The service is great but they really need to update the amenities that are available by current properties. At the same time they need to eliminate hotels that have a customer rating of less than 5 out of 10
If you live on the East Coast or central time zone you can't call them until 10 or 11 AM. Only there are West Coast hours of operation are valid even though when you call you get Florida
Does not send out invoices or receipts. Will not allow local pick up charges excessive shipping fees to make extra money on sales.
