This is what pretty Little thing says after I ask for a refund after I told them they had the wrong address " As this is the case, you will be needing to collect it to the address where it has been delivered to or contact someone who can forward it to you.
Please be advised that we are unable to refund or send a replacement on this occasion. Please know that you have 3 opportunities at the checkout to ensure that your address is correct, there is no system issue that causes an address to change to an old address.
To ensure all future parcels are sent to the correct address, you can update your address details in your PLT account;
So I don't recommend you order from their website. In the past they had my new address but some reason the old address was still save and they sent my package yo old address and my package was stolen and they're denying me a refund. They need a zero review.
They screwed me out of $380CAD.
For Context, Canadian PLT return policy is you use your own courier ( I used Canada Post) to send it to PLT third party courier (citilogistics) and that third party sends it to PLT UK.
I accidently bought a a package worth $380 without using any discount codes. With the discount code it would be $120. So I thought, no big deal, I'll duplicate the order and send back the $380 package. Once I sent it back on December 12, the third party they use to ship their packages confirmed it was delivered to PLT UK on January 12.
I emailed PLT 100x with no response. They literally ignore your emails. When they finally responded to me, they took one look at the tracking number and keep telling me it hasn't arrived and that they will not refund me. Canada Post when delivering a bulk of packages to a company at once, tend not to do a delivery stamp on each individual package. I tried to explain this to PLT and even took screenshots of my correspondence with Citilogistics (their third party courier) confirming that the package was indeed delivered to PLT. Instead they have ignored all my emails showing proof it was delivered and essentially stealing the money from me. It's almost February now and they refuse to refund me my money. Now I don't have the clothes and I am out almost $400 dollars on a broke college girl salary.
I've cried about this.
The sizing is literally completely off, the waist size is the same sizing as the hips it's ridiculous do not order from here
When I received my item an opened the bag, immediately the smell of mold was so strong. My item was coved in black mold! The fact a company would send something like that is appalling.
They sent me a completely different item from the one I ordered (sweatshirt that did not even fit instead of the sneakers). I, however, was mostly disappointed with how the customer service team handles the problem. They simply do not assume responsibility for their own mistake.
They are thieves and very rude customer services, they didn't deliver my order and they kept calling me a liar.
DO NOT SHOP from them!
DO NOT SHOP from them! Absolutely thieves! I'm still chasing them for my refunds and it's taking months! There is no phone number customer service is the worst ever it's just a nightmare to get my refund. Honestly will never gonna shop with them again!
The online refund form is not accepting my order number.
When I then use the 'contact' form to get some assistance it redirects to:
https://www.prettylittlething.com/contact-us/index/post/
"502 Bad Gateway"
There is no email listed.
Almost all links on the returns area are broken.
If you buy then assume that refunds will not happen so its caveat emptor.
Made an order from Pretty Little Thing in late November for a bunch of maternity clothes (spent over $500). Was desperate for them as my regular clothing is no longer fitting me. The package was supposed to arrive on December 6th, now on December 20th there is still nothing. I reached out to inquire where it was and was informed that it was shipped back to the warehouse because it was "damaged". How clothing gets damaged in transit is beyond me. Regardless, no one informed me that the package was returned, so had I not reached out myself, I'm confident they would have just kept my money and never sent the products.
At the time of my purchase they had a 70% off sale, now they are saying they can't re-ship the products and my only option is to just re-order them. How suspicious that my clothing got "damaged" in transit when it was 70% off and now I need to re-order it all at full price.
PRETTY LITTLE THING IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY. They will literally do anything to rob people of their money. Don't waste your time ordering their garbage clothes because the customer service is the worst I've experienced and you'll get absolutely no where if you have any issues with your order. Save your time and money. So beyond annoyed.
I am never ever ordering for PLT ever again they I ordered a size x small in size 4 and they ended up giving me some long baggy $#*!ty looking jumpsuit and you know jumpsuit are stretching material so just imagine how much it stretches when your putting it on it looks disgusting and it seams that most of there clothes are for medium / bigger fatter women and they don't consider small women at all cause all there clothes stretch to look bigger than what they should be not satisfied
I order every single week of plt and have done for the past 6 years! They can see that if they look at my account. I've never once emailed them with any problems with my hundreds and hundreds of parcels, but my last parcel had a £6 eyebrow kit missing so I emailed them and they are practically saying I'm lying. Why after hundreds of orders I would now lie about this x1 £6 item. Getting me to jump through bloody hoops, like I'm desperate for £6! Wtf! All I wanted was for it to be re sent a bloody keep it! Disgusting
If you are looking for Black Friday deals this is not the place. They increase the prices by 50% then give you 50% off when you checkout so that you buy it for the same price which it originally was. Even if you check the rest of their clothes they are all from 70 dollars upwards during thanksgiving week which was not the case a week or two prior.
Items I ordered did not look the same as pictured and also lots of loose seams / horrible quality. Even worst customer service. Do not buy from here! Save your $ and time!
Lazy workers how you deliver to the wrong address when clearly the right address on the package don't make no sense
If I could give it no stars I would, tried to place an order and it failed but money was still taken from my account, emailed customer service straight away and I'm still waiting for an answer on what happened from them.I haven't received a refund and it's been nearly 5 weeks, customer service is not helpful at all and giving me excuse after excuse telling me to wait another 8 business days now for an update about my refund, would not advise to order from this company absolutely disgraceful 5 weeks and still no refund,I've sent about 30 emails with no answers, scammers
I am a size 4 in most trousers and have always tried to have faith in plt as their clothes are nice. Although, I have ordered trousers, leggings, jeans and cargos many times from plt in a size 4 and they never seem to fit me. At first i blamed myself that i was possibly and awkward size but realised i was wrong after every other place i order from is a size 4 and fits me perfectly. I also realised i was wrong after asking my friends if they had the same problem and everyone i've spoken to also says that the bottoms from plt never fit them and are always too big. This is a shame as the bottoms on plt are really nice and they don't go below a size 4. After many attempts of trying to have faith and give them a chance, ordering again and again i have finally given up. Even if your not a size 4 i still do not recommend ordering bottoms off plt as their sizing is always off and never accurate!
Horrible customer service. They already had a class action lawsuit. I won't be surprised if they in counter another one, with their refund tactics.
I placed two separate orders with PLT for the same dress I wanted to wear to an event. The first order was too small, so I placed another order for the next size up. The dress came in 3 days with standard shipping within the US, great, but when I opened the package it stunk like disgusting BO. I pulled the dress out and went to try it on and the smell was even worse on the inside of the dress and then I realized the tag showed signs of wear with a big stain on the front to confirm. When I asked customer service for a replacement with two day shipping since this was now time sensitive, I was offered 55% off and was told to "GIVE IT A GOOD WASH"…? No thanks. I was sent a replacement, however, it was sent with standard shipping from the UK? Even though I'm in the US? Where PLT also has a warehouse and I would've received it within 3 days like I had before. No words to describe my frustration since I now have to scramble last minute for something to wear since customer service told me the dress from the UK showed delivery date for today and OF COURSE it's not here. Wish I could've left a review underneath the dress on their website but I guess now I know why there's no reviews option anywhere
I ordered my clothes on thursday and paid for next day delivery it is now sunday and i need my clothes tonight and do i have them? NO NO I $#*!ING DONT
