I received an email from your office regarding booking confirmation at said hotel -Discovery Suites. I also received.an email from my BPI credit card card service provider that said transaction with your office has been approved and payment to your office has been charged to my credit card.However, When I checked in, I was told by the reception desk
Assistant that they ddnt have any official.transaction with your office regarding my hotel reservation. So I hhad to get a new reservation and pay again. In this regard, I would like tk request for a full refund of my payment in the amount of P27,714.82. Thank you for your kind, prompt and favorable action regarding this matter.
I had to go to contacts to get another cp no as6 requested. After that, the site was closed. I had to make another booking.

I really hate hotel pricing websites in general. I hate the changing in pricing and expected pricing and fees and taxes and every page is different and every link is different. It's too stressful. EDIT: after checking into the hotel, i was told i had to pay a resort fee and i didn't see anything about that when using this site to purchase. I would not purchase again.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
