I recently ordered a winter coat and not even a day or two passed by and the price went down, I spent close to $300 dollars on it, so of course I reached out to them to see if I could be reimbursed for the difference, unfortunately they said that they couldn't do it because I would have to pay for return and then wait for reimbursement to only repurchase it, first time buyer and last time. Be aware!

Tip for consumers:
Customer service is poor, no empathy

“Dress smelled like fish”

I placed a huge order due to their sale they were having, waited two weeks to receive items, I was excited about the purchase until it came in finally, One of my dress smelled horrible, like fish tbh, no way to communicate this with this company, hit them up on IG to try to locate a order in the past, No luck, Be mindful of this, you take a risk with this company as they're already millionaires and probably don't care

Tip for consumers:
Just be mindful of the idea that you may like some of the items and you may not, No communication as far as returns/questions you may have Etc they make money off of us but have the audacity not to be available even on their IG media page… shame on them ( Him Umar what’s his face)
