Overall pleased have purchased both my truck and trailer tires very satisfied with products and price overall fedex lost 1 tire somehow other than that priority made it right and offered a refund or replacement tire will definitely return for future needs
These tires were awesome! Great customer service help me find out when the tires would possibly arrive after I ordered them and they actually arrived sooner than expected. It took one day for me to receive my tires to my location! Will be ordering more soon!

I had never ordered tires online with other websites besides Amazon, but this Priority Tire made everything smooth and easy. It was a quick lead time and they constantly gave updates on my order and even post order they checked up on how it all went. Was looking for some tires for my fifth wheel. Found these locally or on here. These were less expensive and a ply higher than local yes 16 ply for a fifthwheel is excessive but i really don't like having tire issues when I'm trying to enjoy life. The tire dates are good and they are just what i wanted. Thanks folks!

I have already returned rating. In short...tires arrived two days before planned (total 5 days from order to receipt. Even leading up to Christmas). All 6 tires, Kumho 245/7019.5 were date coded mid-Aug. 2023. I'm very pleased. I went from skeptic (never having purchased tires online... to BIG FAN.

Fed ex was late on their first attempt to begin with and continued to give business closed once they tried to deliver. The first business closed, the owner was on property all day, the second, he did step out for an hour or two to tow a vehicle. Deliveries always drop off there without issue, including fed ex. I use these tires for racing and have them shaved before they are track ready. I have purchased almost 20 tires for me and my teammates this year. I will not continue to do business with Priority if they do not have another delivery option or can resolve the current Fed ex delivery issues.
We're sorry to hear that you experienced an odd delivery issue with FedEx! Please understand that that is not something we can control outside of reporting the problem to them and trying to help them improve their quality control. Thankfully such issues are not common and it is possible that they specifically had a local issue of sorts, perhaps even with a temp service. Naturally we do apologize on their and our behalf but do assure you that that is not the norm!
This is my first time ordering from Priority tires. I hate having different brands of tires on my car. My usual places didn't have my tires, Priority did. The delivery was fast and I really like the fact as education personnel I could use my ID.Me account for a discount. The tires were brand new, by eye no sign of any damage. I haven't gotten them installed yet. So far so good!

Tires had shipping label created 6 days ago, still waiting on carrier to pick up, after 2 days a different carrier should have been hired, but no let's just let our customers wait and wait on their orders. Again 6 days still haven't moved!
We do apologize if a shipping issue occurred! Please be advised that we have hundreds of warehouses and thousands of orders per day, for such operations we do have a more complex and sophisticated shipping network and logistics in place, so rest assured that whenever such a shipping issue happens we take the appropriate steps to resolve the matter. In this case it is most likely that we've received conflicting information about the package simultaneously being picked up and yet missing or not yet picked up, leading to the issue. We'll be sure to investigate and get this resolved for you ASAP!
I needed tires for my equipment trailer. Stumbled upon Priority tires website! Found what I wanted/needed! Tire information was easy to find and description was clear! Tires were prices well and free shipping was an added bonus! I got several emails along the way threw the order/shipping process so I know what's was going on with my order! I am very satisfied with the experience with Priority Tire. Everything went according to plan and the order was executed professionally. Now the questions is: How will the tires do? I have never heard of GT Radial Tires before and therefore wonder, but based on reviews it sounds like they may live up to their promises. Time will tell.

Bought based on reviews. Shipped out of PA. Arrived in GA in 2 days. Haven't mounted them yet but I think they will do fine. The price and style of the tire is what drove my decision to got this route instead of Discount Tire or Tire Agent.

I had never heard of Priority Tire before. I was looking for a very specific tire...215-65-16 8 ply. Just happened across the website and was surprised to see them in stock. I was a little hesitant about the purchase as I didn't know how long they had been sitting around. When the tires arrived i checked the date code and saw that they were made earlier this year. I haven't installed them yet, but can only hope that they work and feel good.

All my tires got to me at the same time even though there was a statement on the website saying that they could possibly come at different times so that was great and it didn't even take long for them to get delivered very satisfied with my purchase.

Was my first time using priority tire, in the peak of the holiday season mind you, & my God shipping couldnt have been any faster, was beyond impressed & pleasantly surprised. Tires were supposed to be there in three days. 7 days out now, and they still aren't here, and I've had to cancel a couple of mounting appointments cancelled.
Very disappointed, as with their competitors, tires have always arrived on time or early, and I'm located in the same state as this company, so I presumed they'd arrive in a reasonable amount of time..

Our general estimate is 1-6 business days, with most orders in practice arriving within just 3 days - to us it sounds like something unusual happened, delays are definitely part of the usual experience. Tires much better quality (much stiffer side walls) than what I had on my machine and very happy with what should be a more durable tire.
Delivery was significantly delayed due to a damaged bar code label that FedEx had to research and resurrect. Initial packaging problem

I ordered 3 of the same tire from Walmart, but then Walmart canceled my order. So I cut out the middle man and went straight to the supplier. It was here in 4 days. It fits wonderfully. I plan on ordered more tires in the future.

Website was launched on March 8th 2018.
In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
Grand Prairie in 2018. Our newest warehouse is the Jacksonville, FL one, which was opened in
