Publix Super Markets

I love Publix supermarket, but the prices are extremely high.
4 apples $6,99? Really?
Potatoes….$6,99?
Anything you look at it's very expensive.

There's no pie. It's all cream. If I wanted just cream that's what I'd buy.
Waste of money. I'm never buying it again.

I was waiting for 40 min in the western union line, inside of Publix locate it in forest hill Blvd, greenacres

Missed my birthday reward and they would not reinstate it!
I shop there 2 to 3 times a week!

I have been using my travel passports the last couple of weeks as my ID western union said it was okay. The Haitian lady landwich did not accept my travel passport because mentally she did not understand to accept it. She said it was expired. I tried to explain to her that I used it the other day and Patricia was standing behind on other side of cashier box and she was rude nasty to me how she spoke unprofessional to me and she was there the day before when kiera accepted my passport and she never said anything then. I let the supervisor know and he seemed not to do much about it because when I had to turn around and get laundry detergent I had to pass the customer service desk and they were laughing and gossiping as I passed by. I recorded it on my phone and so I had proof and Patricia flashed her phone at me. I went and told the supervisor again the way Patricia, landwich and kiera were in the store again were unprofessional and Patricia tried to get Kiara involved when I did not deal with her that same day. I checked my mailbox and got my license and went back to store and supervisor gave me the western union money. I should have gone to walmart and gotten better service.

I just left Publix and bought a valentine's gift bag! The gift bag isn't even closed at the bottom! My stuff would of fell right through!

The customer service in this store does not understand what the word service means.
I am a senior and not very Astute at using the Publix app. I asked for assistance… the male light brown hair with a gray streak in his hair was available told Me to pull up the app and click print… I was not able to find the area he was referring to as I struggled with the app. A minute later with no help another made with dark hair said get your cart and get out of the way… WOW This is the NEW UNFRIENDLY Publix way of doing business. How rude can you be. Well needless to say I did move my cart and left the store.

This is not good service and I will probably never go back. I presume Publix has all the business it can handle and does not need new customer.
My review is not the only one that has spoken of the rudeness of the employee at Publix. High prices, Rude employees and nothing special to talk about Publix is not my go to store in the future.

Another sad and obvious day in Publix. I have gone to countless Publix over the years and never had that bad an experience. Only since I've moved to Southwest Florida have I had these experiences, Punta Gorda on Airport rd and 41 in particular. There is a specific senior white woman that they have working the customer service desk ( which I really don't understand why) that has been obviously racist in her actions including attitude toward my mother and I. We have made it a priority to avoid this woman whenever we go there but Every once in a while my mother will want a lottery ticket or a scratch off, and if this lady is working she'll act as if we are about to rob the place and clutch the scratch offs close to her until we give her the money. It wouldn't have really bothered me but I watched 2 white customers in line before us be passed the tickets on the counter before being paid with a smile to boot. If it was an isolated incident or if I seen she was just miserable and nasty to everyone this review would be regarding all customers in general but I see her only act this way with minorities. I have dealt with this Publix for years before I came to this conclusion so don't think this review is fueled by a one off experience and emotion. Publix needs to take accountability for employing these Racists. They are not oblivious to what's happening in there stores they just choose to ignore it. Incident date- 9/1/22 5:30pm. Accidentally I noticed that they charge me twice!'when I confronted the manager about it he didn't bother toss sorry me!

Publix is a customer centered grocery store that offers a huge variety of the freshest foods and products!

This store needs ran out of town by Aldi! 6.99 for flipping pop cycles 🤬
2 Lt soda about 4.00 each

They gossip and say very bad things about some customers. Every time I enter the Publix in Post Common Shopping Center in Melbourne FL I hear some employees gossiping about customers.

Pharmacy never have medications in stock, don't when or if they will get them, just lucky when they do.

They left when i wasn't home yet bad very bad very bad very bad very bad i do not recommend very bad and i hate their water
