I ordered a picture blanket for my wife for Mothers day one week before. Now its two weeks after and nothing. No customer service, Live chat does not work, an email does not exist and the phone you try to call it says it is not in service. It may look professional on the website and emails but it is by far nothing even close. If I do not get a response by next week im taking this to the fraud department on my credit card. Save yourself the headache and time and go somewhere else like walmart or walgreens.

WORST SERVICE EVER

If I could give negative starts I would because clearly the overall 4 star average is not accurate. If I would have read other reviews prior to ordering from this company I never would have dealt with them but we live and learn. I ordered a blanket on 5/5. About a week or so later I call to check the status. The phone rings and rings and then hangs up on you. I tried the chat and waited for about an hour to speak with someone who gave me generic answers and told me 10 business days. She said she would work on escalating the order. I never heard anything. After 12 business days I called back. Of course you cant get through on the phone. I waited for about an hour to chat again. I was told 15 business days even though they previously said 10. Again I received generic answers and the lie about escalating my order. I told them I needed a supervisor. She said one would call me within a few hours. I tried to get a direct number for one because I had no faith I would hear from anyone. No number was given to me and nobody called me. I am currently waiting on hold again to chat with someone so I can hear more lies. DO NOT buy anything from this company and Groupon should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to post deals from these con artists.

Part 1

So I am writing this review in two parts. As of right now, I have NOT received my order nor have I been given any information about shipment. I placed my order on May 4th. It is May 20th. Calling the customer service number is pure frustration. You are either kicked from the call or connected with no one... and then kicked from the call. Email is just as frustrating with no response from an actual person. I am in queue for an online live chat so if this does not work I just loose all patience that this point.

I ordered 2XL photo blankets through groupon. I paid the voucher price of £51. I have since been charged an EXTRA £82:30 and I haven't even received anything. That was weeks ago too. I have sent over 10 emails, even tweeted them and nothing. I have rang 3 phone numbers. 2 says thanks for ringing etc but ring during their opening hours. WHICH I HAVE. 1 number wasn't working but now it just plays music as soon as it is connected. So I have paid out £133.30 for $#*! all. I am not $#*!ing happy. They are also saying that I ordered an extra bloody copy of one of them which I damn well never. It's 1 blanket for my husband and 1 blanket for my daughter. Thanks to this company. Neither of them had a birthday present last week

Fraudulent Company

PrinterPix and Printerpix USA are fraudulent companies and Groupon will not stand behind the product that they sell. I recently bought a Groupon for a 50 x 60 inch personalized Sherpa blanket. They charged me for this using the Groupon I had purchased for $18.95. Then they charged me the correct shipping for it of $25.99! What I received was a hand towel sized thin piece of material with skewed images on it. It was 20 x 30 inches. Complete garbage. I attempted to call customer support 3 times only to be hung up on 5 minutes into each call, never reaching a customer service agent. I tried instant chat. That did not work, so I sent them an email 2 weeks ago, and still have not had a reply.

I then contacted Groupon to see if they could help me, only to be told it is the "merchant's sole responsibility to fulfill the order." The problem I have with Groupon is that they don't stand behind their products they sell and they are STILL selling the same Groupon after finding out that Printer pix is a scam company with a BBB rating of a D and so many complaints that they will not recommend them.
Groupon did finally give me a $7.00 credit, but the Groupon I supposedly used was $18.99. I had purchased 2 different Groupons from them and traded my second one in at a fraction of what I paid for it. Beware of Groupon deals and the websites like Printerpix and Printerpix USA that they offer Groupons for. It's a scam company who will not send you what you ordered or try to rectify the situation.

