Stole my money, never booked the hotel, worst customer service ever, telling e that there is nothing they can do and it's a technical error, want to change the hotel to another that is half the price, half the room size, outside of the city and 2 stars less than the one we booked for the same price or else there's nothing they can do. Booked a room a week ahead for two nights, go to check in and the hotel said they never had a reservation for us?! I called the 24/7 hot line he repeatedly told me oh we tried to call and email you for the last security step you didn't respond so we didn't book your hotel but they still charged me $400? You took $400 dollars from me and my 3 kids on Easter and was left roomless. What a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I've called many times since then they told me my money would be refunded 2-3 business days but STILL NOTHING. Now I call and no one will answer.
OK so far. Have not completed trip. Complaint would be that the price rose by $500 by the time I booked and there was a service charge of $695 which raised the cost significantly

We had a hotel booked for our honeymoon and due to the corona crisis, we were not allowed to travel. At first the offered to refund 75 %. After a call with the hotel and some "insider" information, the prestigia told us that the hotel canceled the booking. However prestigia doesn't refund the initial partial payment and is not willing to do so. Meanwhile I'm not confident that this webpage is respectable at all, as nowhere is an impressum. We forwarded the case already to our lawyer and we encourage you to do so as well!
Price seemed fair and was easy to navigate. This is my favorite hotel in Waikiki. The resort fee at $35. A night is fairly high but, I feel it is worth it.
This is new company for me, never heard of it. I hope it will be ok when I come to Las Vegas. Thank you for having a discount on very expensive hotel.

When i booked i was told by their customer service that i could get a refund if we caught covid. We had to cancel as one of us caught covid Presigia cancelled the hotel but kept our money and havent refunded or responded to our calls or emails. Regardless of price go elsewhere and dont use these guys else you WILL regret it!
24 hours after my reservation and fully paid online, but still no confirmation email was received. I have checked both spam and trash, and nothing there.

I booked a three night hotel stay in Malta through Prestigia in December 2018. Despite only booking one room and only entering my bank details once using their online booking system, I arrived at the hotel to find that two rooms had been booked under my name on two separate bookings. I didn't realise that two confirmation emails had come through at the same time from Prestigia when I booked. Initially, Prestigia accepted this was clearly an error and a duplicate booking. However, when I asked for a refund on the extra room (the hotel had already charged me for one night), they took more than three weeks to provide me with any kind of feedback or explanation. Eventually, they responded by suggesting I must have entered my card details in twice, essentially accusing me of lying. They refused to offer me a refund for the duplicate booking. In hindsight I should have read some of the dreadful reviews on here before booking with them. I suppose they can only afford to offer cheap prices by stealing from customers.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
