Hey I just like to say am very satisfied with the service I received of the I got with priority tire I like to think everyone who works at priority tires you guys did a great job of getting me my tires to me on time now its my job to tell all of my friends about priority tires how a great job you guys did a good pricing in good service again guys think you.
It is undeniable that Priority Tire ships your tires fast, and does a excellent job at communicating. After that the relationship is over. If you have any issues with the tires they will tell you that you have to deal with the manufacturer. In my case I bought a set of Cosmo AT tires, the truck vibrated at all speeds and got worse the faster you went. After 100 miles I bought a new set from a local tire shop. Priority Tire apologized for the "inconvenience" and thanked me for my "patience and understanding" but they could not help and that I had to go through Cosmo Tire. Its been a month and despite many attempts at contacting Cosmo I have heard nothing. I have 4 brand new tires sitting in my garage that are useless. If you buy from Priority Tire just understand if there is a issue with the tires you are on your own. You have to decide if it is worth the risk.
If you purchased tires from us that you feel have a defect or unexpected issue of any kind, please do contact us directly and we'll be happy to file a warranty on your behalf - you in almost all cases do not need to do anything with the manufacturer yourself, instead it is us whom will conduct a warranty to the best of our ability, dependent of course on your cooperation! Relieved to finally find a company that has the exact product I needed at a price significantly lower than any of the others I contacted. Process from locating product on website to ordering to delivery was smooth and seamless!

I bought two Iris Eco tires and, after a couple of days, I went back to their website to check how many more of the same tire were available for purchase. I could not find the tire listed anywhere? Unfortunately, after several attempts to contact customer service about the availability of said tire and, with no one answering the phone...I gave up.

I received 1 bad tire out of 4! All I wanted was to exchange it! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with anything! And after a week I still don't no what priority tire is doing! I have sent at least 12 pics 20 emails and they don't answer back useuly till the next day wanting more pictures or documents from the tire shop on a tire that want balance! And on top of the I can't drive my truck! Yall are sorry!
Mr Jeffery, please know that we do not send out bad tires on purpose or knowingly - if a customer reports an issue we do try to investigate the issue and help! With that said, please note that we cannot know how or why a mounted/used tires can be faulty or defective, which is why we ask for clear and accurate documentation (photos) of the tire in question so that we can report the issue to our warranty team and attempt the manufacturer's defect warranty. This is a serious process as issues can be faked or caused during use, which is not covered. Rest assured that we try to keep this process streamlined and efficient, we only ask for the bare minimum required for the warranty!
In all of this, we do apologize to you if you really did receive an apparently faulty tire or if we were not as quick as you deserve in our messaging - our team does its best from start to finish to handle each and every case.

Tires arrived quickly however, ordered wrong size and the return process has been horrible. Took 4 days to get ahold of customer service and once I did they answered original email. Still waiting on a response for return information.

Got my tires a day earlier than I thought. I shopped more expensive brands and they did not last any longer than the Fullway and Ironman Chinese tires so I started buying them here. I have bought 4 set of tires any no problems with tire quality over the last 4 years on two different vehicles.

Ordered tire got confirmed order right away. On order said delivery in 3 to 5 days. Never got tracking number. So after 3 days called and after 30 minutes plus on hold. Lady answer phone and confirmed tires would arrive the next day and email me tracking number. Got tires the next day.

Absolutely ecstatic I found Priority Tire. This was my first order and decided to take a chance on this tire place because they had the best price by far on the tire sizing I needed. We ordered a full set of four 175/55/15 Farroad for a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. The tires got to us in around 3 days from Texas to Missouri. They are already on the car and look great. The car also drives great especially since we let the tires go for too long. Basically, this place saved us almost 50% and trust me I looked around. I will be back likely soon for my SUV as we are totally comfortable with the service and now know its handled well in a timely fashion. Thank you :)

Shipped half of the order. Lied on their website about treadwear ratings. I asked to for a refund on the order and they go silent. Today they offer me $30 off. What an I going to do with that? My car just sits here now because I have to replace all 4 tires at one. RUN FAR FAR AWAY from these people.
We never misadvertise or incorrectly ship Tires on purpose, if you received a different Tire than ordered that is purely due to a rare and unlucky accident. In such cases we're happy to offer a Free Return or alternative accommodation.

I ordered 4 tires and 3 arrived the next day. I had to track down the 4th. Called fed ex and priority tire. 4th tire arrived 4 days later. The date code on tires was 4920 which means there tires have been sitting in a warehouse for almost 2yrs. Tires not stored properly start to breakdown which means the consumer gets less life out of tires. Not impressed at all with Priority Tire.
All of our Tires are completely new: never mounted, used or modified and are all indeed stored in optimal conditions to ensure no degradation of any kind! All of this is advertised in a forthcoming and clear manner on our website.
We can only apologize if FedEx mishandled one of your 4 packages and can advise that we did send them out all together at the same time, but on our end we did what we could to ensure safe and timely delivery!
I had trouble using Apple Pay on the site multiple times, and believe something is wrong with the site. However they had the best price on the tires I chose so I bought them anyways. Two tires arrived and about three days later the other two arrived 8 days after purchase. So, that was not expected but luckily it wasn't a big deal for me. Just plan for delivery to take a week, based on my one and only experience so far.
We're sorry to hear that you had issues with ApplePay. We did transition from one payment processor to another at around that time, so it is possible it affected ApplePay functionality temporarily. If you have any details about the issue please do tell us so that we can investigate and improve! For the delivery, we can see that the delivery took 6 and 8 business days respectively, which is definitely on the longer end of our 1-6 day estimate. We do apologize about that, FedEx had some troubles getting these out of California which led to the delay.
Plenty of tires to choose from. Picked out the exact size, specs and tires for a price I was looking for. Received all four tires in like three days and installed the next day. Took them for a ride and found my 2005 Jeep ran much quieter after replacement.
I will check out Priority Tire, last before purchasing my next set of tires again. And I did plenty of looking.
