Purchased expensive cleats from Pro Direct and had a terrible experience. Tried on cleats once inside and they didn't fit so packaged them up and returned in perfectly new condition. First, I had to pay for the return shipping which is a red flag. Pro Direct responded that cleats were not in a "new and unused" condition which is totally untrue. They even sent pictures of the perfectly new and unused cleats as if that proved anything other than they were brand new. Their return policy is a joke and they do not honor legitimate returns. They refused to refund my money and returned the new and unused cleats to me, forcing me to buy a product that did not fit. I strongly recommend not placing an order with this company. There are other soccer companies that are legitimate and honor returns.
Bought a pair of trainers. After my daughter wore once the stitching started coming apart. Tried several times to contact the company by email as there was no answer or possible way of leaving a message on the landline.
I would advise against purchasing from a company that does not reply to its customers.
I have now paid to get the trainers re stitched using a shop at extra expense.
If I do get a reply to any of the emails that have been sent then I will be sure to raise from a one star to a one and a half for all the effort they finally put in.
I ordered pants for my team here in the US. PDS shipped garbage pairs of pants, lead me to believe there was nothing wrong with them, and advised I was responsible for return shipping over $300.
After paying £180 for a pair of boots, they didn't deliver them and are refusing to give me a refund. I am now taking legal action. Absolute shambles of a company will never use again. Customer service doesn't take any ownership at all.

Wish I'd have just waited for soccer.com to ship my delayed shoes. Instead I found them on prodirectsoccer.com and ordered them on a Friday. Monday morning soccer.com emailed me saying my shoes were being shipped. I promptly emailed prodirectsoccer asking to cancel. I called them several times that day, only hearing a message stating no one could answer. I emailed again later in the day and then received a reply that the shoes had already shipped. I asked for a return label and they said I needed to package and pay for shipping myself per their policy. I told them thanks for replying and that I'd go back to buying from their competition.
I bought a pair of cleats ( Mizuno) that were little too long for me ( in the toe area). I tried to return it ( at my expense) for a refund but they refused saying that it was worn. I had to wear and step out in the grass to check the fitting. Unfortunately, that was something I should not have done. The company refused to refund me and sent those shoes back. They do not have a price match policy, free returns or even a free trial. You get all that on Amazon. I found the same pair of shoes for $15 less on Amazon, with a free trial and free shipping. Never again!

Bought a plain black Nike hoodie with white drawstrings to adjust the hood, in the photo there is the white Nike tick on the left side of the hoodie, when it arrived the white Nike tick was on the right side and there where no drawstrings

My son ordered cleats. They were too large. He tried them on within the home. Prodirect said they were scuffed and would not accept them back. I do not recommend this business.
Still waiting for refund on order they couldn't fulfil from January 2022. Promised refund within 5 days on March 14th. No replies from customer service since bring their attention to the lack of refund. Atrocious customer service. Strongly advise you to purchase elsewhere. This is my first time buying from this company. After I ordered my soccer boots, I began reading the reviews. And I became very concerned with my purchase because of the horrible reviews. I payed for 2-3 day FedEx express shipping and my boots came in exactly 2 days. And the boots are perfect! I am extremely happy and satisfied with this company. Very fast shipping!
First time customer: placed my order ******* on 24/11. Specifically requested click and collect to a local store.
Item was due for collection on 28/11 but got a message on 27/11 to say delivery would be changed to my home address for 29/11. No explanation as to why PDS changed the delivery without my consent.
On Monday 29th November I was waiting at home and at 12.05 I got a text to say PDS delivery driver was on way and would deliver by 12.32.
Less than one minute later, got another text from PDS saying "Sorry we missed you. We will try again tomorrow"?
I contacted PDS as bearing in mind the close timing of the delivery texts and the fact I was at home, it was suspicious that the driver had just not bothered to attend my address.
I was told my complaint would be passed to ‘Transit team' and that I would be contacted direct. But I have not been contacted, even as an acknowledgment, and I have had no further texts about my parcel despite waiting in daily to take receipt of it. Delivery was not even reattempted as promised the following day.
It is meant to be a birthday gift that my son chose and he has been so sad waiting day after day. I specifically requested click and collect to avoid any issues and still this has ended up in a mess.
The communication from this company has been abysmal and the fact PDS charge significant delivery fees and then literally don't deliver, is wrong.
There is no way to speak to anyone directly as phone lines are indefinitely closed due to the convenient catch-all of COVID. The only way to contact them is via email which is slow and frustrating as agent after agent fobs me off.
Disgusted. I am only writing here as a last resort to get a speedy resolve. If you are from PDS reading this, please have a thought for how you treat customers.
Mailed my order to the wrong address despite me updating the website prior to my order with the new address. Then claimed it was my fault.
Serious data protection issues here, refuse to give a refund. Gave me cut and paste responses to two emails. Customer support on live chat ignored my messages after asking what the issue was then closed the chat. Can't wait for them to be shutdown, filing complaint with trading standards and ICO for their appalling conduct.
Terrible customer service, hiding behind a chat screen. Faulty boots which have been worn 5 times. I have to pay for returning and then whilst I wait will need to order a new pair of boots and there is no guarantee that I will get a refund! Can't speak to anyone or a manager and then provides me with a code to order online but not sale items! AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

Sent back faulty boots in sept for an exchange. Contact customer services and speak to a different rep each time. They consistently ask for proof of postage which I send then I dont hear again. Disgusting customer service. I will file a small claims court case if I dont get exchange or refund
Terrible customer service, over two weeks now and still waiting for my delivery, non existent help from the live chat and been told basically is what it is and will take over two weeks for a short with one number printed on it (which is a 1), and also offered me a next day delivery option which is extra and still no delivery, I could have gone to a sports shop. Picked one and had a number whilst I waited. Do not waste your money or time on a company that can't seem to even sort a small delivery and worse still, have awful customer service who stated and I quote, ‘if you don't want any help after I've told you I am ending this chat' after actually not receiving any help, would rate zero if possible