TOOK MY PAYMENT ON MAY 4TH. I WAITED 15 DAYS AND THEN STARTED CALLING AND EMAILING FOR AN UPDATE. THE PHONE MESSAGE EITHER SAYS TO CALL BACK DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, WHICH IT WAS WHEN I CALLED, OR IT PLAYS MUSIC FOR 5 MINUTES THEN SAYS GOOD BYE AND HANGS UP. THE EMAIL RESPONSE FROM *******@PRINTERPIX.COM WAS GENERIC. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM SITE. DO NOT BUY AND IF YOU DO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS AFTER. PRETTY SURE THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO STEAL YOURECREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

I placed an order for a customized coffee mug. I also paid for the 2 day shipping. I received an email with my order number. I went back to the site to see the progression of my order. There is no place to input your order number to see what's going on, if you're place an order as a guest and do not create an account with them. I submitted an inquiry email to the support department. (By the way, you cannot just push in the envelope icon or the email address to bring up the hyperlink to an email. You must write down the email address and then open up your preferred email and type in the printer pix email). I received another email with a different ticket number. I have sent several other emails to contact them with no success. I called their 1-888 number, which is a recording telling you their office hours and then it hangs up. If you call the (609) number which is in New Jersey, you get to listen to instrumental music for a while until it tells you good bye and hangs up. If you do get through, you will speak to a call center in Bangladesh India. I spoke with "Amy Joseph" who assured me that my order was still being processed. I guess her word will have to do for now.
As of now, I am out of my initial investment and the $35 I paid for 2 day shipping. I also didn't know, until after I made my order, that the process would take 10-15 Business days before it ships. I have been waiting more than 2 weeks and still nothing. I will have to wait one more week before I call back to see what's going on with my order.

I ordered 36 mugs, received 24 and can not get their customer service people to resolve the issue with the remaining 12 orders. Email, chat, phone calls - all going no where fast. DO NOT order anything with this company! Learn from my mistake and look elsewhere.

Have emailed their customer service a number of times but have never gotten an answer. Tried their live chat on website... only to wait forever& then be have agent disconnect me before I received help. Got 2 photo books I ordered to have the splines of the books misaligned. Disappointed with my final production of my photo book.

I can not express my dissatisfaction with this company and Groupon. My first issue is that I purchased a Groupon only to find out the items were cheaper on the website after you are charged the outrage price for shipping when using the Groupon. The items state free shipping when ordered directly. Second, I placed my order on 4. 2. 2020 and have yet to receive an order confirmation email. The status shows in production, call and get someone that follows a script to say the same lines each time, which don't pan out. Disappointed with Groupon for not protecting their customers and allowing this merchant to be apart of their business venture.

I ordered a photo book on 5/4, and paid $46. To expedite the order because it was a gift. They withdrew the money on 5/5. I checked my order On 5/7, and again 5/9 to see what the progress was on delivering the photo book. The order showed the same thing both times (in progress). I emailed Printerpix on 5/7 & 5/9 but only received a computerizes pre-scripted response. I never could reach a human to find out what happened to my order, then tried again on 5/11, and still got the same computerized response. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH PRINTERPIX. I recommend Shutterfly who prepared and shipped my order within two days.

This website is complete $#*! and will be a waste of time. It's been almost two months since I've placed my order and it still hasn't come. They service is crap and the quality of the blanket probably sucks as well. Don't order from this site unless you want to waste your money and time

The voucher I purchased would not go through when I tried to use it on their website. After trying several times following the instructions in their email, I tried live chat and got no response. I tried calling the number on the website numerous times for days and never got an answer. I sent an email requesting an immediate and total refund- no response. This company is a scam and I'm reporting them to BBB.

I placed an order on 4/18/20; I still don't have it. I am unable to track it even though I have an order number... the website only has a tracking tab, but nowhere to enter the number. I tried the chat option... no response. I've sent two emails... auto response that the customer service team will get back to me. No response after a week. Three phone calls... calls automatically end after 15 minutes waiting. I normally don't post negative reviews, but this company is awful. Don't waste your time or money. I placed my order through GroupOn since it seemed like a good deal. However, I'm wondering how many of the 25,000+ people that ordered the puzzles alone haven't received anything. They have over 30 listings... mathematically speaking, this company is making a killing on $5-$20 orders that they don't produce. I think a class action lawsuit is in order.

I placed an order and paid for 2 day shipping. It's been a week and I have not received my order! I've been emailing them and calling them everyday and they NEVER responded or answered my calls. I finally get an email today and they said it takes 5-10 days to make the item then 3 days To deliver it. That's 13 damn days! I paid $87 just to get ripped off and not get my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They just want your money!

Paid for a blanket with expedited shipping. They never completed the order. I tried to call to amend the shipping since they had not honored it. No response via phone, email, or online. Just continuous BOT response.
