I ordered 3 metal prints in May and it took 52 and 61 days to receive my order. That was after numerous emails I sent inquiring about the status of my order. After sending 5 emails they responded to 2 of them. Upon receiving my order 2 of the prints were damaged. After calling, and not being able to get through, I emailed printerpix and I received a form letter saying that due to the high level of emails someone will get back to me soon. That was 3 weeks ago. During that time I've also tried to call and was placed on hold and then hung up on. While I'm waiting for a response from printerpixs I figured I hang up the pictures I received, so I'm not looking at plank spaces on my wall. I hung all 3 photos using the picture mounts that they provided. All three pictures then fell from walls a short time later due to the poor quality of the mounts. How is printerpix allowed to operate on Groupon and why isn't there a section for customer reviews?

Scam

This company is a scam. I ordered a mask with my grandmother's face on it FOR HER FUNERAL (my family has a weird sensibility, okay?) and paid $29.99 for expedited shipping. It was supposed to arrive week and a half ago and STILL has not. Her funeral and burial are already past, so no need for it now. I wish I had read the reviews of this organization before ordering. I am reporting this organization to the Better Business Bureau, and taking legal action against them unless they refund the full amount of my order.

I purchased a coupon off of groupon and Just company honored the coupon would charge me an additional $65 for premium services. A paid for 2 portraits on May 6. After they did not show up for a month they only showed "in process" for 6 weeks with no movement. Called multiple times and they kept telling me it was on the way 3 to 5 days. 8 weeks later I call back to cancel my order. 2 weeks later and they still have not refined it me my money after they told me it would be done in 3 to 5 days. Worst customer service all they do is lie. And at this point they can keep the money I will never use this CRAPPY company! Groupon has been doing their best to contact the vendor but they are not getting anywhere either.

I ordered one of the face masks with lower half of my actual face printed on it. There were issues using their order portal, first of all, which should have tipped me off. I sent in a help message. Days later, after I had managed to get an order in and processed--or so I thought--I received some grandiose response saying that COVID-19 had caused delays--which they claimed were to be expected anyway--but more than most, because their "company" was run on three different continents in three different countries. That was enough for me. I sent an email requesting that the order be canceled if any portion of the product was to be shipped into the U.S. from overseas. I believed it was a U.S. company when I placed the order. We've all heard enough horror stories about contaminated and defective PPE. I got a confirmation with a case number attached, and that was the last time I heard from them. After waiting a reasonable period of time, I sent one and then two emails requesting that the order be cancelled with a confirmation number provided. Never got them. Never heard from the company again until last night, when I got a message saying my order had been "dispatched." I emailed customer service. No response. I began calling their customer service this morning from the U.S., because they--I learned--are in England. The man claimed the masks were shipped from Florida, but this doesn't mean the masks were made in the U.S. I was placed on hold, then hung up on. I called back at least four more times. The call was deliberately disconnected two times. Another time, I was put on hold and the last time, the same man answered--Derek was the name he gave-- but the connection was so poor, I could not hear what he was saying, and he put me on hold again. Then the call was disconnected. DON'T, repeat DON'T order anything from the company. They are totally unreliable. Certainly unprofessional. Maybe even scammers.

Spoke to Victor who was very friendly and helpful. Chat got disconnected part way through but victor managed to reconnect and come straight back to me. Brilliant service. Would definitely recommend

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Last year I bought 25 year books that came out beautifully. This year, my Senior Citizen Community Service organization ordered 120 cookbooks that I designed. First of all they lied on the Groupon and said they would come with a leather cover. They arrived with a cheap clear plastic cover. That wasn't the worst part though. They took all of the transparent background. Png images that I used for our book and made the transparent. Png background black. Yes, BLACK. The. Png files make the cookbook unreadable. I complained immediately upon receipt (Jun 19,2020) and to date, July 12,2020 they have yet to resolve the problem. We presold the cookbooks so I had to reorder them as a hard cover book because the original books were not worth any money at all. Now our Senior Citizen club is out of $750 and we don't have the money to just throw away. This is the WORST experience I've ever had. DO NOT USE THEM.

