NOT GOOD AT ALL. I'VE MADE A BOOKING FOR 2 ROOM IN ROME, ITALY BUT ONLY GET 1 ROOM WHEN ARRIVED THERE. INVOICE CHARGE FOR 2 ROOMS. WHEN ASK TO GET THE DETAILS INVOICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT PROVIDE DETAILS. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SCAM WEBSITE. NO TRANSPARENCY AT ALL TOWARDS CUSTOMERS REQUEST. ADVISABLE WHOEVER READ THIS REVIEW, DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING AGENT AT ALL.

I had a poor experience. After 72 hours my booking was unconfirmed despite the fact I was due to travel within the next 36 hours. I therefore had to cancel and now I am awaiting a refund for a service they failed to adequately provide. Please do better!
