I placed an order on 4/18/20; I still don't have it. I am unable to track it even though I have an order number... the website only has a tracking tab, but nowhere to enter the number. I tried the chat option... no response. I've sent two emails... auto response that the customer service team will get back to me. No response after a week. Three phone calls... calls automatically end after 15 minutes waiting. I normally don't post negative reviews, but this company is awful. Don't waste your time or money. I placed my order through GroupOn since it seemed like a good deal. However, I'm wondering how many of the 25,000+ people that ordered the puzzles alone haven't received anything. They have over 30 listings... mathematically speaking, this company is making a killing on $5-$20 orders that they don't produce. I think a class action lawsuit is in order.
