Booked using Priceline paid everything upfront but the resort fee for flamingo Las Vegas booked 5 rooms since it was a large group that went I had to cancel a room because the person that was going was exposed to covid so we thought it would be best for him not to go and quarantine for 14 days refund policy states that if canceled you will pay for one nights stay and be refunded they refuse to give me my money back basically stating that the person should have still came on the trip (I have emails) I contacted the hotel directly and they said that they refund if canceled with in 24 hrs of cancellation Priceline stated they did not say that then several emails later stated that they did contact the hotel and they stated that but still refuse to give me a refund then on top of all of this and all the money spent before to book the trip 3 people still had to pay an extra 500 bucks when we arrived even after booking it stated that nothing else needed to be paid but the resort fee which was like 245 ooh and let's not forget we also scheduled a ride from the airport to the hotel and some how that never got booked but was paid for Priceline is the worst never use them and let's not forget that the hotel room description was completely wrong and the room was terrible
ALWAYS BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE! I will from now on. Priceline customer service is deplorable. What a waste of time and money. I purchased at FULL PRICE airline tickets for my 10 year anniversary. I chose the full price format because I wanted to be sure of the selected seats and flight times.
The booking process lets you choose the seats for the outgoing flight, then gives you the impression that you are selecting seats together for the return flight. My confirmation page said that I would be booked in the seat next to my husband. I only booked with them instead of the thru the airline, cause I wanted to book a car at the same time. Then I get my confirmation email that states that there was not a car available after all and my husband and I are seating 3 rows apart!
I would not have clicked confirm "signing the contract" if it had stated the truth. So the contract was a lie, I didnt agree to the package they really sold me. I contact "customer service" 3 months in advance to have the error fixed. Their so called "customer service" is run by a bunch of foreigners who barely speak English and are beyond rude! They refused to acknowledge any of this, even though several flights were available they refused any help. I have copies of the original "contract" that I clicked to purchase. They refuse to transfer you to a supervisor, saying they don't have one. Their only response is "we will mail you a copy of our contract policies". My response was "I can mail them a copy of the original contract that I clicked to purchase". Their response was just silence. William Shatner should be ashamed of himself for representing this fraudulent company!
After trying to plan a vacation on Priceline, all we got is problems and hassle. Their site said after we tried to purchase the hotel room we got an end page that said that "They could not complete our request but our card would not be charged". We got no email confirming this. No confirmation number. NOTHING. Except almost IMMEDIATELY, we had $126 charge pending on our debit card. So, curious, we called the Priceline phone number. And were put through an automated system of HELL. It took us five (FIVE) calls to actually get to a person, and when we got to a person, the female was outsourced from some other country and we could barely understand her due to her thick accent! She confirmed our reservation was NOT made and that "Our card would not be charged". When we confronted her about "Hey, we WERE already charged, please explain", she then reverted to the "Well, we have to charge the card to make sure the card will work first, and all charges will be reversed in 3 to 7 business days". Right. Except our trip is supposed to be in five days, and now because you won't offer an IMMEDIATE refund, we can no longer go on our trip because Priceline is holding our funds. We can't book another hotel room when you won't release the money! We are calling our bank first thing tomorrow and pressing fraudulent charges against Priceline. When we asked her about this point she stated that that is the policy and she can do nothing to change it. We will NEVER use Priceline again. NOT. EVER. Stay away. If you find yourself on Priceline's website from Trivago, immediately turn around and run screaming. Priceline will do NOTHING to help you but EVERYTHING to take your money without reason!
They booked me a flight on Frontier don't fly Frontier don't ever fly Frontier. The app is a joke impossible to download boarding passes please print
I got special christmas offer for hotel reservation. Offer was very affordable for me. Thanks for such offers
I love getting hotels from Priceline very affordable n very good hotels, Hotwire doesn't sometimes give good ones
Thank you priceline, you are amazing. Every time you provide my excellent services. I will definitely use you services again.
