Took over two weeks for shipping, tracking wasn't provided until I emailed to find out where my order was. Quality was fine but I'm not sure that I ordered what I received. I will never order again.

Quick easy and an awesome blanket. The receiver loved it and didn't expect the quality to be as good as it was.
It took 4 weeks for my photos to be delivered. I finally reached out after 3 weeks. It took another several days to get my shipping details at which point, my photos were delivered quickly. I don't like the lack of communication from the company or their lag in production time. But the product is quality. So if you're not in a hurry, it's not a bad deal.
