Horrible

Charged me for a tablet I never ordered or didn't recieve. Horrible customer service. There are better free companies out there. Stay away. Charging for a tablet would be nice if I had received one.

Service

Service was great till November of 2023 when I started looking at other providers and found a better deal. Service was updated and thought all was good. Till the day I start to transfer my number and Qlink cancels my services, still in November and refuse to help. Getting a lawyer involved because they don't care about helping me. I need that number because that is the only number my kids know to get ahold of me (ex won't let me call them but they can call me).

Horrible

I've called at least six times because my 5g lte doesn't work at all. I have to use my neighbors wifi for anything data and internet related and that still doesn't guarantee it'll work as advertised. Horrible customer service! They all say the same troubleshooting steps even though I tell them right off the start that I've tried all the steps and it doesn't fix the continuous problem. All the customer service agents ignore what I say and 30 minutes later they tell me they can't do anything and it never gets resolved ever! Plus I barely can understand the agents which is frustrating especially because they ignore me like I'm an idiot

Internet blocked for other devices

"Free internet" blocks user availability to other devices, such as using a router for laptop, tablets, TV, etc.
So called "free internet" requres that another provider must be paid for to provide household internet accesibility.
Very disappointing.

Recently, an email was received linking to supposed QLink apps for mobile devices. The link resulted in a "site not found" message. Further searching at QLink's main site produced nothing in the way of mobile apps. Nothing lost, nothing gained, except for dashed expectations and a waste of time.
Overall, I am QUITE PLEASED with QLink's service and reliability, so this kind of misunderstanding and misinformation takes a perfect 5* rating to a 4.

All though I went on my account and changed my address Qlink still sent my sims card to the wrong address Qlink texted me on Saturday the 2 CND and said my sims card would be here on Sunday the 3rd I still have not received my sims card we're is my sims card?

Well folks, I can tell you just how good they are you can port your own number to them any year and a half later it will still be stuck in potation mode. They will deny it and they're also also having to pay the government back $62 million that they wrongfully used For lifeline and ACP reciprocates $62 million guys of government fraud from this carrier. I don't think the government should just see their money back. I think they should shut them down to be a government assistant but they robbed $62 million from the government.

Could be better

I don't get signal at my house I have to use my wifi an go outside to make calls and I loose signal in open road or where there's a lot of trees. It's annoying an the service is really slow an laggy.

I've had so many problems getting this set up I couldn't keep my old phone numbers they screwed me over on that I didn't get the Amazon $25 gift card they screwed me over on that I had problems getting my voicemail set up because they changed my pin on me and then they said oh no it's not us and yes it was them I had to look online to get the PIN number so I can get into my own voicemail and set it up they knew nothing how to do anything to customer service is just bad and they wouldn't not shut up to listen to you. And by the way your voicemail password is the last four digits of your new phone number which they should know and they do not

Ability to make or receive calls stopped after 6 mos! Tried to reach CS with emails and calls. Was advised I would receive a call back but they never returned my call. It's been 5 months...still NO SERVICE! All they've done is send advertise emails about their great products and service. Repeatedly asked me to apply! I'm still paying for the phone that does not work! Don't bother! After they get your money, they treat you like crap! FRAUD ALERT! NOT AS ADVERTISED! STAY FAR AWAY!

I bought 3 phones at different times every one broke. Also they took away my Data and also I could not make any phone calls. I had to wait til the beginning of the following month to get my service. Yes I am on lifeline

As I said it works great unless I'm at home. Signal sucks I can't get messages or calls at my house. It's insane that my daughters school had to email me that she had broken her wrist in PE last year because she couldn't call. So my daughter was at school for 2 and a half hours hurting with a broken wrist scared and bawling her eyes out because my phone doesn't get signal. Works great in town but I'm a stay at home mom and it's bs I have to reached by email because my phone can't receive a call.

P.s. Value is only a 5 star because it's a free service!

The five years of service was great unless I had to call support or needed anything from a live advisor. I have a hard time nderstanding their phone support and they always want you to do a survey after the phone call which is wrong most of the time I am not sure if they helped me until I see they have. My biggest on going problem is that I needed to cancle service because I was transferring it to another company. I have had to call and cancle 4 times and still fin out im not cancled. Last time they made me think It went through and at the first of the month, a new billing cycle they took back my credit. So they get paid and I dont have phone service unless I can pay the full amount. Which is the point of this credit, I can't. They have collected $60.for no service and I am without a phone. I know the first they will do it again and I will go to the BBB.
