I purchased itema from them that arrived damaged. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and haven't received a response, after 3 sent emails. In addition to this if your curvy! Please forget it! The quality of their pants are horrible. Nothing fits and of course being curvy is in. Hate to say it but the clothing aren't for curvy women or women with some type of shape. And getting in contact with customer service -1 rating!
Don't buy if your planning for an event unless it's months ahead. They always say "delivery on x date or sooner". Despite this my package is always far past the latest delivery date every single time. So frustrating when you planned. Overall products look like photos but the materials and fabric are a lot cheaper then they look online. Similar quality to forever 21 but cuter styles
I recently purchase a few items from the website and I always heard good things about this brand. When my package arrived I was so excited! But when I tried on the clothing a terrible body odor was impregnated on the clothes… It was so gross I couldn't believe that an item from pretty little thing with a tag. Was sold with that smell. I'm so upset that I just return everything cause it was so gross. I won't recommend this website… the items aren't new and this website sell use clothing..
They lost my $50 order and I requested a refund for it and was ignored. Their customer service is absolutely terrible.
I ordered two dresses from PLT. I ordered them in November and this is the ending of January and I still have not recieved them. There customer service is not helpful and they never have any available agents. This is the first and the last time I will be buying anything from them.
I bought a 2 piece bikini and it's too big on me so I decided to do a return and they only refunded me half the amount of the item. They also made me pay for a return label. I don't think I'll buy from them again.
I ordered a mint colored dress & paid expedited shipping, however, they had the audacity to send me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS IN BLACK! I then proceeded to email them & they asked me to pay for postage to return THEIR MISTAKE! Such a disgusting way to treat customers! STAY AWAY
I order my jacket back a few weeks ago, I put my exact address. However, they $#*! my order over by not putting my apartment number and sent delivery TODAY to someone whos from New Jersey. I have been trying to reach out to their customer service, they never replied back for the issue. Thankfully I didn't spend 100+ dollars but, it still upsetting because all I wanted is my brown jacket. I wouldn't recommend this place and this is my first experience shopping there too.
I ordered a sweater that never arrived and according to the tracking number, it was about 3 weeks passed the expected delivery date when I decided to reach out to PLT. About the issue. After multiple emails going back and forth with customer service, who kept leading me on, asking for more time for the sweater to arrive, after a month a half they (Chloe) finally promised to refund my money and mark it as "lost". A few weeks and more emails sent to them from myself, I was completely IGNORED and never received my refund. I had to call up my credit card company to open a dispute. I am a great customer but after this experience, they can keep their $20 because they lost a very good customer. SO UNPROFESSIONAL
I spent a $65 on a jacket that looked really cute in their online picture - recieved it and it is HORRIBLE quality. Looks nothing like the picture. Stitching is a mess. I wouldn't even give this jacket to my worst enemy. Tried to return it and they said they couldn't find my order number? This place is a scam. Do not waste your money here!

Spent 600+$ here for the first time because I was planning on going on vacation for my birthday. Ordered all the items which was about 32 (of course most of it was outfits but they separate the shirt from the bottoms) and I ordered these the very beginning of the month and my vacation started at the end. A week later my package came. Was missing over HALF of my order. And wasn't sent another tracking number for the rest of the stuff. Couldn't get ahold of them for days. Then when we finally did they finally managed to get a tracking order for the other items and it was fine. But weeks started going by where it kept saying "departed" and that fedex had not received it yet. And once it started getting close to the 3/4 week mark I started getting frustrated. They told me I had to wait until a deadline. Waited. Still said the same thing. Then they said I had to wait for another deadline which is literally the day BEFORE I leave. Of course surprise surprise still hasn't moved. And when they finally agreed to do something they just gave me the run around and told me when they re ship it I wouldn't get it until after my vacation(which is pretty long) and that OVER HALF of that order is out of stock and that they can't ship those items to me now. Not once have they offered any kind of credit towards me or a refund or anything even when I've asked. They keep ignoring all of my questions and concerns. This is literally the WORST place to purchase clothes unless your willing to wait for a month to get HALF of your order. -100/10 would NOT recommend.
I've ordered from here a few times, and it's always hit or miss with the sizes, even when I look a measurements, so try to gauge as best as possible. Quality is basic, the same as fashion nova or any other boutique. Clothes are cute, 3 stars because I couldn't leave a review on an item I bought, that I wanted to let people know the poor quality of the zipper, on one of the fuzzy coats, it's just so hard to zip that I don't want to wear, otherwise it's such a cute coat.
I went back and forth on buying this shirt. But since I am a 90s girl and space jam is my favorite movie I decided after months it was worth buying. I ended up getting some 99cent feeling shirt and the Looney Tunes aren't like the ones in the pic my guy taz aiant here. He was THE one! Hate it.
I ordered 7 clothing items and a pair of boots back in November 3,2021. I paid $15 EXTRA for express shipping so it said it would arrive on or before November 9… The package just arrived TODAY, 3 MONTHS LATER. The package came with duck tape on it and the shoe box that had the boots was completely shredded. The boots were damaged and the clothes were STILL THE WRONG SIZE. What's even crappier is that they are going to charge me an additional shipping fee just to return items that they purposefully mess up on. This is a billionaire dollar company yet they can't even provide us better service and quality than a 99 cents store, an absolute scam. I've never been so distressed just to shop online.
Its 2022, and i'm still waiting for an order i made in 2021 sometime in August. I've contacted them on their whatsapp service, given them my confirmed order number and am told time and time again to wait till a certain date for my order (which ofcourse never arives). I just recently WhatsApp'd them again and i get a notice saying their WhatsApp service will no longer be working by 31st Jan. I am super annoyed and disappointed.
Delivery company used - Hermes: shocking delivery service. I know they can control the delivery once it's with Hermes but their customer service regarding trying to chase it was shocking. Why pay next day delivery when they can't guarantee the company they use will deliver?
I placed a huge order due to their sale they were having, waited two weeks to receive items, I was excited about the purchase until it came in finally, One of my dress smelled horrible, like fish tbh, no way to communicate this with this company, hit them up on IG to try to locate a order in the past, No luck, Be mindful of this, you take a risk with this company as they're already millionaires and probably don't care
Never ever going to buy from PLT again. I ordered a hat and what I received has nothing to with what I saw online. Stope taking ppls money and just be honest. I did returned it coz I had no energy for the back and forth msgs. Be carful of what you buying it's not the saaame!
I have ordered from PLT for 5 years now. I ordered before Christmas and still haven't received my items. 2 out of 4 times I have messaged them someone has answered. It's very upsetting. Not trusting them anymore. They keep giving me the run around. This was 1st ordered before Christmas.
