Quick and easy booking process and also the cheapest rate for this hotel, I got a bit nervous about the other reviews of people using Prestiga to book places so I rang the hotel i booked directly and they did have my booking. So far so good, I am happy.
Instead of apartments with beds for 3 people each and a kitchenette, due to a "glitch" from Prestigia side, we received double rooms at a different location. Too bad if you are travelling with 6 people and relied on these beds from the apartment description. Even though we booked 4 adults and 2 kids, Prestigia only forwarded 4 adults as otherwise the max capacity at these small rooms would have been exceeded. Prestigia promised us to find a solution the same day but a final answer first came after our 3 nights at this place were completed. They offered us a refund of around 40€ and did not consider any of our concerns/problems which were clearly stated by phone and by email to them. We ended up paying around 500€ extra and had all the hazzle, coordination, etc., instead of being able to enjoy our vacation.
