I have been trying to track down a book I ordered on April 10 and it was stated to have shipped on April 14 and as of June 3, I have yet to receive it. The customer service email and chat personal have not been helpful at all and never asked what they could do to fix the problem, but rather told me it was shipped. How much longer do I have to wait? No one seems to care. I have other vouchers that I purchased and I'm regretting that now. I hope that when I order those books, they actually come. I have put in so much time and effort into making the book exactly what I wanted. As you can see in the photo, I asked about one order and she was talking about another. After waiting for an hour and chatting for another 40 minutes, I had to get to an appointment with nothing resolved. I'm very disappointed. The canvases I did receive can as expected and I am happy with them.

Voucher issues resolved eventually; Order not received.
I have purchased a voucher from gogroopie for this site on 4. 5. 2020 this company's website states the voucher is not recognised. I have emailed both companies every day for a week and neither have acknowledged or responded.
I have not been able to place my order (My preferred choice) or get a refund. Updated 14. 5. 2020 I continue to be ignored by this company. I have received another order placed at about the same time from gogroopie therefore on the balance of probabilities printerpix is the one scamming people out of money and refusing to honour their offers.
Refund process is being pursued through PayPal.
19. 5. 2020 I finally have a response from both companies and have been able to place the order. Now let's see if it actually arrives!
Printpix have advised they have had technical difficulties over the last few weeks so benefit of the doubt given and I have updated PayPal and paused the refund however will resume if blanket doesn't arrive.
20.05.2020 I have checked the status and changed from 25% to 50% finishing production. Star rating increased to reflect company is making progress with my order albeit late for the birthday present needed for yesterday.
21.05.2020 well looks like the progress made was short lived. My blanket has remained at 50% progress. If no further progress is made. I'll be reducing the star grades and resuming my claim for a refund as pretty sick of this company now!
22.05.2020 progress has ground to a halt again. Stars reduced accordingly.
27.05.2020 still haven't received the order and emails requesting an update are being ignored! Claim recommenced with PayPal.
28.05.2020 progress status of the blanket reduced from 50% to 0%, Emails continue to be ignored. PayPal are awaiting a response from both printex (for £9 delivery cost) and gogroopie (voucher costs)
02.06.2020 progress status continues to be at 50%. Emails continue to be ignored. Blanket not received.

I ordered my wife some gifts for Mother's Day, half of the order arrived 2 weeks after Mother's Day, the second half is estimated to arrive hopefully by Father's Day. I paid $88 dollars for expedited shipping, which clearly was a mistake.
I ordered a magic mug that was very poor quality. The images are dark with scalding hot water and fades very quickly.
I highly recommend finding a different company to choose, this company is very bad.

I ordered the blanket on May 3. Received it on May 30th. I'm little disappointed of the delay but I understand due to covid-19. I wanted to give this for mother's day or my mom's birthday which was May 15th, but I am happy with the product just as I imagined and expected. My mom was very happy and brought me into tears because she loved it. I will definitely purchase other couple of items for sure, but this time in advance for sure.

I ordered 2 mugs and have now waited over a month with no updates or shipping notifications. Good luck trying to get an eta from customer support. I wish I would have checked the reviews before using them.

I purchased a photo book on Groupon but was totally unable to navigate the Printer-Pix website to produce a book. I have done many books on other sites without difficulty, but this was impossible. I ended up going to another site and forfeiting my Groupon.

Horrible customer service, they do not answer their phone, they do not reply e-mails, it took a month to send me the book and when I got it, it was my DRAFT. Never got the real thing from them. Horrible experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. Horrible quality and horrible customer service.

How does a company like this even stay afloat. I have been waiting on my order for over a month. There customer service is non-existent! The shipping cost more than the print. I might be ok with everything had I received my order and it was amazing but I have yet to get anything and have been waiting for a week for an email back. The "instant chat" is horrible as I have tried several times and the wait has been hours just to get a "we will look into it" or just simply get "disconnected". This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Note to anyone looking at buying something from them. STAY AWAY!

