I received 1 bad tire out of 4! All I wanted was to exchange it! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with anything! And after a week I still don't no what priority tire is doing! I have sent at least 12 pics 20 emails and they don't answer back useuly till the next day wanting more pictures or documents from the tire shop on a tire that want balance! And on top of the I can't drive my truck! Yall are sorry!
Mr Jeffery, please know that we do not send out bad tires on purpose or knowingly - if a customer reports an issue we do try to investigate the issue and help! With that said, please note that we cannot know how or why a mounted/used tires can be faulty or defective, which is why we ask for clear and accurate documentation (photos) of the tire in question so that we can report the issue to our warranty team and attempt the manufacturer's defect warranty. This is a serious process as issues can be faked or caused during use, which is not covered. Rest assured that we try to keep this process streamlined and efficient, we only ask for the bare minimum required for the warranty!
In all of this, we do apologize to you if you really did receive an apparently faulty tire or if we were not as quick as you deserve in our messaging - our team does its best from start to finish to handle each and every case.
