Well 10 more days have went by since my last review. I am still waiting for one of the tires I have bought and priority tire has not contacted me with an update at the moment. I would call them but the last few times I called it took about 30 minutes to talk to someone. I would have tried to message them via social media but Priority tire has blocked me from some of their social media pages. But hey, at least we know they haven't went out of business yet haha. Some great customer service they have lol. I will give one more week until I take any further action. I will continue to update here on google about my horrible experience with this company.
Im very easy to please. This has been a bad experience. Tires came in completely wrong and were sent back the same day. I checked the order to make sure i ordered correctly. I have tried to call on multiple occasions with no answer or call back. Now i get an email saying you cant send tie correct tires until I watch the tracking information and let you Know it has reached your warehouse.
Also Sarah what works at my business order 4 tires which came in correct for a total of 914.33 recieved 8 tires insted of 4. We have been trying to contact you on this one as well. We dont want things we didnt pay for. Thats a 914.33 loss to your company.

We earnestly apologize if we made any type of mistake for your order! Please know that we do have safeguards in place to help prevent mistakes with incorrect tires, although sadly mistakes are not impossible despite our best efforts. This situation will be catalogued among others to help improve our quality control and performance overall.
Regarding the phone line, we do all we can to answer everyone, but we're simply dealing with a massive influx of calls in recent times; our team is doing what it can, while on an operational level we are taking the steps to improve and adapt.
Finally, for the return, please note that the standard return policy for any online retail is that the item must first be returned before a replacement can be shipped out; on our end that is definitely necessary, as we've sadly had more than acceptable amounts of customers trying to use and abuse our good will. You yourself do not specifically need to notify us when you see that the tracking numbers show returned, we simply mentioned that as an option should you not hear from us.
All in all, we do again apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we're doing all we can to prevent situations like this as well as to resolve them when they do occur.
Tires were ordered on the website which was easy to navigate, payment process was easy, tires were priced reasonable and shipping was free. The tires showed up in 4 days time, product looks outstanding and as advertised. Overall pleasure doing business with you folks.

Priority Tires is actually the worst online retailer I've had the misfortune of working with. For starters, my package was delayed upon shipping stating the label was unreadable with FedEx. Next, package finally arrives, and they're the wrong tires. I call on a Saturday, and am told I need to email them photos of what I received to get the return process started. Okay, no big deal, right? Well, no response that Saturday from the rep, so I send another email Monday. I ended up calling again Wednesday, and basically stated I wasn't hanging up until a return label was created and sent to me. The tires are on their way back, which PT will receive faster than I did. Overall, this company sucks. I would spend the extra money on any other site to not deal with this.
We do apologize if you received incorrect tires by accident, that is certainly not the norm and we do think it is most unfortunate that it unluckily happened to you. Please know that we take measures to prevent issues like that, but when you process more than 1000 orders per day from 100+ warehouses, mistakes can happen due to simply probability. Naturally that is not meant to trivialize the issue but simply point out that the issue is not representative of our usual performance. The same applies for the communication, we've been dealing with extraordinarily high amounts of incoming messages recently and we've simply been behind in our response times, which is definitely not due to a lack of effort! That is not your fault or concern, we're simply trying to honestly acknowledge the issue but assure you that we're trying our best to avoid the issue and improve our service to avoid it happening again! Bought six tires for my Class C motorhome. I confirmed in a phone conversation with one of your reps that these tires were proper for my use, before I made the purchase. The shop that installed them wondered if they were correct. Will Call.

Local tire shops were trying to charge me $1,137 for my tires and installation. All of the quotes i received were over 1k for 4 tires and install. Checked online with priority tire and ordered all 4 of my tires for $340. Install at walmart will be another $108. I will literally never buy tires from anywhere else. This was my first experience with them and delivery was seamless, arrived in a timely manner and saved me a ridiculous amount of money. All in all, i am incredibly happy. I now recommend this place to literally every single friend of mine. No this isn't a fake review nor am i being paid for it, im actually just that genuinely happy i chose to shop here and saved so much $$$. Do yourself a favor, don't let these car shops SCAM you out of ur money, bc i promise they're making a lot more profit than just labor alone. Probs making an extra $100-$200 per tire u buy. Get them yourself, don't be fooled like i almost was

I truly believe all the reviews on here are fake. Priority Tires are slow to respond to emails and when they do they ask the same question as if no one knows how to read an email thread. The contact number is simply a placeholder and no one ever answers the phone. Don't bother ordering unless you have no intention needing them for any information.

Purchased 4 new tires from them back in April, 2022 and had front passenger tire blow out on me and the rear passenger tire already has a bubble on the sidewall. Reached out to Priority Tire and explained situation, provided pics of tires, and receipts of 2 new tires that I had to purchase and they did not do anything about it! Buyer...BEWARE!

