I have bought a significant number of items from quality bath for two bathroom remodels this year. It has been great working with Akiva and team to answer all my questions and meet my needs. The company is able to accommodate you in so many ways. One thing I really like is that they will keep larger items in the warehouse until your project starts. Once you give them the go ahead, they ship it out immediately. Everyone at the company has been super responsive and is ready to assist you with whatever you need. Their prices are great and they have earned my trust and confidence for sure.
We purchased a rather expensive Robern medicine cabinet and received it in January at our job site but neglected to open the package until last week when it was ready to be installed. One of the mirrored doors had been damaged in shipment and despite the fact that we waited two months to find this out, Janet at QualityBath took care of ordering a replacement at no charge. The staff members at Quality Bath are a great representation of the company. Dealing with Freida was an amazing experience. I ordered 2 cement sinks from quality bath. Unfortunately one was cracked (totally fed ex's fault) Chaya at quality bath has been amazing to work with! I reached out concerning the cracked sink and she responded promptly and fixed my issue immediately! She shipped out a new sink the same day. I will definitely be ordering from quality bath again.
Ordered the blanco strainers which are well worth the price. They look upscale. The stopper on the garbage side ic plastic billy the inserts look high end. Customer service was great. They were responsive and helpful. Their prices were better then others. Highly recommend company and product.

Quality bath has been excellent in customer service. Each item I ordered was lower priced than other sites and was sent out quickly. I did, however have a big problem because I changed my mind on an order. The return process turned out to be a complete pain ---partly due to the return process (you pay return shipping, then e-mail tracking info, and then pay restocking fees) and partly due to the vendor, Rohl, then repeatedly mailing me the wrong items on a reorder. In this experience, Tammy, the return specialist at quality bath was very helpful and pleasant. My advise: if you know exactly what you want, order from Quality bath. Otherwise, there are some other sites that have a simpler returns process without restocking fees.
Your customer service person, Adina, was amazingly helpful in obtaining replacement parts for my almost 10 year old faucet. I can't thank her enough! It is so nice to know that Quality Bath is just that. Quality... in their people and products. Thank you Adina!

We went though two big box stores trying to get a specific shower enclosure kit and kept having issues. Once I found quality bath I asked for a delivery estimate and Akiva got us a full quote and delivery estimate in under an hour with an easy order link. Someone called to schedule delivery with me 4 days later! Incredibly easy to work with and it ended up being far cheaper than any of the big competitors. We now have a new go to shop.
Quality Bath is a bathroom fixture and supply warehouse located in New Jersey. They carry top brands and their prices for the items we wanted to buy were the best we could find. It was easy to get quotes from them and questions answered via email and Chat. We are remodeling our master bathroom and putting in two vanities, a new shower, and a freestanding tub. We purchased a shower system fixture and two vanity sink faucets from Quality. We had issues because the manufacturer had delayed shipment, through no fault of Quality Bath, and "Sari" at Quality Bath was so helpful and arranged for expedited delivery so we could get our plumbing fixtures in time for the contractor to begin the work, which could not start without the shower fixture in hand. Thanks to Sari and Quality Bath, we will get underway starting next week.

I am beyond impressed with Dov and Quality Bath. Not only are their prices competitive, but they are a pleasure to deal with. I did a full gut renovation in NYC. I needed everything! Dov was so helpful guiding me and suggesting product. It took me months to make final decisions and Dov was so knowledgeable and patient during the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Delivery has been a breeze, and very organized it coordinating with my NYC co-op (which could be a challenge). Worst costumer service. I still can't believe that after purchasing a $200 shower head that I can't return it because I installed it for less than a minute and it's useless by the way. So disappointed specially in this times when we only rely on online shopping. How could I've known that the water would splash on the wall causing all the water to go directly out of the tub soaking all the bathroom floor.
Although there were issues with the order, Chaya, at Quality Bath, worked with me until all issues/replacements were resolved. Her customer service goes beyond expectations and was quite helpful in working through the exchange process and provided excellent info in order to make the right decisions. Also Mimi on the sales end was extremely helpful with product information and timely quotes to help get everything ordered. I have already ordered again from QB and will not hesitate to order again as the need arises.
