Quadratec

The wrong part was sent. The exhaust pipe is the wrong one it does not have the correct hanger and has a flange for 4 Bolts on the end. It isn't even the brand I ordered. How can I send it back for the right one?

The floor mats did not fit and were off by two inches. The cargo liner came in a separate box than the floor mats and when I tried to return them I have only received one label but I have two boxes to return

The parts are fine, but the lack of information and pictures of the product from multiple angles limits the amount of research you can do before purchasing. Shopping becomes a game of trial and error.

Quadratec is always great to work with, things ship out so quickly. I called in to request a new part and it was later on a Friday but a real person answered and got right with me. The part that came was not what was pictured and he apologized and got it all straightened out. Said he would put in a request for the warehouse to check that the muffler had no flange. But the second one I received also had a flange. I love Quadratec but was not satisfied with the product I received.

The front bumper fog light recessed tubing was not aligned with the fog lamp mounting bracket. As a result the fog light could not be installed because of the misalignment. I had to trim the tubing with a cutting torch to get the clearance to install the fog lamp on the fog lamp bracket. Repainted and you can not tell from with bumper installed.

FedEx dumped the box out of the back of the truck in my driveway when heavy rain was expected. By the time I got home the box was soaked all the way through. I paid $99 for shipping so the least they could have done was cover it with plastic.

I have ordered from Quadratec in the past with not much concern. However this last order has been a nightmare. This order was place on Jan 21/22 and it is now Apr 8/22 and still no parts. I have called 8 times questioning this order and was assured it would becoming but never getting it. Most times I have called I was on hold waiting for someone to answer for over a hour. I was even put back on hold after some one did answer to be put back on hold and not return at all. That is on hold for a day, this is unacceptable

My first delivery I was sent two drivers side kick boards instead of a drivers and passenger kick board. Customer service took care of it and sent the right board out. Received it in two days. Thanks.

I used a gift certificate on a previous order- there is $12.00 left on the certificate and the site would not allow me to use the remainder. I emailed customer service and they have not responded yet.

I purchased these because of the price, they are not OEM but fit perfectly. Ordering online was simple and the item was shipped quickly. I am happy with the quick service and the quality of the parts.

I have ordered multiple items from this company and have never had any issues. If i have any questions about a product before i buy it, i have called them and made sure of the product that i am looking at. I have never been happier with them.

You guys suck had to return first tent because shipping damage. And I've had nothing put problems trying to send it back. 45 minutes waiting on hold for the wrong return shipping lable. Another 42 minutes waiting on hold to get the correct shipping lable that I haven't seen yet. So far I will never do business with you ever again you suck!

I wanted an "emailed" gift card but I received a physical card in the mail instead. The site indicates that an email gift card is an option but there does not appear to be a process for this option. It was VERY confusing.

As far as video and written instruction was great: however, I call Quadratec and the rep help me with one of my question, but never call me back with answer to my second question. The stealth light bar was easy to install and look great.

Easy to order. Great product. Very thick. Looks amazing on the Jeep. I wish their packaging was better. One of the ends was damaged ( scraped up) Need better reinforcement on the ends when packaging. Long and heavy product makes it easy to slide out one of the ends.

Everything is ok. The fit of the tire cover in relation to the rearview camera was a little disappointing. I assumed it would have a tiger fit around the camera and instead it has a huge gap and flops back-and-forth in front of the camera. I read some thing up to deal with the issue, but would have preferred it had some type of sleeve or gasket to deal with the loose fit around the camera.

It was very unsatisfactory my order didn't come with all the parts to install my new top so I have to spend more money to get all the parts. And the flooring that I ordered was a waste of money. Very poor quality

Great customer service. I was sent the wrong soft top for my jeep and I contacted customer service and they were on top of it, sent me the right soft top and sent me a return label to send the other one back which FedEx came to my house to pick up at no charge to me.
