Overall satisfied with the experience, easy to navigate the website and products offered provide a range of prices to fit everyone's budget. The delivery services though, they left my tires right on the front near the sidewalk only because my mom is almost always home during the day did I think it was fine. Otherwise I don't think the handling of them is safe specially nowadays!
All I can say is shopping with Priority Tire is like road side service. You order and almost immediately there is a knock on your door for delivery. Super fast service at the best price! My Tire store!

I ordered a set of tires expecting poor quality and slow shipping for the price that was listed. Boy was I ever happy when they showed up within a week and they fit without any problems! I cannot afford much, but these guys made it happen.
All of our orders are organized to arrive at least by the 6 business days we advertise, although our logistics and warehouses are there to ensure that as many customers as possible get their orders within 1-2 days in fact! Naturally we sell many different tires of all kinds, but we try our best to to ensure a healthy quality and exceptional condition all-around for each and every tire!
My whole experience from start to finish went was smooth and easy. I found my new favorite place to purchase tires. Competitive pricing and they're rebates available on certain brands, shipping was fast despite the busy holiday season. 5 stars from me!

Ordering was a breeze! I ordered the Cosmo Mud tires 35 x 12.50 R20. Tires are great! Delivery time was very fast. I had no issues with priority tires in fact I recommend them to anyone looking for quick turn around times and great products.

Priority tire makes tire buying a breeze. All options are easy to find and the choices are plentiful. 5 star service is my rating even after a confusing shipping process due to FEDEX protocols regarding weight.

I am impressed. My order was processed and shipped with speed and accuracy. FedEx on the other hand does not either pay attention to delivery instructions or more likely, just don't give a $#*!. If FedEx continues to have a problem with delivery instructions, I will avoid any vendor using FedEx as their carrier.

I really struggled with ordering this time. 30 minutes hold time then disconnected and another 30 minutes wait. Then computer issues I guess. But the previous 5 times were so perfect I'll give Priority another chance next time I need tires. Delivery timing was amazingly fast. 3 days before I expected them. Great selection.

The process was great. Easy... Priority Tire did its job to the point. Can't say the best for the delivery. They, FedEX, delivered the items to a neighbor. She had to locate my father and have him come pick them up... and he is 75 years old.

I needed an oddly sized set of tires and they had them. If I ordered locally, it would have taken a week. These were here in 2 days. My first set that I ordered for my other car, were here the next day... unbelievable! Thanks guys!

Do not waste your time and money!
This company is not reputable in my experience! I purchased 4 Bearway tires and only received 3 tires. They made me get security video from my installers shop to prove FEDEX only delivered 3 tires. Luckily, the shop had the video, and it clearly showed only 3 tires delivered.
They agreed to send a replacement tire over a week later. The tire arrived at the installer, and they stored it with the other 3 until they installed them 2 days later.
After installing and a test drive, I received my car back and realized one of the tires looked a bit different. I quickly called Priority Tire within minutes and alerted them of the issue, and sent them the photos they requested for review.
After initially noting they would set up a "No Hassle" return, they ultimately denied any responsibility and blamed the tire installer. As a "courtesy they offered me a $25 credit instead of sending the correct tire or refunding my $118 + $25 install.
We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. Based on the FedEx proof of delivery all 4 tires were delivered. Since we are not able to confirm the number of tires delivered physically, we had to ask you to provide avoidance that will help us file a claim with FedEx. This is a standard procedure, and we are unable to aid you until the claim is approved. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm whether we shipped the wrong replacement tire since you advised us of the issue once the tires were mounted and the shipping labels were disposed of. Since we only deal with brand-new tires that have never been used or mounted, the return was declined. However, we did acknowledge that you were inconvenienced by this issue and offered to compensate you with a partial refund which you accepted. Everything was perfect! Easy online ordering and can't beat the price! One issue, not Priority Tires fault...carrier rolled 1 pair of tires into my front screen door. Lol not cool. Other than that, my online experience was very good.

The been ordering tires from priority tire for a few years never had a problem except this last time had to call several times just to get the tires out of the warehouse. They gave me a tracking number within 24 hours but it took them 5 days to get them picked up by fedex.

Website was launched on March 8th 2018.
In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
Grand Prairie in 2018. Our newest warehouse is the Jacksonville, FL one, which was opened in
2019. Furthermore, we operate a few smaller warehouses to provide the best service available to