I ordered something in April that was to be sent within 14 days. Nothing. I have emailed, called and tried their ridiculous chat system with no response. I was literally on the chat for 3 hours with a simple question = where is my order and was disconnected by "Jessica" twice. Go elsewhere.

I bought Groupons for both (4) 16 x 20 metal prints and (36) 8x10 canvas prints from Printerpix. The prices seemed reasonable, until I got to check out. For the 4 metal prints, they wanted to charge me a total of over $64.00 on shipping. For the 18 canvas prints, shipping was $200.00. What good is a discount if you get ripped off on the shipping? Finally able to get through on the phone, I negotiated the shipping on the metal prints to $49.97 and the canvas prints to $99.99. The quality on the canvas was good; the quality on the metal was mediocre. The wait for both orders was several weeks. I will not order again from Printerpix. Attached is a photo of the invoice for the $49.97 shipping.

The blanket was promised to be here before Christmas I ordered it December 14th just received it April 28th 2020 contacted the company 4 * got hung up with being on hold 45 minutes both times twice received the blanket the lettering was not even straight on the bottom and it was supposed to be bigger than what it was when I got it this company is not willing to work with you or compensate you for anything considering the address was wrong they told me when it's still was wrong getting delivered from FedEx when I live in Wisconsin and it says Alabama where there's no way that was a mess up on my part to say Alabama

Got this of vowcher but paid on the 12th of may... 15 quid and then 11.00 quid to deliver still haven't recieved my item think delivery is a bit much for a blanket said should be here for 28th but asked for refund both from vowcher and printerpix avoid avoid

Bought a groupon ordered a 16x20 print. Never recieved order number. 32.00 taken from my bank account above what I paid for groupon. I have sent 4 emails requesting updates. They have never responded except to say it was being reviewed. That was three weeks ago. I will never do business with this company again. I am looking into legal actions that I can take. At this point I just want my money back as this was a mothers day gift and the only satisfied mothers are this company.

Using Groupon vouchers for dog blankets. Shipping was supposed to be $19.99-on order summary it was $54.58. Contacted customer service 4 times was promised $19.99 and would receive new invoice - never did. Have given up after weeks of wasted effort. Will try to report to Groupon.

I have just spent some time scanning in and editing black & white family photos to form a photo book which I decided to print via PrintaPix, mainly because of the price and the easy price calculator.
The project recovery system works well. There are some very positive features in the package and the final result is excellent but I have several suggestions:
-The company should advise users to start with a small number of pages and add, because it is not possible to delete any. This caused me to have to restart after I have layed out the photos and added the captions, so I lost several days.
-I put the photos roughly in the order for the book with a sort key but they were uploaded randomly and I could not reorder them.
-Because I wasn't sure how to upload a large number of photos, I ended up with duplicates which I could not delete.
-The system does not say how many photos have been loaded.
-There should be an option in the Account' menu to start a new project.
-Projects an photos should be given a linked reference; sometimes it is difficult to know which project you are in and which are the associated photos.
-It would be useful to jump to the end of the pages during the project.
-Advice should be given on good fonts and the point size; I used 20 point which was too big.
-There is no way to log off at the end of a session.
-It would be useful for the photo book to be kept for a month to allow a reorder.
-The photos window is two photos wide and needs to be wider if required.
-A last minute extra to the cost was the option to have quality paper.
However, despite the traumas, I am very pleased with the end result of four quality books at a competitive price.

They took my money first, the worst most confusing website to post your picture, and the worst quality. Don't be a fool, please save a headache, and your hard earned money and don't deal with this company. They are a joke.

I received my metal prints and they had been damaged on the corners in shipping. I sent Printer pix three emails, was told they would look into and get back to me. I never heard from them again. I called and was cut off every time. I wanted to order more but will now go to another company.