I decided to use a Groupon certificate with PrinterPix. After 2 weeks I had not received my photo book. I checked tracking on their site and it had been in production for 2 weeks and not progressed off the 2 indicator bars. So waited another day or two. No progress. Tried calling no one answering after an hour or more gave up. Tried online chat three hours later as it kept dropping out gave up. Another day another attempt. After two hours of waiting on both being hung up on or recorded voice just cuts out. Don't think it was an actual person, I finally got Jessica in the online chat.
They don't read their online chat as I provided my order number then was asked again for it. When I was on the online chat they just left me and I had to keep typing are you there. After some time I got the message that it's in final production and I'll get an email once it's ready. Then they just cut off.
Worst customer service I've ever had and I will never use them again.

Don't waste your money. The company takes your money and bombards your email with "offers". However, you likely won't receive any information about your order or the order itself.
No one answers the 888 number. The chat function takes forever and then the rep disappears without helping.
Only use this site if you like spending money for nothing but aggravation.

Ordered a puzzle from Printerpix. Not only did it take FOREVER to get to me, the quality was HORRIBLE. The finish is super shiny so the picture doesn't look clear and I had to break the entire puzzle up. On the bright side, since it came in one solid piece, I was able to take a picture of it... SOMETHING YOU'LL NEED, because it doesn't not come in a box with a picture to store it, NOR does it come with a color picture so you know what you're putting together. This was a gift and I was so embarrassed. Don't give this company a penny.

The worst

I purchased a "deal" on Groupon in April. I ordered and paid an additional fee for Shipping and some other hidden fees. I didn't get my order until the first week of July. I emailed and started calling this business 1 month after purchase and I still received "copy and paste" emails basically saying how long it takes to ship and I received the same message over and over. I will never order from here again

I was really really really disappointed with the service given by printerpix. We had a groupon so they charged us $33. Which was ok but shipping took 19 days. Also when we tried to call they hung up on us if we started with the word frustrated. So what we did was we started with "can you track my order" and they finally talked with us. When we asked can I speak with a supervisor they hung up. VERY VERY upset. DO NOT BUY FROM PRINTERPIX.

I had a problem with my puzzle order so I emailed them and did not receive a response relating to my email. I wanted to cancel the order but to no avail. I was very disappointed with the puzzle I received. The quality was very poor to say the least. I ordered from another company (Collage) and was extremely happy with the puzzle I received. You could hardly see the puzzle lines on the picture. I do not recommend PrinterPix at all!

At almost $27, I expected a mask that fits. It is so small, it is unusable. I used the sizer, at the cite, but recieved a box pic of the mouth instead of it going around the sides too. ALL BAD.

My merchandise I ordered was of good quality and in the end I was very happy with the product I ordered. I had 2 photo canvases made for my husband for his birthday which ended up being a Father's Day gift because my order came a month after expected. I became suspicious of a scam when my order of a couple canvas photos never came I was getting nervous and so I tried to find away to track order and couldn't I tried to contact customer service that was pretty much non existent. That's when I started reading reviews and it seamed like just about all the reviews were angry unsatisfied customers saying they never received orders or they were no useable items or customer service didn't exist. I was honestly thinking that I was scammed. After paying for items through Groupon you do end up in addition paying a very high shipping fee for each item I ordered multiple groupons but had to pay $20 shipping for each item which they were canvas photos they were very light weight and when I finally received my order a month later then when it was expected both photos were shipped in the same box yet I payed a total of $40 for 2 photos. Why? Well it don't really matter in the end I eventually received my order and was very happy with the quality of the canvas photos. I wouldn't order through this company again because there was so many bad reviews with photos posted showing evidence of terrible products and with the customer service being non existent there would be no way to get resolved except through email which they don't reply with what you wanna hear. So if you should have a problem with your order it's not worth the headache because you can just use one of the many companies available with good reviews online shipping and existing customer service.

Absolutely horrible

Ordered on April 29th did not receive until June 26th! Customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with! And to top it off the quality of the print is subpar!
