2 weeks after I order, i get no updates. No one answers via email, chat & dont even get me started on the phone calls. Definitely learned my lesson, will continue to order my creative orders from walgreens/cvs... I've never had such a $#*!ty experience before. NEVER AGAIN!
Terrible service currently. Ordered something 03/31 and still haven't received it. Every time i call I get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. Was able to get through live chat the other day but waited 45 minutes to talk to someone then had to wait another 30 while on the conversation to get responses, which weren't even helpful. DO NOT ORDER from them right now, unless you want to be disappointed.
The last review I posted was a bad one, I DID finally recieve my order and I must say all four blankets turned out beautiful! They're customer service I'd still rate non existent and there time frame for delivery is way off ( it could also be with all the covid19 junk going on) but the people I got them for are extremely happy and it was worth the wait! Thank you printer pix for amazing gifts:-)
I ordered Wooden Puzzle. I kind of waited long time for my order but I can understand the situation right now I waited with good heart. Finally I received the order but sadly it wasn't packed nicely so the puzzle had broken parts and scratches. The wooden puzzle is little more expensive than regular puzzle. I purchased wooden puzzle because I thought it is better than regular one.
Anyway, I submitted the request for my damaged order but they never reply back to me. I submitted my third request today and I don't know how long I suppose to Waite for any answers about my order.

Okay so I was going to actually write them a good review because the pieces I received actually looked nice. My problem is their customer service... the first time I emailed them asking where my order was since it had been a month wince I placed the order, I received an email right away. After receiving my order I noticed I was over charged for shipping and now that I'm asking them for a refund I'm getting no reply. So at the end of the day I do not recommend this company, just save yourself the frustration and go with a more trustworthy company.
I ordered a photo book and 3 canvas prints. 2 of the prints were the wrong size, smaller than paid for. One of the pictures was of a train. They cut half of the engine of the picture. It looks pretty dumb. I won't display it. I have emailed, called and chatted w them numerous times w/ o any resolution. $$$ wasted.
So I just received my orders today (two canvas collages) and I LOVE them. I got them as surprise gifts for my parents, and I'm giving to them tomorrow. I bought a groupon for this, and the process was seamless. Using printerpix's interface on the website was pretty simple and I enjoyed working with the different formats to decide which ones I wanted. I had to play around with a few of my pics- reduce size, etc - to make them fit. But it all worked out.
The one glitch I encountered was that I placed my order like the day before everything went crazy with Covid-19 (I think the NBA shut down the next day). With all the restrictions, etc that came after, my order seemed to be delayed. The FAQs on the website stated that 15 business was the average "longest" that orders took to process, but once mine went over that period, I reached out. I understood that COVID-19 probably was delaying things, but it would have been nice to get a proactive update.
Anyway, my order arrived today (placed it on March 11th, received it April 17th) - that's a bit longer than I expected, but i must say - it looks good! I am super impressed with it. And given that I had some old/kinda low quality pics in one of my collages (an old pic from the 1940s of my grandmother), I was worried the quality may be a little rough. NOPE! All the pics look good. Yay! So, I recommend them!
SO, this is long, but needless to say, I'm happy. And I'd defintiely order from them again. But serious heads up, it took over a month to receive. Not sure if that was simply because of COVID or because they're just a little slow - either way, will use them again, but definitely will ensure I don't have time constraints!
Avoid website, never received my order and was told if I want them to try again it will be another 20$. Lol way to treat your military
I Received my albums and they cut most of the faces off. They blow up the pictures and DON'T CARE if they are centered or not. I contacted them and their representative (Isabella) stopped responding to my emails after I asked her if they were going to correct the albums. DO NOT BUY IT. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.
Printerpix is a horrible company I ordered 4 mugs that was supposed to be 5 mugs because of a supposedly free one. Save your money and time I have been going around and around with there customer service providing pic of the transactions but getting no response except to ask me about my order.The mugs that I received where of horrible quality. Just move on to another company
I ordered a canvas of my cat last October. When the photo arrived my white cat looked pink. I contacted customer service but did not hear anything for over a month. Then a man emailed an apology and asked me to send him photos of the canvas. I sent the photos immediately but have received no response to this day (4/05/20). In the meantime I had to say goodbye to my beloved cat and am still without the canvas to hang in his memory. Ended up ordering from another company who printed it for same day pickup. Now I am just out the money I paid to PrinterPix. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The quality is bad and the customer service is non-existent.
I ordered three photo books. Two were okay', the third arrived... no heads, no feet, etc, etc, I sent several emails but no reply. I then left a review on Trust Pilot. I got a stock reply. They did state it would all be sorted in two days! I am still waiting, for any correspondence!

I spent hours and hour working on a photo book. When I was finally finished, I added it to my cart. Well I realized that I was missing a picture on my front cover. So I removed it from my cart WHICH AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED IT FROM MY ACCOUNT. The photo book was gone forever. I contacted the company but they told me they could not do anything about it. I read the reviews and realized other people had the same thing happen to them. Take your money to another company which has built better websites.
Worst customer service ever. That's my main complaint, but while I'm bashing this piece of crap company for missing the event for which the order was intended (we are currently 2 weeks after order with no order update - just barrages of emails wanting to sell more of their stuff) they claim they can't provide order status with only my name and order number.

Please Pat a little extra, and go somewhere else. I purchased two packages as a Christmas present for my parents. When I went to checkout the codes were not honored. I made the purchase, just to make sure the album's arrived on time. I followed up with the company afterward. It has now been almost four months later, I still do not have a refund. They are not honoring my coupons, and I can only communicate through email because of the time zones. After receiving the album's for Christmas, there are multiple duplicates pictures. There are also pictures with heads cut off, and this problem still hadn't even been addressed.
I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped yet! They don't send any email updates or tracking info once you've placed an order. They don't have a review section anywhere (probably because they only get bad reviews) Don't waste your time & money here, use Shutterfly or another legit company.
Shipping takes 6-8 weeks. Personalization Mall takes 2 weeks max. Customer Service is rude and dismissive. Shipping is also VERY expensive. Which you don't find out until you have done all the work of personalizing your items.
Extremely late and disgraceful product. Demanded my money back but they said no. It stated when I ordered it on the 14th of January that it would be here in time for Valentine's Day, I did not receive my order until the 28th of February, they said I'd get a refund of my postage. Which I still have not received. When the item arrived it was absolutely tiny. It was meant to be a blanket for an adult and it was no bigger than a size of a tea towel! The blanket is also no thicken than a piece of tracing paper. Also extremely rude on the phone when I rang up to complain. Will not be ordering from here again.
Paid for express delivery only half my order turned up... when questioned was tolf they had run out of material so other half would be printed and dispatched as soon as it became available to do so... just an apology offered when I asked why I hadn't heard from them to explain and that I wasn't happy wth the service the customer service representative hung up on me!
