Horrible experience using Priceline.com hotels. First Hotel were listed as 3.5 star rating - turned out to be 1.5. Next hotel when we turned down bed - some kid had pissed in the bed. Last hotel - we selected an "express deal" thru Priceline at $108 (they do not give you the hotel name until you pay) the hotel turned out to e Quality Inn which was listed at $70 from other sites.
I went on price line renovated nest western in tulsa went to hotel within that half hour went to pat for reservation and manager said they don't accept that type credit card but took my payment of 63 told me call price line so did soon as walked out no answer so today called nothing they can do slept in car in parking lot now deathly sick and payment gone guess I paid 63 for reservation of parking lot cause I'm without a home
I typically book directly with a preferred company, but it was Thanksgiving weekend and prices were out of control. I checked Priceline and decided to give it a try. I used Priceline to book a car rental with National and found a great deal that was half the price I found with National directly. I had zero issues. After paying through Priceline and reading the fine print about No Changes/No Cancels/No Refunds, I checked my booking on the National site and all my info was there. When I arrived at my destination, check-in was fine. After returning the car a few days later, I got a receipt from National and an email from Priceline. All good!
I would use Priceline again.

My husband and I are just so thrilled with our recent experience with Priceline! People, don't even bother reading negative reviews, because we couldn't have had a better experience! We can only imagine how hard this time has been with all the grumpy, disappointed travellers due to the COVID19 issues, but we were handled efficiently, and compassionately from start to finish. When they say they will call back, they honour that commitment! Priceline, you've got fans of us, and we will recommend you to our large personal and professional contact list.
Priceline service is awful. Do not use them. 5 minutes after making a reservation come to find out it did not account for the children. I was told to speak with the hotel. The hotel stated that it was priceline issue which I agree with. Priceline is garbage, they would not do anything to resolve the issue. Nothing!

Through these tough times the staff at the Extended Stay Union Park have been so kind and accomidating. I would recommend this location to anyone vacationing or for long term. Clean and friendly.

This is a good room and the bed is very comfortable,
But i came to my room on my last stay here. They had locked me out. Said I had to call priceline again and make another reservation, thats crazy since I had already paid for the room. Some body needs to get more organized.
I have nothing but good things to say about Priceline. Was due to fly out on the 15/3/20 and I was able to cancel the package I had booked of a vehicle and car due to the virus outbreak 1 day before I was due to depart (held on as long as I needed but the news got worse by the day). First the hotel then a few days later I called back to cancel the vehicle, agent was totally understanding and helpful and made the whole process stress free. We're from SW Ohio. We were visiting Fort Wayne In. We saw the LIBERTY DINER, so we decided to eat there. It turned out to be the BEST restaurant I have ever ate at. The food was delicious, wide selection of food. We stayed in Ft. Wayne for three days and we ate all our meals at LIBERTY DINER, it was so good. The staff was GREAT, and the OWNER (George) was the Best. I just can't say enough about this restaurant. I would give it ten stars if I could. If you're ever in Fort Wayne Indiana. Dine at this GREAT restaurant. You're going to love it
I had a flight booking using Priceline last year and it was booked 2 months in advance and it was such a good deal. Everything went smoothly and for that price, I was amazed so I say they are good for flights. The site was easy to use and they sent everything to my email.
I had to cancel my flight because of my lost wallet, they tried their best to get me a refund credit to be booked within next year. I had lost hope but some of the CSR's were very nice to me. Idk who you ppl are but some of you are great. Just thought id share here.
I booked a rental car on 05/18/2020 and called to cancel on 05/19/2020 and was told that it's non refundable, this is crazy
The service is great but they really need to update the amenities that are available by current properties. At the same time they need to eliminate hotels that have a customer rating of less than 5 out of 10
I made hotel booking thru Priceline about February12th I had to extend my stay and used Priceline. After entering my card data I pressed enter only for three hotels to pop up l clicked on my choice pressed enter to be informed I had been booked in a hotel in Washington DC. I immediately phoned Priceline and was informed the price at the particular app was low because the app allocates hotels on a lucky dip basis. I complained to my bank which took up the case with Priceline which did not budge. I strongly believe the app has been programmed to allocate hotels different from the choice of their customers and this is just a way to scam people of their hard earned money. The matter will be taken up with Consumers Protection Council and will post update soon

When we swiped back to look at others it accepted it and charged the full amount to our credit card. We called them instantly to report the error.

We called numerous times, they gave us a customer support email that responded with a pre set blow you off msg.

PRICELINE... I will never trust them again. I tried to book a flight and afrter i put my credit card number in, i got a msg that the flight was no longer available, please try again. This happened 4x before i got a congratulations your flight is confirmed message. Two days later, i happened to check my credit card statement and it showed 5 booked flights, all on same day. I called Priceline and they refused to refund me because I booked non refundable flights. Even though it was an error on their system they refused to help me. When i asked if I was the only person this happened to, they said no, they have these complaints ALL THE TIME. That tells me they are aware of the issue and are refusing to fix it. PRICELINE IS A SCAM, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. The company that owns Priceline also owns rentalcars.com, Kayak, Booking.com among others. Warn your friends!
When booking on Priceline for me, it was easy and even had flights that no other site had with a great price and no lay overs. I would recommend Priceline because of my good experience.
I can't say anything bad about priceline they answered our questions when we were delayed twice and didn't get to denver until 1 or 2 in the morning. We had just rotten luck on our trip nothing on their end tho just really good service. Even gave us a refund when we couldn't get our rental car. I will be using it again when we decided to go back to colorado.
I've used Priceline over the years for hotel stays and never had a problem. In fact, in all the times I've done the blind bidding with them, i've been very happy with the results.
I've stayed in 4 star hotels for as low as $70/night without problems and when going to the hotel websites after winning my bids, i'd see the same night would be going for $200+. That's a hell of a savings!
I can't speak for airline or car rentals because I always book those direct with the companies, but for hotel stays, Priceline is great.
Weve been using Priceline for flights mostly. We used an Express Deal to rent a car to go to SFO. We assumed all the rental agencies will be located in SFO. There is a free AirTrain at SFO that goes to the main car rental building. Unfortunately, the deal we got was with Advantage Rent-A-Car, which is located offsite. Priceline was very helpful and understanding. We were able to cancel reservation, get a complete refund and make a new reservation with Budget.
Our trip went perfectly smooth. Priceline had everything took care and we had an amazing trip.We had airline, hotel and car rental and everything was in perfect order. Very impressed!

I love it now as much as when it first started! I heard though that you cannot bid on seats anymore and if true, tht would ruin this review! Bidding is the only way I've EVER had decent rates. Otherwise, they're great!
