SCAMMERS I ordered a product 6 weeks ago and have never received it. I do not receive responses on their chat, and no one answers after calling and waiting on hold for an hour. Luckily paid with a credit card - so Bank of America is disputing the charge. I realize now i need to start reviewing any company before i purchase - as this is becoming more common with online merchants
I ordered a set of mugs from a groupon, and have been waiting for almost 2 months on these to ship. They were supposed to be here by mother's day, and were not. It is almost father's day, and here we are. I emailed the customer support several times with no response. I called several times - waited on hold for 7-10 minutes. Finally, someone answers every time (middle eastern accent) and pretends like they cannot hear you. Says hello, then says if there is no answer, they will be forced to disconnect the call. I am very disappointed in this. Paid 30 plus dollars for shipping, and still no answer. You call this a business? You need to be shut down immediately! SCAMMERS!
Absolutely the worse company I have dealt with in a long time. Too bad I can't leave zero stars! I wish I had seen these reviews before making a purchase. I placed an order on 4/13/20. I called over a month ago and was told it was being overnighted from shipping and I was fine with that. Two weeks ago I called again because I had not received my order. I was told it would be overnighted on Friday. I told the person on the phone that I had been told that already. He replied with "OH--it had to be reprinted, but it has been sent to shipping." I told him I wanted it overnighted and I did not want to be charged for it. He said okay and he would send me an email. Two weeks have gone by again and I don't have an email nor have I received my prints. I called seven--yes seven--times today. The phone would be answered and they would say they couldn't hear me and hang up. I called from two different lines so this is not a problem on my part. When someone finally could "hear" me, he gave me the same line I got two weeks ago--it is being shipped. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager. He said he would transfer me and what do you know, the line disconnected. In addition, the cost they charge for shipping is three times more than what other companies, such as Canvas on Demand, charge and the service is better!
I can not get a hold of them. I have been trying and trying when someone answers they hang up.

I recently purchased several photo books which I spent a fair few days on as a project on the in printerpix in website. When they got dispatched, I realised they had completely messed up the address (with a mixture of my billing address and home address). I tried to contact them several time online via their chat and by email. For their online chat you wait in a queue for several hours (I've done this 4 times), someone eventual pops and and then they don't answer. One message introducing themselves and that was it. Nothing. And trust me I left it four hours. And I've heard nothing via email. Honestly the most dreadful customer service I've ever had. I would not recommend at all. There are plenty of these place out there. Choose a better one.
I ordered 45 Printerpix cards through a Groupon. I received 1 card and 1 envelope. I contacted PrinterPix more than 11 times throughout the weeks between May 20 and June 2. I called customer service on May 28 and waited 37 minutes on hold. The call was answered and, after I explained my problem, the rep started to say, "I can't hear you!" and would then mute me because I could hear the phone go silent on his end. Then he said, "I a disconnecting the call if you do not answer." I was answering but he was muting me and then he hung up on me. I called back and was on hold for 40 minutes and 16 seconds. This time, the customer rep said I would have to pay the additional $4.99 shipping in order to get the rest of my cards. I paid it. Then, felt this was not appropriate customer service. I contacted the company again on June 1 and was on hold for 1 hour and 17 minutes. Finally, customer service rep Derrick Fernandez got on the call. He promised me a refund of my shipping and they would fulfill the rest of my order. He assured me on the phone that he had, in fact, refunded my money and then said that he just sent me an e-mail to complete a recommendation for him. I said that I would complete the recommendation once I saw the funds back in my account. On Tuesday, June 2, He sent a follow-up e-mail that said, "... and would greatly appreciate it if you would also leave a glowing review for us on this below link. All you will need to do is click on the following link and describe your experience with our service and do not forget to mention our agent name (Derrick Fernandaz) who helped you to sort your issue." I responded and said that I would give him a pleasant review if he did what he said he was going to do. Today is June 11 and... NOTHING. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in MY LIFE. I highly recommend not purchasing anything PrinterPix related from Groupon. BE WARNED! These people do not deserve your business!
I have tried for days to get in touch with someone in regards to an order I placed last month. Customer service acts like they cannot hear me on the phone and hangs up. No one responds to email. I just waited for an hour and a half to get in a live chat with Patricia who announced herself and disappeared. I should have read the reviews before making a purchase!
A horrible customer care service. They wont provide any update to your oder after you pay them the money. They should be better described as thieves.
So I order via Groupon a Mother's day gift. 4/22/20 figuring w/ Covid extra delays. No biggie.
I sent my first inquiry on 5/1/20. Automated response ticket created. Email on 5/5/20 after no update.

