We only used 15$ of 200$ gift now that card is not working, we called customer service they asked to fax documents we we did for literally 12 times they keep saying the documents are not clear then they asked me mail the documents which we did but now they are saying they didn't receive it even we have a tracking info that someone signed to pick it up. They keep giving new reasons. Waste of our time, money and energy
They deactivated my card after I received it as a gift. I sent in written Proof Of Ownership documents as requested and they say they can't read them. Outright lie! When I asked what they couldn't read they don't answer or let you talk to anyone about what is illegible. Their website doesn't work, they don't answer the phone or they conveniently disconnect you. I've reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. It's easy to file a claim with the FTC if you decide to expose this company for what they are, an outright scam robbing us consumers of our money. Hard to believe they are still in operation. Stay far away!
I beg you not to buy this card. It's a scam, I would love to report them but I don't know how. TRUST ME, it's a total scam, they stole the money of my card. I work so hard for it that money, they block your account and the money is lost/stolen forever. EVEN IF YOU CALL, they can't help you, they are a total scam. Brand new unopened gift card they wont validate because they say there was a fraudulant use of it. Hows that possible? Unknown. Then they want you to open a case online. That eventually wont work and you will have to call them again to find out you need to fax them. Does anyone use fax anymore? So after going to 3 copy places trying to find a fax machine, then you have to deal with fax bull$#*! and expense! Now I'm paying money to try to recover my money! STAY FAR AWAY! YOU WERE WARNED!
Nothing but problems and delays. Not one person seems to know how to solve an issue. This place really sucks and you will be disappointed.

They requested my ID via fax (seriously, who still uses fax?), and when I sent it, they complained about the photo being too dark (inevitable with faxed images). Now, I'm forced to send it via mail, but they provide only a PO box, making it impossible to send a certified letter. This opens the door for them to deny receiving it, and I have a sinking feeling that's precisely what will occur.
ABSOLUTE FRAUD. Two different gift cards from two different family members showing a ten cent balance. I have two separate family members that spent their money on gift cards from this institution within a month. In both cases, the cards were supposed to have a $25 balance.
I literally opened up the cards from their original packaging, registered the card on their janky website only to find someone else had registered them and depleted all but ten cents from the balance.
Customer service was worthless: They needed to talk to the "original cardholder" (which is me, but the website is showing a different person in another state - I googled this person and they don't show up on google as a human in existence.)
They wanted me to FAX A COPY OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE along with images of the gift card in order to dispute the charges.
A company committing fraud wants me to send them a fax of my drivers license! RIGHT!
Screw this company - they are either intentionally committing fraud or they are grossly negligent to fraudulent activity affecting their cards and not able to prevent it from happening. Either way, two of my family members are victims of FRAUD.
So I won three 500$ cards. I registered all three. The first worked no problem but the second one got locked with 74$ remaining, but they locked the other 500$ card that hadn't been used. Called them several times. Their website doesn't work. They wanted me to fax my drivers license to them. It's 2023 who the hell faxes. Fought with them several times. They screwed me out of 574$. I will never accept one of these cards again.
This company is a 110% scam. BE AWARE! They not only steal your money by preventing you from accessing it on prepaid cards but also go after your personal information for identity theft and illegal data mining. Please file a complaint against this company and its fraudulent products by calling Visa (*******911) and Kroger (*******377). Both Visa and Kroger should also be held accountable for doing business with this crooked company, as they let customers pay the ultimate price.
I received a $100 prepaid card as a gift and it is declined everywhere I try to use it even though it still shows $100 as the available balance. Every time I call the company tries to blame it on the merchant, but the merchant is not the problem. This company is the problem. Total scam. Avoid!
Customer service wants my personal information on a card that was given to me. Numbers don't match (so they say) like I'm stupid and can't read the numbers on the card. Don't ever use this product.
