Caren, we sell Tires of various ages. All of them, however, are New: never mounted or used, completely safe and authentic. They can be used for years and will certainly be used up sooner than they get worn out. Terry, if you had a negative experience you can share it with us. All of our policies are clearly displayed and followed, while our Customer Service always tries to help.
We answer all emails within 24h. Within the past few months we've experienced massive amounts of incoming traffic, but we've been able to rectify that by training more personnel and are soon changing to a superior phone system to help combat delays.
