I ordered from them several years ago and was pretty satisfied with the quality. Last time I ordered ( 20x16 metal print) it feels like things really have changed. First: you have to pay for the shipping as much as you payed for the order. I'm pretty sure it was advertised as free shipping, but who cares. Second: no more nice glossy coating, just old plain aluminum with ink promoting. Third: no more wall mount in the package, you have to pay, again, same amount that you paid for the order. Overall it simply isn't worth the money you spend and time you wait for the order to arrive. Find the local print shop, it may not be cheaper, but you won't feel robbed.
I have placed my order more than a month ago and still didn't get my order. I sent them like 10 emails and only got one apology reply and "we will escalate your issue". Their online customer support is not even real people. First, you wait like 30 min to chat with someone, then like "Hi, I am Jessica and I am here to help you". And then, she disappear and you start over your waiting process or have option to send a email. Horrible. Horrible. I will never again order from this company.
I got a groupon for this company and placed an order right away. It has been almost a month and I have not received my product. I emailed the company with no response. I tried calling and waited over an hour with no response. I went on chat and waited over an hour and when I finally got someone it took another 30 minutes to actual get a response. I have not received my product as of yet- but I am hoping it is good. Definitely not good service.
Placed my order on June 4th and is now June 22nd and I have not received my order yet. Want it as a Father's Day gift and unfortunately I could not get it to my father on that special day. I am very disappointed since I did not received it on time although i placed the order many days before. I purchased it on Groupon cery cheap but was surprised on how expensive shipping and handling was, around $25. Will definitely not be ordering from this website ever again.
I am so upset about my order. I never received it to give for aFather's Day gift. I called 3 days prior and a man assured me I would receive it. I also placed the order two days prior to the date of June 10 to receive it on time for Father's Day according to the verbiage on the website. I call again to have them tell me the best they can do is 50% off the shipping that was already astronomical of 33+ dollars. I was also told I would not receive my order for another week when the facility is 3.5 hours away from me. I am so disappointed. I should not be paying for shipping for something that was clearly not here when it was guaranteed by.
I ordered over £60 worth of photos to make photo book up at home. When they came the photos were discoloured with photos having a pink colour instead of colour that the photo was, not full images with some of photos cutting out details in the image etc, the quality overall was so poor. I wrote to them over two months ago to ask for a refund and to return these, however I am still no further forward. They asked me to send pictures of the photos, which I did, they then said they couldn't find these so I gave them the date and time I sent and now they have no got back to me again. I feel at this stage they have my money so are not interested in solving the issue. I would avoid using this company once they get your order they don't care about their customers and that shows.
I ordered a picture frame for Father's Day 4 weeks ago, so that I could give it to my husband for Father's Day ON FATHERS DAY. But I'm still waiting! Worst experience ever!
I gave my little sister my debit card because she wanted to order a mug with pictures of our mom and her on it for Mother's Day from printer pix 10 days a head. First off the order took over a month to get delivered and second when it arrived, it was of a very poor quality where the pictures were printed on a clear glass cup instead of the mug that was advertised when we ordered it. When she finally decided give her the cup, she prepared and poured hot tea in it to surprise her. Unfortunately, her plan were short lived before as soon as she poured the hot tea in it the cup cracked open. This felt like a huge scam and a disappointment.
It's been about 23 BUSINESS DAYS since we ordered my husband's Father's Day present... that's over a month. And we have yet to receive an email that our cup is even out of production. My son designed it and is really upset that it's not going to be here for Father's Day even though we ordered it over a month ago. We should have just gone with an Etsy user or something. Super disappointed. Their customer service isn't helpful either. They just told us that sometimes it can take up to 25 days
I ordered a canvas from them on May 20th. They sent me tracking information in an email on the 30th.The tracking information and the website i shouldve been able to view the tracking info on told me "access was denied". After the first time i got that, i kept trying everyday to reach out to someone about tracking my order and everytime id call i would be on hold for over a hour then the phone would hang up.Live chat isnt great either, i would go on and i would be 30 or whatever in the queue and once it got down to 10 or less, it would disconnect. Tried to email them as well and all you get is an automated response that NEVER answers your question.
Called today and i FINALLY got through to someone. They gave me the CORRECT tracking info and turns out my package was delivered to my old address on the 9th after i gave them my new address they told me they were going to fix

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER ON TIME. COULD NIT EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH A SUPERVISOR. THEY KEPT TELLING ME I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK NO ONE NEVER CALLED ME. THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST
I placed a order with this company and have yet gotten my items. Whenever I go to check the status it constantly states processing. I have tried emailing them and also calling them. When calling you are on hold for 30 minutes just for them to come on the line acting like they can not hear you and stating that they will have to disconnect the call. This company is a scam and I advice everyone to beware of them. It's a sad world we live in when you spend your hard earn money on merchandise just to have a horrible company take advantage of customers. I am a huge advocate for Karma so I know in due time all this scamming mess will catch up to them. This company is a horrible mess! Stay far far far away from them if you value your money you work for.
The magic mugs themselves are fine. The service is atrocious! I placed an order for two different designed magic mugs in my cart, and they sent two of the same ones. I called and spoke to an Indian woman with a dog barking in the background. She said I ordered the same mugs. Not true as I place two different designed mugs in the cart. She said she could give me the other mug free but I had to pay $8.99 shipping. That is ridiculous because I paid for two different mugs but I went along with it because this was a gift. Well... I never got the credit for the mug or a callback, so I sent an email and got an auto response with a ticket #. I sent numerous more emails and no one ever replies. These people are scammers and don't do right by their customers and I have placed many orders with them. There are plenty of US companies that make these mugs and satisfy their customers so that's where I am taking my business!
From everything I can tell this company is a total scam. I ordered mother's day puzzles for my wife in April and haven't received one of them. No phone answers and the email responses are automated garbage that offer no solution. Good waste of money. However they are very persistent in maintaining contact for advertising as at least once a day I get solicitations to purchase more from them.
I ordered a custom puzzle for my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered it 3-4 weeks in advance and it still isn't here. Going on 3 months now!
I ordered and paid for 3 metal prints and 3 mounting boxes. I received only 2 of the mounting boxes. I have sent multiple emails and called customer service at least 10 times. Each time a representative assures me that it will now he sent. Some even promise to call me back within 24 hours to confirm. I never hear from anyone and I never receive my mounting box. It has now been more than 3 months. I have never I my life had such a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I have wasted a lot of time on hold, sending emails, talking to representatives who are obviously trained to blow me off. Do not use this company. You will not get what you pay for, only the run around.
I ordered 4 masks because it says they were $8 each. I just looked at the invoice that's in my email, and I was charged $11.99 for there of the masks and $19.99 for one. Don't order from them.
I only bought from this site because I got a groupon for the canvas pictures. Very cheap looking and feel. Also, photo off centered. Will never ever order from here again. Trust me! You can get better products at Walgreens! I spent $30 for shipping on my order which I consider a huge waste of money at this point as I will likely unfortunately trash the pics!
