Publix Super Markets

The pharmacy on 5804 Bee Bridge Rd. If you bring in a script for a brand name prescription they give you generic. I was charged Brand Price. AND they would not take it back. Terrible pharmacy

ON SATURDAY JUNE 18,2022, I WAS SHOPPING AT THE PUBLIX ON 4628 AIRPORT BLVD. MOBILE AL. AT 8:30 AM. ONE OF THE ITEMS I WANTED WAS SOME FRESH COD. WHEN I GOT TO THE FISH DISPLAY A YOUNG BLACK MAN WAS JUST PUTTING OUT SOME CRAB LEGS AND THE REST OF THE DISPLAY CASE WAS EMPTY. I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS GOING TO PUT OUT SOME COD. HE SAID NO BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WOULD BE GETTING SOME TOMORROW. AS I DID NOT NEED THE COD UNTIN THE NEXT DAY I SAID THANK YOU I'LL COME BACK TOMORROW. AS I WAS SHOPPING DOWN ANOTHER ISLE HERE COMES THIS YOUNG MAN AND SAID "SIR, WE JUST GOT SOME COD IN, DO YOU STILL WANT SOME"?. I SAID YES, FOLLOWED HIM AND MADE MY PURCHASE. I WISH I HAD GOT HIS NAME. I DID NOT BUT THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT WITH MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT PUBLIX. EVERY TIME I VISIT A PUBLIX IT'S THE SAME. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I visited two different Publix bakeries in my area last year, both for birthday sheet cakes. The first was for my sister's birthday. I placed a special order for a cherry cake with vanilla cake. I was told it was fine to substitute chocolate cake for vanilla, because my sister has a chocolate allergy. We cut into her cake, and it was chocolate. FAIL She couldn't eat her own cake. Even the label on the cake said vanilla. It was obviously not made for me but pulled out of the case ready made.
Giving Publix another chance after ruining my sister's cake, I bought my boss a birthday cake two months later for his birthday. No special order this time. Regular old black/white mix. Problem with this one? Absolutely ZERO frosting in the center. Just cake on cake. And it was DRY cake. Even the frosting on the outside was as thin as tissue paper. You could literally see the color of the cake underneath. I don't know who decided in corporate to skimp on the frosting, but again...another FAIL. It was embarrassing. Dry cake and zero frosting = waste of money.
I realize it's just cake. But when you spend hard earned money on food for someone's special day, you want it to at least be edible.
Get your act together, Publix. My ten year old granddaughter bakes better than this.

I was hoping to try one of these ginger beers at the Madison Yards Publix off of Glenwood and Memorial in Atlanta, but these ants beat me to it.

Publix in Lebanon, TN never has rotisserie chickens out. The last five times I've gone to get one there none. I've complained to the head store manager every time

Approximately a year ago I went into the bakery to purchase a cake for my son ( everyone loves Publix cakes) However, what I discovered when trying to buy a cake for a young teen boy is my only options were cakes with old lady roses or cakkes with big blobs that were suppose to be balloons? Not everyone orders in advance so I met with the bakery manager and gave my ideas.why cant the bakery make a blank slate cake.one that is a blank canvas that a person can have whatever colors they want and Happy Birthday could be easily written in the color of the customers choice?
My thoughts and ideas and speaking to the manager didnt get me anywhere.I found myself again at Publix bakery a different Publix trying to buy. My son a Birthday cake again big blobs of frosting to look like balloons and old lady roses on "every" cake I wanted to have a cake with bright green and black but was told no...no blank white frosted cakes...settled for a speciality hazelnut chocolate cake and had Happy Birthday written on it with green frosting.
Why cant the bakery leave. A cake. Plain for a customer to decide their own color choices? Its soo simple and basic...easy.just try it.you might sell more!

I will not shop at Publix anymore after I was disrespected by a pharmacist at store #1621.
The pharmacist was very rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional.

I have shopped for 20 years at publix, no more. I only go if I have to. The store in Lighthouse Point where I live is horrible place to shop, really shopping here is no pleasure like they say in their ads. Today I went and they were out of milk, Lettuce juice etc. Its always out of half my list. Really waste of my time!
What I dont understsmd is I go to Winn Dixie or Wslmart and and they arent out of anything, mot to mention the savings. Trust me you save dollars mot a few pennies. For example Progresso soup Publix $2.99 a can Walmart $1.68 per can and they areaking a profit and Winn Dixie $2.29. You do the math. Publx where Shopplng is a Holdup. Im done never again bye bye Public!

PUBLIX IN COBBLESTONE IS MY STORE. I WANT TO THANK AN EMPLOYEE KODY FOR GOING OVER AND ABOVE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE OUT OF MY WINE HE MADE A SPECIAL TRIP TO ANOTHER PUBLIX AND GOT MY WINE AND BOUGHT IT TO COBBLESTONE PUBLIX FOR ME. KODY DESERVES KUDOS FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an amazing experience at Publix Pharmacy in Brandon Fl.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer when I had to call the pharmacy looking for information about a Rx that was supposed to be called in for me. Unfortunately the prescription had not been called in at that time. But she was extremely helpful and updated all my info and even told me that she would send me a notification on my phone as soon as the Rx was sent to be filled. I unfortunately had left my phone at home when I was out running errands later this day and was by the store and decided to stop in. At the pharmacy i spoke with Tarah, who was super nice and had let me know that they had received my Rx but said the the Rx was not yet filled. She told me that they could have it filled in 30 mins. But I explained to her that there was in no rush to have it filled and was ok with coming back later to pick it up. I was told that the perception would be ready by 2pm. When I returned home I saw that Jennifer had in fact sent me a text message letting me know when my Rx would be ready. Around 3pm I had went back to get my Rx where I was again met with such amazing customer service. I had planned to pay with cash but couldn't find the money that I had place in my pocket. Thinking I left it at home, I paid with my card. I got back home and realized that the money was no where to be found. Upset about the situation, I was accepting my loss. When my cell rang and it was Tarah letting me know that I had dropped the money in front of the counter and that they would have it for me to come pick up. When returning to the pharmacy for the third time that day, these 2 wonderful women were so gracious and friendly. Jennifer let me know that she found the money and realized that it was mine. I have never seen such a level of compassion and willingness to be helpful from a pharmacy team. These 2 women had such an impact on my day and my peace of mind. Thank you so much Jennifer and Tarah. As a healthcare worker myself, I am so happy to see the compassion from a different side of the spectrum and can not thank you two enough for your amazing service. God bless you ladies. Publix is so lucky to have such incredible women working for them!

Never mind. Everyone has a bad day. Cashier was rude. Not the usual at this Publix. Customer service at this store is usually good.

On July 5/2023 my Father in law went to Publix( Ponte Vedra,FL) to purchase 100 ACCU SMART VIEW STRIPS, i did told him that i can buy it from amazon but he was out and neede it! Yestrday we where reviewing his credit card bill ans find out that Publix charged him over $ 200 ( see proof), Amazon and other businesses charge aprox $ 49 to $ 60, today i call Publix and they say they cant do anything, my father in law is 93 years old and cand go there! PUBLIX SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELF! I WILL NEVE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
THIS COMPANY IS AN HIGHWAY ROBBERY A PREDATORS OVER OLDER PEOPLE!