I received $100 gift card. I tried purchase in store but it failed. I called they said to register the card on their website which asks the PIN number. Clearly it states on the card you don't need to activate card to use in store. By afternoon the $100 was used in Colorado. I live in California. And when I called to dispute they want me to send my ID card and description of what happened and gift receipt. Seems to suspicous to send copy of ID card either faxed or by mail to P.O. Box
I brought a $500 card at the Kroger. I tried to use it 2 days later and the card didnt work. I called them and they told me the strip was damaged. Look fine to me. Then I called again and they said that they had to activate it and wait 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes. It didnt work again. I put the card in my purse and went on my trip. 2 days later, I check the balance and it said $1 left. I called them and they told me that the card was under another person name. It couldnt be if I am holding the card in my hand saying all the information. The automatic said someone took small amounts out. I asked them about it. They didnt want to give me information. At first they told to fax info but then the next day they said fax dont work and then the next gave me fax. They dont have an email address. They wanted me to send them a picture of my card and license.I dont feel comfortable doing so because I believe they took my money. Now Im getting all these dumb answers and fix it. I want my damn money
I took the card out of the packet at the restaurant and it was rejected.Tells me it was no good in the first place.Tried to activate on line, after inserting all the numbers of the barcode and card number I was told to call the number on the back of the card. I called the number and talked with George, that's what she said her name was. After giving her the card information,she said I would have to upload the information. I told her I did and it would not accept it.This is obvious their cards are a scam. Someone needs to file a class action suit so people who were scammed can get their money back.
Give cash or a check. Or give nothing which is better than this card! Card was denied when I tried to use. The first customer service advisor gave inaccurate information regarding website. Told me to fax information. Faxed info twice. They claimed they have never received fax. Second customer service agent more knowledgeable but web site would not work. So, once again I will fax information. The person who gave me the card told me another person she gave a card to also had the same problem! Only give as gift to your worst enemies! Kroger should be ashamed to carry this product! Shame on you!
Please stop buying these gift cards from this company, they are a bunch of thieves. I received a gift card for my birthday last year. I decided to use it to make a purchase online. My purchase was declined. I contacted the card company and they said they block it because they thought it was a fraudulent purchase, (yeah right they are the frauds), she proceed to tell me to check back in 24 hours. I actually waited 48 hours, still not reactivated. I proceed to call them back and I was speaking to someone in another country. I told him that I would like to speak to someone in the United States, so he transferred me to someone in the United States and I told her what was going on, she said that the problem would be fixed in 20 minutes, I waited 2 hours, still not fixed. I called back and talked to this rude lady (not USA) and yes I did get back rude to her she told me to try back in 24 hours. Twenty-four hours later I was still not able to log in. This company is nothing but a SCAM and since the card was purchased from Kroger the government needs to start holding Kroger liable for all of this money that is being stole from the citizens, this is not right.
I BROUGHT A GIFT CARD YESTERDAY AMOUNT 40 AND I CALLED TO ACTIVATE THE CARD AROUND 6;30PM AND THE NEXT DAY I TRIRD TO USE THE CARD IT WAS ALREADY USE IN OREGON AND WHEN I PURCHASE THE CARD IN BUFORD. I STILL HAVE THE CARD WITH ME HERE AND RECEIPT OF PURCHASE.
I used my card and had a balance when I tried to used the balance
left on the card it had already been used by someone else on their Pay Pal. I called customer service which was no help. I was informed the card wasn't registered to me but I had registered the card in my name and had received a message on my cell phone. I still haven't received my balance. Their Customer Service is the WORST.
Got this card is a gift forgot about it, and when I finally decided to try and use it! I couldn't use it! I don't see, or can't see where to register it! I called they gave me the runaround and said it should work within seven business days,it didn't! Called again on the tenth day only for them to ask me for my personal information! I Was going to do it until I read this, so I won't! I hate that the person that bought. This was obviously scammed!

Answer: When you buy at the store it will be activated by the casher, if you have problem go back to store with your receipt and they will fix. You know you should always get a receipt for giftcards!
Answer: From my experience you generally don't need to register a giftcard for instore use, only for online or other types of purchases.
Answer: Contact customer support number. Wait time... varies. Theyll help you register your card without having to deal with the janky website (if the wait times arent 2 hours of course)