I rented a vehicle through Priceline in January. I prepaid for a Mid-Size SUV and it came with a guarantee because I prepaid the reservation in full. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Priceline's vendor partner told me they did not have the size vehicle I rented. They told me that they only had a standard SUV and I would have to pay an upgrade fee to get the vehicle. When I questioned this and showed my guaranteed reservation, the rep just told me either I pay the upgrade fee or lose the money I already paid because it was a prepaid rental and it would not be refunded. I was held hostage now needing a car and not wanting to throw away the $252 I already paid, I paid the $159 for the upgrade and fees for the 3 days I had the rental.
Once I left, I called Priceline to see why this happened. I spoke to a very nice rep who told me I should not have had to pay, that they have an agreement with their partners to upgrade for free in these cases. She then told me what I needed to do to get this money refunded. She sent me an email where it clearly stated I should not have to have paid extra. The email instructed me to send a copy of my final receipt to Priceline and outline what happened. Which I did when I got the final receipt upon returning the vehicle. I was then told it would take 7-10 days to investigate. 10 days later I received an email saying since I used the vehicle they would not be refunding any of the money.
So I called in and spoke to a rep who told me my case was actually verified and they were trying to get their partner vendor to refund me. I have continued to call back once a week and just keep getting put off by them. Finally today I received an email saying they are refunding me $17. I don't even know where they got $17 but it is unacceptable. I have filed with the BBB and am warning everyone to STAY AWAY from Priceline. They don't have your interest at hand and go against their own word. Not just what reps said but what they actually emailed me from their own corporate rules and regulations. I work in a customer driven industry and if I ran my business this way, I would be out of business.
I love being a customer. Its all services are its best. I used its all services and I could not even find a single minor mistake.
They take your money and sell tickets and don't refund your money read the fine print and when you call they won't help you
I am so happy these guys have very professional services. I never got very much professional services like this.
Price line is a disgusting company. This company use to be good but has slowly become as trash company. Do not use price line. Do not pay price line.
BEWARE-Right Cars CHARGES A FEE IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 500K in liability. I have rented so many cars in Orlando and never had to pay an additional charge for that. Terrible that Priceline allows this one company on its site as an option and you have to click three different areas to find the disclosure. Bait and switch if you ask me and I will never use priceline again, nor Right Cars. The woman behind us got charged 200 and she canceled the rental and was stuck there. We had no choice, as we needed to get on the road, so the car rental cost was $100 and then we had to pay $105 extra fee so it cost us double. PRICELINE WOULD NOT REFUND SO WE COULD GO ACROSS THE STREET TO A RENTAL CAR COMPANY THAT DID NOT CHARGE THAT RIDICULOUS FEE. Shame on Priceline for not being upfront about this car rental company! I checked every other rental company from the list Priceline showed me and not one had this charge. MAKE SURE YOU ASK AHEAD OF TIME about their insurance charges! We live in NJ and pay the highest car Ins rates in the country, yet this shady company wanted more. Priceline was also NO HELP!
Awful customer service! Never ever again! Awful customer service! Never ever again! Awful customer service! Never ever again!
Always using Agoda and booking.com which are parts of priceline. Cannot imagine the travel without them
Overcharged when given a quoted rate
Totally disappointed with service, hold time on phone, lack of knowledge
It seemed a good deal, but I ended up with the most expensive car rental ever (in my life). No more Priceline for me.
They have no customer service. An automated system that does not respond to your issue. I would never use them again...
Answer: The agreed to price is inclusive. I would look at dollar's website before renting from Priceline. There is no layer of protection from prcln.
Answer: With Price Line you may pay a reduced price. However, you get reduced services. Be prepared for hidden costs from the merchant as their ads on Price Line do not include their entire policy.
Answer: I'm not sure what you mean by "receive" the e-ticket. I've booked numerous times through priceline and other intermediaries, but have never received a ticket. I would suggest that you look at the itinerary that you've received from priceline and look for the Airline Confirmation Number (which may be a sequence of letters and or numbers depending on the airline). Then go to the airline's website and look up your flight itinerary. This process also varies by airline, but there should be some menu such as "My Trips" or other itinerary look up option. The airline should be able to find your itinerary based on your name and confirmation number. If your priceline itinerary contains an e-ticket number, you may be able to use that on the airline's website as well. If the airline has your itinerary, you're good to go. You'll be able to check in and get a boarding pass (electronic or print) 24 hours prior to your flight. If the airline has no record of you, then you've got a problem.
