in shipping, Tziporah reached out and helped me figure out an alternative quickly and was SO nice about it. You don't get service like this very often. Will happily order from them again when we renovate our bathroom.

They have a great website, really responsive people you can call by phone, and are the fastest to ship items in the kitchen/bath space, and they have some designers that they seem to be the only US online vendor.

I am building a home and have ordered from most major online stores for faucets, baths, sinks, toilets etc. They have the best selection, often the best prices (esp. If you catch a sale), and unbeatable customer service for returns, changes of shipping location, etc. It is not worth the hassle to save a few dollars at buying from other sites, dealing with slow shipping (one site took more than a month to ship an item that they told me was in stock) and other pitfalls.

Was looking for a particular Toto toilet was told by another that it was not available to ship to NJ.

Akiva from Quality Bath was prompt in returning my inquiry and provided a fair price for the hot water dispenser. In fact pricing beat Amazon handily. About 25% less. Shipping was fast and I received notifications all through the order, shipping and delivery process. Would definitively do business with them again.