Email again 6/7/20 automated response.
Called 6/10/20.18 min on hold only to be greeted by a person and then disconnected 'becuase of no response'. But I was there yelling. Complete bull!
Filing a complaint w/ Groupon and BBB.
I got a groupon for photo puzzles - in which i uploaded 2 different pictures and placed 2 separate orders. They used one picture for both puzzles! When I called to complain they told me it was my fault for uploading the same photo for each order and that they did nothing wrong. I know for a fact that I used 2 different pictures. These people are ridiculous and have horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!
I never had a problem with Printerpix until my last order.
I ordered a small, 20-Page photobook, which arrived on March 5th. It was BLANK! It only had a shadow on the cover where the photo should have been. Inside - a multicoloured empty book! When I queried it, I was told that my order had arrived blank - yet I had spent considerable time and effort to place the photos as it was a gift for my 89 y. O. Mother and I still had the original on my computer. They offered to re-print the book but I had to pay postage. I agreed immediately. They were to send me a code to use. I am still awaiting the 'code'! 3 months later, I am no closer than I was in March to getting my item printed. I also have several 'ticket numbers' covering the same issue. Printerpix have continued with automatic replies to all of my emails. All this wasted time and effort is for the princely sum of approx. £10.00. For an international company - they seem to have a very small town attitude. I am very disappointed with the lack of service.
I have Nobody to speak to regarding my order which is very frustrating. Order hasn't shipped and been over 15 days so just want an update or refund that's all. Very unprofessional how they are running this business

Do not go anywhere near this company! It is shocking service and poor quality! I have been weeks now trying to sort my complaint of missed photographs aswel as postage costing more than the voucher itself, account being deleted after order so no way of tracking! Email after email, phone call after phone call! To find that the calls have resulted in a £25 phone charge! This just adds insult to injury! I will make sure no one uses this company and inform wowcher of advertising such a shocking "voucher" which has ended up costing me so more! DO NOT USE PRINTERPIX!
I have never taken the time to write a review however as of now they stole my money. I ordered a cup and now more than a month later not only have never received the item but have reached out several times to customer service last few weeks and zero replies. I will be doing what I can for a refund. Don't do business with these guys.
I never, ever write reviews. Ever. I ordered a mug with a picture from them... and I got a BLANK MUG. I have reached out to customer service many times... and got no response. They are not reliable. You were warned.
I ordered a mug and a puzzle for Mothers day but the only thing I've received was the mug and the mug is great. I've been waiting at least a month and the puzzles have yet been delivered. I wrote an email and contacted them but no one got back to me. They are a good but bad company. I would love for my mother to get her present and if not they can send my money back at least. I just want to know where my puzzle is!
Ordered on April 29th and still have not received the mug. I have contacted customer service, been on hold for 10 minutes, then as the person comes on line, they hang up. Online chat, doesnt work nor does email. Yet they continue to send you new deals but cant send a tracking number or update. Stay away from this company.
I ordered a blanket for Mother's Day for my mom. I then read the reviews and got really nervous because they were bad but when I received the blanket it went above and beyond expectations and was way cheaper than sites like Shutterfly. It took a long time to get to me(about a month). My mother loved the present and the blanket was super soft. Really impressed. Most of the bad reviews deal with customer service but I didn't have to deal with them so I have nothing to add about them. The only thing I can say was tracking an order was confusing, it needs to be worked on but the product was perfect. I was expecting a rag after I read the reviews.
I placed an order for two custom made mouse pads May 7th. A week later, I purchased other products from Shutterfly. I received the shutterfly order about a week and a half ago and still have yet to receive my Printerpix order. I tried emailing them since my status had been at 50% for weeks with no response. I tried doing the live chat option and took hours and then when i got someone she introduced herself and then would respond back! I will never order from them again!
