We answer all emails within 24h. Within the past few months we've experienced massive amounts of incoming traffic, but we've been able to rectify that by training more personnel and are soon changing to a superior phone system to help combat delays.
Very easy. Email, chat and called. All were quickly responded to.
VERY HARD. Email responses from them were far few in between and they were incoherent and contradictory responses.
