Unable to contact customer service via phone or email and product was delivered weeks after the expected delivery date. I actually was trying to cancel because I was about to move. I received my order the day before moving.
After a few months of using my Magic coffee mug it has chipped along the bottom ring and handle. We only hand wash this mug.

Ordered a few coffee mugs, along with a water bottle from this company. Received the water bottle and the heads were chopped off. Attempted to contact someone in customer service with no response. Put on hold, never answered. Sent email inquiries, still no response. They will send me emails to purchase more things, but no response to my issue. Will NEVER buy anything from them again. Shipping cost was ridiculous. Order from Personal Creations instead- they have great customer service and will offer free shipping at times. HORRIBLE company. I only gave them one star because you can't give zero.
No wonder Groupon always has this company on their site. They can't get customers any other way. I've called multiple times and either waited on the phone so long that I just hung up or get promises made that were never fulfilled. This company is AWFUL. My pre-K graduates aren't receiving their photo books this weekend because they still haven't arrived, even after paying for rushes shipping. I'm disgusted and so disappointed.
Very very bad experience. The top part of the head was missing in the prints and after promising replacement they conveniently went dormant and decided to cancel. They are a bunch of scammers. Please stay away.
Please folks, check the shipping costs for your items. They are recouping double their production costs in shipping alone on items, no matter how many discounts you think you are receiving upfront. There are other reputable companies out there producing for much less!
I ordered three canvases and paid for them. I received one and still waiting in the other two. I have written numerous times to the company and all they do is ignore me. Groupon has a deal to help you save money which I did but printerpix still could care less! Find another company as this one could care less...
Omg, I purchased my picture blanket via Groupon for $16.99. I was a little leary but thought what the heck. I purchased it on July 25th and received it on August 9th and it is amazing. Great job PrinterPix!
I order my product May 30th its Aug 7 I never got my order. They say technical difficulties with the order and it can be shipped anywhere. I ask for a refund and I still haven't received it. The last person said they will give me a 50% refund. I paid $27 for extra and shipping and handling. I hope they go out of business too many scams and a waste of 6 hours putting together my canvas. Shame on Groupon for keeping them on their site. I should of kept ordering from collage.com they are the best.
I ordered my book a month ago and I paid for the expedited shipping. The problem is, they don't seem to know how to ship an item. I've been told for 2 weeks now that my item is in the final stages and getting the shipping label printed and will be shipped at the earliest. I've talked to 3 dif people all who don't know what they are talking about and give the same response. I will NEVER order from them again and advised my friends and family I told about the company not to order from them after all.
Going on 3 months now and I still don't have my friends birthday/wedding gift. I contact weekly, if not multiple times a week. Every time it's being "escalated" and will "get sent out soon". Ridiculous.
Got an order confirmation dated 7/7/2020 which said my acct was paid. I've called twice, the most recent time being
7/30/2020 and have had smoke blown at me for the second time. I'm calling again today, 8/2/2020. Betcha the same thing happens. I'll never use this company again and will be hesitant to use Groupon as an intermediary for this kind of service.

This is absolutely the WORST company. I have been waiting on an item for almost two months, which I paid $32 for shipping and it still hasn't arrived and they only want to compensate you with 30% of your shipping back after you request a refund. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. This SITE is a RIP OFF
Zero if I could. Purchased a 30 x 40 canvas of my wedding vows with my entire party and parents. I upgraded the frame and the canvas. It took 2 months and 5 emails and 8 phone calls. Every time I call I get told a manager will call me within 24 hours. Nope never. 6 weeks after my 1st email I get a follow up email stating due to COVID they are behind. Ok I get that. But 6 weeks behind on emails? And this email didn't even address the issue. It was a thanks for reaching out email.
I ordered in April. In June the canvas arrived without my upgrades and a line across the center of the photo where the colors change...
Placed and order on July 10... small 4 things! Today is July 22. Tried to check on order July 20 with no response!
When I placed my order in early June 2020, I was guaranteed delivery by Fathers Day. I got nervous and started writing and calling. I rarely received a response. I finally spoke with someone and was guaranteed a tracking number by the end of day. It never appeared. I called back. Again, promised delivery the day after Father's Day. This was ok with me as it met my deadline. No package. I tried to cancel number ours times and was told I could not because the products had left production and were on there way. The showed up on July 18. Every single person I have had contact with has LIED to me. They are crooks.
I didn't know about this company until I saw a deal on Groupon and made the stupid mistake of buying the deal before doing my research. After a month, I haven't gotten my item shipped and my project which will be deleted in a day is at 0% and forget about the customer service! First of all this company is not in the U.S. and then the you have to call a gizzillion times and while it goes through, the agent cannot hear you while you can clearly hear them. After a gillizion tries, it goes through and then you can HARDLY hear them and every time they apologize and say it is almost ready! I paid almost $200 for this piece of sh** which has been so frustrating! Ugh! Shame on Groupon for keeping this deal on.

You can do anything on it everything is too sensitive you scroll along your pics and it tries to upload everyone. Spent to much of my life doing this... I hate this website never but from them again ever!