We have to say that your review is inaccurate and unfair, seeing as how we clearly offered you help in the form of the Manufacturer's Warranty. Sadly, you refused to cooperate and reported that you disposed of the tires in question, preventing us from helping you in gathering the documentation required for the Warranty. Outside of that, there is nothing we can do - we sell NEW tires that were never mounted or used, without any known defect, you used them for almost a year and then suddenly reported an issue that you could not adequately document. Again we do apologize for any misunderstanding but reiterate that we wanted to help you.
The tires arrived at PEP boys, per your online scheduling, your listed appointment time was wrong by one hour! When I got there, they told me that they don't have equipment to place my tires on my 2021 Model S! This was a big inconvenience since I arranged to take the day off to leave my car there to have new tires installed, tried contacting your customer service number and it just kept ringing for over two minutes and nobody picked up! I had to arrange the trunk of my car so that I could take the four tires to a shop that could install these tires not the one you recommended! As I stated above, I was going to have you transfer them to another shop, but nobody picked up on your customer service number so I took matters into my own hands and had to lug them to a Tesla certified tire installer shop. This should've been your responsibility since I did it online and you should interview the shops that you're referring people to to make sure that they're able to handle the job
We're most sorry to hear that the installer was not able to help you with the installation! Needless to say we'll investigate the matter promptly and thoroughly, as we strive to only provide accurate and helpful information for customers, especially for something time-sensitive and practical as installation. If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered tires on 9/02/2023. When I placed the order it said that be delivered on Tuesday 9/5/2023. However, after paying for the tires, I got an email that said that the delivery would be on Thursday 9/7/23. Later I received another email from them saying that the delivery had be updated and would be earlier than expected on Tuesday 9/5/2023. After waiting and making phone calls to both Priority tire and Fedex I found that this is just what they do. I will never order from this company again. Be careful if you need any products in a timely manner.
September 2nd was Saturday, while September 5th was the day after Labor Day. Per our advertised services and all disclosures, we do not ship on Weekends and Holidays. As such, we're really not sure we understand what your complaint here is!
I received my tires in 5 days.
Good looking tires, now to see how they do on the road.

I ordered 2 new tires for my Taurus from Priority Tire. I wanted some made in the USA so I ordered 2 Dunlop with a good traction rating. Order process went well & delivery went well. I got the tires & they were made in 2017. The ones I took off were only 5 years old & had cracks on them. If I would have bought them from a local tire store I could have stopped the purchase but I'm stuck with old / new tires now.
I ordered a tire from them. $97 when other local places wanted $300 for the exact same tire. Quick and easy ordering and processing. Shipped out real quick. I had my tire in less than a week. Great company. I will do business with them again.

I ordered 2 tire, they gave me a FedEx tracking number and date. Then 2 days later they told me they have no tires for me. Know I have to wait 3 days for a refund! I thought you can't take money until you ship it! If you want to wast your time order tires from this place.
Apologies but you placed the Order and paid for it; we didn't "take" your money, you processed a payment. Afterwards the Order was prepared to be shipped and a FedEx label created, but unluckily the Warehouse in question reported the extremely rare stock issue.
That is why we contacted you to offer you different (similar) Tires or a Refund; you chose a Refund and we processed it as soon as we could! We'd be more than happy to offer you some further courtesy assistance!

Concerned when told tires didn't show up as told they were shipped. Called them and told that order hadn't been shipped yet 6 days after ordered. They shipped out after call. Had in 3 days after calling.

So yes the tires are inexpensive, when I chose to have in home install off of the Priority Tire website I never received a confirmation from the installer until I reached out to them. They informed me that they don't even service my area and haven't in over a year.
We are quite shocked to hear this and do apologize! Our affiliated installer program is regularly updated, it keeps expanding and improving all-around, so we'll make sure to fix this error and ensure that things like that do not happen again!
I've only had these tires on for a little over a week but, I have to say that I'm really impressed with how quiet these tires are! The weather hasn't been cool enough to test there cold weather worthiness and it hasn't rained enough to test the wet weather traction. I am truly impressed with the quality of the ride and the quietness! You cannot hear them rolling on the pavement...AT ALL!

The purchase and shipment was good. I am a bit disappointed that my tire was made more than a year ago. This was an old tire. Trailer tires age out not wear out. This means I lost a year of tire value because you sent me an old tire. It should be within 3 months of manufacture when we buy "NEW" tires.
We do have to disagree with you, as from our 20+ year professional experience we do expect that trailer tires will not age-out in any notable way and will serve you well for many years to come! Regardless of that, of course, we do have to point out that no specific age was guaranteed in the first place, with our stance on tire ages being publicly advertised and available! Some of our tires will certainly be very young but we cannot guarantee age within 3 months in any scenario. Once more, the tires will be in excellent condition regardless!
Answer: We wouldn't be in business for years with rising sales and ratings if we we're a scam company! If you're unsure, if nothing else you can place an Order with us through a platform like eBay; we have a 99% rating across thousands and thousands of Orders and you have an additional layer of protection. Of course, it's always best to purchase directly through us!

Answer: Caren, we sell Tires of various ages. All of them, however, are New: never mounted or used, completely safe and authentic. They can be used for years and will certainly be used up sooner than they get worn out. Terry, if you had a negative experience you can share it with us. All of our policies are clearly displayed and followed, while our Customer Service always tries to help.
Answer: We answer all emails within 24h. Within the past few months we've experienced massive amounts of incoming traffic, but we've been able to rectify that by training more personnel and are soon changing to a superior phone system to help combat delays.
We ship and deliver every single Tire as soon as we can. If FedEx has a delay, we do help our customers. If you report to not have received a shipment we can certainly investigate, but you must understand that in those cases the item was formally delivered, forcing us to investigate and dispute the delivery with FedEx.
Likewise, we do update our Customers whenever possible and answer every inquiry as soon as we can - indeed the period you describe was a very busy one, leading to longer hold times on the phone line (we have since improved our service to minimize this experience).
We are very patient and tolerant with our Customers, so if you were blocked on Social Media that is exclusively due to your own hostile and unreasonable behavior.
